又係朋友生日, 有個friend 揀左位於LKf 附近既呢間餐廳, 感覺係high-class, 入面既客都係外國人為多。睇個餐廳名都知係主打seafood, 一坐低急不及待order 左青口同clam, 質素好好, 夠生鮮, d 汁亦好好味。佢既main course 價錢都屬high-end, 平均都要二百尾一個, 叫左個black cod, 味道算唔錯, 但份量超少, 同一塊漢堡扒差唔多大, 絕對唔夠, 所以略為失望。中間夾了個crab cake 同smoke salmon, 份量都係不多, 但味道值得一讚。總括黎講呢間野有special occasion 的話可以一去, 但要食飽的話就要叫多幾樣野先得 continue reading

掃瞄過附近幾間西餐廳,是日lunch沒有一間有魚類供應,這裡,是最後的選擇。奇特而casual的環境下,來這裡的鬼多於人,午市只得三數檯客,相較對面爆場的Wagyu,這裡感覺更舒適。餐牌上幾款魚類菜式,吃不得char-grill的swordfish、與pasta with cod fish無緣,只好取roast barramunda(澳洲盲槽),前菜湯、燻(魚尊)魚及加$45轉Frankie Bay oyster(3隻),喜歡煙燻味道,就要了燻(魚尊)魚。餐包是暖而軟熟的薄多士,加點橙黃色的香草鹹牛油吃,也不錯。燻(魚尊)魚下墊著切粒的爽身薯粒,加了些蔬菜,以薯蓉黏合,砌得有心機又精緻,燻(魚尊)魚呈淡紅色,遠看還以為是poach salmon,肉質本身瘦削,以香料處理過,燻味似有還無,感覺極為飄渺,吃完也沒留下多少回憶,西式燻魚,始終覺得用富油性的魚出做來的效果較瘦削的魚好,Bravo的鰻魚是一例。主菜roast barramunda,煎得cripsy的外皮留有少量油脂,肉質亦算軟滑,烘焙功夫也不錯,伴碟的荷蘭汁以牛油檸檬汁及刁草打成,酸得要命的檸檬汁嗆過薄薄的牛油味,平衡度麻麻,sauce味道平衡又是複雜的學問,至於墊底的三文魚餅,幼滑薯蓉包著三文魚來炸,平日定將此澱粉之物幹掉,是日還是可免則免,吃了幾口,質感也出色。吃了幾味精緻的澳洲風格菜,全程後生侍應招呼周到,亦有問有答,難得的專業態度,最後一壺breakfast tea作結,心情也回復些來,會再來的。 continue reading

光顧日期:2007 年6 月28 日-- Lunch Time老細約我們食飯,也隨意到對面餐廳就算。在未知道老細請還是AA 制時,選一餐$125 比較穩陣。雖然都不便宜,但雲咸街只有這種餐廳。店不大,最好預訂位,裝修挺特別,全店以「魚」為主題,雜誌推介也是由外國新鮮空運到港的鮮魚。可能店太細,檯與檯之間很夾窄,還有點嘈,不過服務態度倒不錯。餐湯與沙律,點了餐湯,事隔太久,忘記了是甚麼湯。主菜有三文魚、劍魚、蟹肉跟飯,劍魚比較少見,於是點了劍魚試試,鮮不鮮就不懂試,不過挺特別,挺好吃。甜品一個是檸檬撻,另一個好像是雪糕,我不是吃撻,就是忘記自己吃了甚麼。雖然不錯,但這種價錢非我這樣的平民去食,一年一次還可接受。 continue reading

環境ok..但我一行八人訂坐比六人枱,有兩個要坐主席位,幾迫下,仲要好嘈...傾計要大聲講,聽電話完全聽唔到,係格音設計有問題食物方面:starter係soup of the day,不太好不太差main course係sea bass,幾好味desert好唔掂所以連名都唔記得overall野食唔夠份量又唔多好食價錢方面:每人食左六百,飲左酒所以貴左,但水都charge左兩舊,食哂全set所有男性都唔夠胞..服務:好禮貌,但waiter用手拿開我地未用既刀叉...唔衛生 continue reading

We have lunch at this restaurant during one of the Easter Holidays. Everything was satisfactory until the very end when I used the Men's room . . . A waiter just walked straight back into the dining hall after using the water closet WITHOUT washing his hands!! continue reading
