又唔係特別好好味,諗極都唔明白點解要食啲咁嘅嘢,普通飲個茶啫⋯⋯omg

全條叉燒又冇乜嘢特別,又冇燶邊,雖然而家較為中上嘅酒樓都會有呢一味餸,不過真係好食嘅又有幾多間呢?

最好食,我覺得係個米粉,炒得好乾身同埋面頭有啲脆脆唔知係唔係瑤柱碎呢?

The char siu, which is a must-try, was slightly charred with a tender texture and the honey sauce was rich and fragrant – perfect! The other dishes were all exceptionally outstanding. Of course, on the last day of the Year of the Rabbit, we had to have a good meal!

平時幾好,但係今次真係差得有啲過分。雞少肉多骨,叉燒乾柴咁。就算堂食價錢都無可能接受。Quality is not stable at all. At this price I’d expect more than what I am getting in the photo. This restaurant used to be exceptional but probably not anymore after this experience. Better luck next time.

朋友介紹蓮香樓背脊位置有間過江龍,一般聽過江龍一定以為係什麼西日韓餐廳,竟然係中菜,嚟自英國🇬🇧沒有寄望之下,每道菜都好有水準!首先選了肴肉同黃金豆腐粒作為前菜,不錯。之後半隻鴨上枱,由於起哂骨所以啖啖肉,差不多每枱必點,皮脆肉嫩,配合秘製醬汁,又係一口接一口既。再嚟係意大利黑醋一字骨,排骨炸至酥脆,加上黑醋汁濃厚重口味,忍唔住食咗3件!之後既黑松露蝦餃炒蛋,黑松露不欺場,炒蛋又嫩,蝦仁大隻又爽口!惹味四季豆炒嫩牛肉,牛肉真係嫩,四季豆好味,全碟清!可惜已經飽到上心口,如果唔係一定會試吓吉士糕。有老店情懷但係服務十分到位,沒有傳統店那種傲慢反而十分親切!中菜都有plating, 事實係真心好味,近期大推之中菜廳。

今日下午在中環吃午飯,這家酒樓位置在蓮香樓後面,要走上山才看到。午市餐廳已有不少客人,不少是慕名而來的韓國和內地遊客,有一定的捧場客。可見這家店的口碑相當不錯。我們點了一個休閒午市的二人套餐,菜品種類豐富。前菜是雞絲粉皮,這道菜口感爽滑,帶有微辣的芥末味道,相當開胃。接著是是日炖湯,猴頭菇燉螺湯,湯的湯底濃郁,十分足料,螺肉鮮嫩可口,這碗湯暖胃又滋補。主菜方面,我們品嚐了粵式燒泰國櫻桃鴨的半隻,鴨皮烤得酥脆,肉質鮮嫩多汁,非常美味。另外還有一道意大利黑醋一字骨,肉質鮮嫩多汁,淋上黑醋的醬汁增添了酸甜的風味。我們點了上湯瀨粉,湯汁鮮美,瀨粉彈牙有嚼勁。絲苗白飯香氣四溢,是一道不可或缺的搭配,配燒鵝吃一流。最後,甜品是千層糕,層次分明,口感軟綿,甜度適中,作為一餐的完美結尾。
