奧海城 大食代 三餸飯今日路經奧海城,去咗佢哋嘅food court醫肚,個場雖然唔係好大,但都有好多不同選擇,見到佢哋有三餸飯,以前未試過,今次就試吓好唔好食。叫咗個肉餅同咕嚕肉,仲有炒青菜送例湯及白飯,盛惠53個大洋。肉餅味道OK,雖然有少少乾,但係都夠彈牙,好有屋企阿媽煮嘅風味,而咕嚕肉就好Standard,其他地方都食得到呢種水準,唔會太過甜或酸,但係肉嘅size就比較細,如果大嚿啲就仲更加好,細細嚿當係攝牙罅。而嗰碟炒菜都可以,唔會煮到過腍或過熟,有啲水準。至於例湯就好勉強喇!紅蘿蔔粟米湯,好有味之素嘅風格。再講多啲個場嘅環境,整個food court 清潔乾淨,地下唔會污糟邋遢油淋淋,雖然地方狹窄,但係夠光猛兼無油煙味,空氣清新食嘢都開心。見到啲清潔美女好勤力工作,凳嘅擺放好整齊,食客一走,佢哋就立即行動,抵讚!

佢有唔同嘅材料撈埋,蔥,花生碎、欖菜等等。撈埋之後又幾惹味,主要就係豆瓣醬撈埋欖菜嘅味道,加少少辣,仲有少少花生碎嘅口感。味道幾濃郁。


豆花就係凍嘅,味道同口感都有啲似食豆腐花,軟腍腍,都有豆味。整體嚟講,味道有新意得來亦唔錯。仲要係素食,健康又低卡。
