Meat lover looked a bit dry but was actually quite nice 🫢 saucing was just at the right point that provide enough seasoning while maintaining the crunchiness of the toast 🫶🏻 whereas the Fleur Lover pancake was a bit weird, wouldn’t have thought of a pancake could be baked and served in this way and the whole dish wasn’t hot enough to give the mascarpone cream a melting and creamy sensation😮‍💨

已經幫襯咗好多次,亦都係自己喺將軍澳區入邊心目中嘅No.1🥹🥹


佢哋主打fusion澳洲菜,唔單止舖頭上面嘅裝修花咗好多心思,食材明顯都有認真研究,每一啖味道同層次都極度豐富。食材配搭特別有新鮮感得黎,又配合得好好,擺盤又擺得精緻,完美地體現咩叫色香味俱全😚😚


佢哋Menu上面嘅菜式改名都有花心思,全部都係叫__ __ lover🤣 有meat lover, yogurt lover等等啱晒鍾意食唔同食材嘅人~今次就推薦其中三款先:


1. Croissant Lover $128
軟殼蟹|牛角包|太陽蛋|自家製酸青瓜|是拉差沙律|食用花


由食材選擇已經盡見店家心思,炸軟殼蟹同牛角包非常鬆脆,但如果得呢兩樣食材口感會有啲單一同乾,所以店家配上左隻流心太陽蛋😋😋加上酸青瓜,口感即刻豐富左好多!!

8小時慢煮西班牙鴨脾|白甘荀蓉|紅菜頭|藜麥|蒜味包糠|橙果醬|紅皺菜|食用花


最後呢個係我嘅最愛🥹🥹皆因每個配料真係match得天衣無縫🤯🤯特別想讚一讚個橙果醬(第一啖食落口未知道係咩醬,只係覺得好特別,甜得嚟又有果香),個汁真係校得好好,好驚艷🥹🥹🥹仲有個白甘筍蓉,咬落口順滑到一個點!本身以為會偏油膩嘅鴨髀,配上咁清新嘅橙香醬同甘筍蓉,完全冇油膩之感。所以話,店家真係將食材運用得非常之好,佩服佩服💖💖

因為昨天我們希望在lunch time時去Donki買零食,同事便建議過來這間店吃午餐。其實這已經是同事的心頭號之一,他說這兒的黑炭厚切豬扒包非常抵吃及好吃,不過,我還是鍾情於軟殼蟹太陽蛋牛角包,所以仍是點了同一款。這兒平日會送餐湯及飲品一杯,所以非常抵吃!不過,今天的牛角包沒有上次的牛油香,而且比較濕,反而軟殼蟹仍是非常出色!不過,將軍澳開了很多新店,可能下一次要隔一段時間才會再encore 這一間店。
