朋友介紹,英國 China Town 好出名的文興酒家在中環有一間,在九如坊附近,傳統中式飯店佈置,中午有點心。吃了晶瑩蝦餃及外婆家鄕粉果,做得對辦,皮薄多汁。是日例湯是猴頭菇雞湯,夠火候。招牌泰國櫻桃鴨及文興叉燒皇雙拼,叉燒肉質好,醬汁濃郁帶甜很夾。櫻桃鴨皮夠脆,胸肉唔嚡。熱情果黑豚肉最好,肉帶果香,份外鬆軟;仲有荔枝及腰果。蟹黃脆蝦球面頭有金箔,漂亮美味。海老脆河粉很有特色,配蕃茄湯底,幼身河粉很脆。千層糕亦做得非常好。

看標題像很矛盾, 但是就在這英國回流的中菜廳前方, 就有一間每日都排滿小紅書打卡Fans, 感覺太有壓迫感, 而這間中菜廳做完全沒有這種感覺, 食客用餐就是需要這些招呼好, 服務好, 食物有質素, 又不會太猛人氣的餐廳, 說回今天的菜單, 先來兩個點心試下, 他的即蒸燒賣和薑汁雞包仔, 很不錯, 然後就是他的招牌燒味, 那個櫻桃鴨, 肥瘦適中, 皮薄肉嫩,,而叉燒就是我至愛的半肥瘦燶邊, 正合我的喜好, 最正還是那個燉湯, 今天是名貴的羊肚菌配了很多材料認真足味, 而小菜我們要了他的鮮什果炒豚肉與及蟹黃蝦球多士, 都是很滋味, 而那脆炸湯河粉超多海鮮, 另外特別一提他的甜品椰汁千層糕, 煙韌有口感, 令這頓午餐添上一個完美的句號。

開開心心又到星期六,跟姐夫家姐四個人一齊去飲茶食中菜,是一間英國唐人街很出名的餐館,現在香港中環有得食。蟹黃脆蝦球正如我估計,香口菜式應該會得,所以點咗蟹黃脆蝦球,見到又金又黃的亮麗顏色已經非常矚目、想食,咬落又脆又鮮甜,底有塊多士。海老脆河粉是另一個驚喜,幼身嘅河粉炸得好脆,蕃茄湯倒落去馬上食,仲脆的,湯又好飲熱情果黑豚肉非常得,好多,熱情果、荔枝、車厘茄、菠蘿、腰果,配合黑豚肉,好好食。泰國櫻桃鴨、文興叉燒皇雙拼一次過試兩個招牌,味道豐富。牛頭菇雞湯夠火喉。蝦餃、外婆家鄉粉果兩款點心都好得。千層糕誠意推介,好煙韌,清甜!
