第一次在香港吃這類海鮮燒烤餐廳,進店第一個感覺不錯,可能因為社會運動持續,星期六晚上七時半也不滿坐,大約入座一半左右!正題,食海鮮,最緊要食物新鮮,試了刺身先,不錯,逐點其他海鮮燒烤,也很新鮮,重點係有人在你面前焼,在日本則要自己動手!本人對此很滿意唯一有少少不滿意的是鮑魚太熟太燶,有點浪費食材!

今日中午路過呢間焱丸水產,見到門口色彩繽紛,貼滿了食物相同餐牌,望落去價錢唔貴,所以就入去幫襯。餐廳好有日本居酒屋風格,周圍既佈置都係日本風,仲有塌塌米嘅卡位餐廳有好多野食可以揀,刺身,壽司,爐端燒,一品鍋,講得出既都有得食。叫左份燒大蝦,燒多春魚,牛肉喜壽鍋,同埋好有特色嘅梅子乾whisky。燒大蝦同多春魚都係即場在枱上燒。整個過程由侍應負責,見佢地好耐心咁慢慢去控制住火候,尤其係燒多春魚,要好技巧先唔會整爛條魚牛肉壽喜燒嘅牛肉好靚,唔係一般餐廳俾肥牛,咬落去好冧,好有牛味。湯底好甜,配料好足,蔬菜好新鮮,好甜。
