📍金鐘應該係今年食過最貴嘅一餐飯(但物有所值)四道菜晚餐 - 頭盤我哋選擇咗扒西瓜,香煎鴨肝,帶子拼螯蝦; 食物水準同烹調都值滿分💯餐湯方面,我哋全部都選擇咗龍蝦濃湯;經理會首先放一隻碟,上面放一小粒龍蝦肉,然後先用個壺倒啲濃湯落嚟;滿滿儀式感🤗至於主菜,當然要試佢哋最出名嘅澳洲安格斯斧頭扒(需預先預訂); 兩人份量$2,000, 聽落好似好貴,但其實當你望到真身嘅時候,你就會覺得物有所值;偌大嘅木板上放咗一大塊厚身斧頭扒, 本身已經煎到好香好香,重點係咁厚一塊扒,佢都可以唔會煎到外燶內未熟,而係好均勻咁做到medium rare; 另外再加埋其他配菜(炸薯條, 美國蘆筍, 油煎野菌同黑松露醬), 琳瑯滿目, 本身已經係一件藝術品而我哋再點多一份主菜- 扒牙魚;條魚好新鮮,肉質鮮嫩多汁,再配埋用墨魚做嘅墨魚粉,口感彈牙最後當然唔少得大家都喜愛嘅甜品,我哋揀咗Tiramisu同朱古力梨軟凍PS: wine pairing做緊buy one get one free, 絕對要試👍
