I was blown away by not only the food quality, but also the price and service. These types of 'finger foods' 'tapas' style is exactly what I love to, food grilled on a stick. We were served but a very nice lady who kindly explained about their crafted beer. We had the following: Soft-shell crabcob on the cornbeef rendang onigiri (blows your mind) Sichuan Chicken WingsVery good price, very good crafted booze, and good service. Saturday night drinks and dinner with the hubster, one of his colleagues was Fugazi.

An Asian grill in Kennedy Town - the western part of Hong Kong island, has plenty of sake, beer, spirits, wine and whisky on offer.

Foods primarily include grilled skewers, but also a few other appetizers like Indian samosas and Nepalese or Tibetan momos.

The momos were an absolute hit with the hubster.

All was good on the food front except for the main entree - the vegetarian red curry. I'm assuming they completely forgot the salt and hence it tasted one dimensional. It was housed with okra, eggplants, tomatoes and fried tofu, served with basmati rice.

We tried a couple of their sake and kept on topping it up, followed by whiskeys.

Made a reservation w Eatigo. Went there around 7:30 pm.

The indian waiter, with very sour face, reluctantly confirmed my reservation. We waited about 15 min before he came over to take our order. Our first food arrived exactly an hour later. Our last dish was finished almost around ten. We were soooo hungry just waiting and waiting, and our beers turned warm.

The worst part is
— he insisted we pay only in cash because we used Eatigo. If you don’t people to use Eatigo, don’t put your restaurant on the app.
— we paid in cash and waited another 15 min for change. When we called him, he smirked and asked how much change he owes us because he did NOT count our bill. We ended up doing the calculation for him and getting the change. No apologies whatsoever.

I am never going back here. It was just that terrible. Food wise, it was alright. Slightly salty. Portion is small.

以環境規格來看,店子以賣酒為主打項目,食物為副。真沒想到這裡的佐酒小吃水準卻出奇地高,質素甚至勝過坊間很多以串燒燒烤規格經營的食店。

不過食店若以外藉人仕作為目標客源,過份細小的座位格局又好像與大件頭身型的西方人仕有點格格不入。想舒適地享用一頓晚餐,全店唯一的四人飯桌似乎是較為理的選擇,訂座可要趁早。

My sports team went there for our social night. It's a small place, with a long narrow shape. At first I was apprehensive about how we're expected to have a social dinner when we're not seated together. Turns out, it was actually a better location for such a social event. It meant everyone could mingle a lot easier with one another, instead of being stuck at the table with the 3-4 people seated around you.

The food was great - the big winner was the lamb skewer, hands down. The beef rendang was good too. I also remember having the chicken tandoori skewer (yummy), scallop (just OK as one would expect of a scallop), salmon belly (yummy).  Considering there was only one staff behind the bar serving at least 15 of us, I thought they managed really well!

Will definitely come back for casual date night.

Sate Manis (Beef) - $36

When I saw this on the Menu, it didn't mention the units of Sates. However when this finally came I was still a bit shocked by how tiny and thin the stick was and there was only 1 singular stick. The Sate Peanut sauce is on the sweeter side, and there are no cucumbers or pineapples, onions, etc. I would probably suggest to avoid ordering this, unless you come on Wednesday when they have All You Can Eat for $248. ~ 5.5/10

Sarawak Laksa - $68

This Eastern Malaysian Laksa has a different recipe than many of the more coconutty Nyonya or other Curry Laksa's, Asam Laksa, etc. Its base Sambal paste is more about galangal, nuts, tamarind, etc. This version here looked the real deal with omelette strips, prawns, chicken, bean sprouts, etc. It had a really good soupy base although by default is not that chili, so do request for more hotness if you desire it. ~ 8/10

The Vermicelli -

Seems thinner than the original Sarawak Laksa's default noodles. All in all this was good addictive, although I cannot remember how accurate or authentic this is compared to the Sarawak Kuching versions to compare. But for only $68, this is mildly satisfying for HK Context !
