呢間位於炮台山嘅本土小店,喺區內已經開咗好多年。佢哋有傳統糖水,亦有新式甜品;而最出名嘅莫過於係湯圓。舖頭細細,經常都有好多人排隊。早兩年仲上榜成為米芝蓮街頭小食。我最鍾意就係佢哋嘅杏仁茶+鴛鴦湯圓,同埋糖薑水底嘅鴛鴦湯圓。❣️杏仁茶香濃幼滑,唔會太甜;配湯圓一齊食好夾!❣️糖薑水底嘅鴛鴦湯圓,啱晒秋冬天食,薑味重又驅寒。經典嘅芝麻湯圓同花生湯圓真係無得輸,皮薄煙靭餡又多。花生湯圓食到細細粒嘅花生粒,芝麻湯圓嘅餡濃郁滑口。佢哋而家仲出咗自家煮嘅急凍湯圓,超市都有得賣,以後唔使等到過海先食到。🥰 continue reading

雖說湯圓是大時大節才會吃的甜點,不過平日還是有不少人到糖水店點一份來吃;但說到湯圓質量跟美味程度,這家已開業30年、主打湯圓的中式糖水店應該是排行榜首 芝麻糊加湯圓3粒 $36杏仁茶加湯圓3粒 $36每次都是買生湯圓回家煮,堂食還是初次!這裡會有中式糖水搭配湯圓吃,跟閨密一人一碗芝麻糊及杏仁茶,當然不少得最愛的湯圓!這裡的湯圓都是傳統口味:黑芝麻跟花生餡~ 兩款口味絕對不相伯仲,兩款都愛!同樣先白鑊炒香再烹煮,逼出黑芝麻跟花生的自身香氣,最重要是湯圓的皮跟內餡的比例堪稱是完美示範,皮薄煙韌有咬口又夠軟糯,而且內餡超多,要小心咬開因為真的有爆漿的感覺啊!至於糖水方面芝麻糊略勝杏仁茶一籌,黑芝麻的味道實在香濃幼滑,杏仁茶不是不好吃,杏仁味也很豐富而且口感同樣順滑,只是前者味道更突出而已~ 加上味道不會太甜就剛剛好,完全是各有特色(主角湯圓還是最出色啦)!店家已在香港開業三十個年頭,湯圓粒粒新鮮製作,憑著近乎完美(對我來說)的質量成為了區內非常受歡迎的小店,近年更是紅到區外,不少人(包括我)都慕名到訪!小小的鋪位每到晚上就擠滿座下來吃或外帶的客人,排隊的永遠都在只是時段不同人龍有長有短罷了~ 好吃的程度更曾獲頒米芝蓮㖿!看著相片又想吃了(嗚) continue reading
