每年初二回老豆家開年一定食午飯,但今年特別啲,大哥話食晚餐食好啲,喺九龍城訂咗枱食一圍全包宴差唔多四千,但早幾日落訂就有折$3,300左右,諗住過年都唔會好得去邊,但估唔到又唔太差,份量足招呼好最後有甜品還送大金,姐夫想飲紅酒,大哥就出咗去買二枝回來,但家姐就話開酒費貴過喺到叫,咁就搵經理問,又唔貴$88或$168一枝,姐夫話我哋自己帶咗嚟,經理好好話唔需要另收費,飲自己個枝就得唔洗另收費,還借開紅酒器比我哋,記得用完比返就可以,大家開開心心又影相,傾傾講講好快又十點

約了我最敬重的中史老師與幾位同學敘舊,地點是老師揀選的九龍城太子道富臨漁港食火鍋,每位全包$128,仲有四位送一 (老師以為),限時兩個鐘,有汽水及糖水供應。星期三訂了七時,一樓全場連埋我們都係得四枱客,都幾冷清。全場服務員得三個,兩位阿姐加一個貌似廚房的男子。湯底揀選了鴛鴦鍋,火鍋配料雖然選擇不多,但都很新鮮 肥牛都不錯,很大碟。加單亦很快,可能人小掛!糖水有兩款,番薯同南瓜西米露。食了兩個鐘後,也沒有人催促我們埋單。到埋單時候,肥阿姐話要有優惠劵先有四送一,我便落街睇清楚佢張宣傳單,原來有一行細字寫在上面,不過老師每早飲茶都沒有看清楚,所以誤會了。其實,唔需要四送一都好抵食,不過有小小誤導 ,同埋個位幫我們埋單的阿姐服務態度惡劣,黑口黑面又粗聲粗氣

肥牛都不錯,很大碟。加單亦很快,可能人小掛!糖水有兩款,番薯同南瓜西米露。食了兩個鐘後,也沒有人催促我們埋單。

到埋單時候,肥阿姐話要有優惠劵先有四送一,我便落街睇清楚佢張宣傳單,原來有一行細字寫在上面,不過老師每早飲茶都沒有看清楚,所以誤會了。
其實,唔需要四送一都好抵食,不過有小小誤導
,同埋個位幫我們埋單的阿姐服務態度惡劣,黑口黑面又粗聲粗氣

八月中旬‧晴每重重陽又是鵝當造之時,為鵝局試菜,這段日子也吃過不少的鵝。有食友就這裡的不錯,又一試。燒鵝熱辣辣,皮非常脆口。鵝腩部份不太肥美,也不算太入味。肉薄如背及近胸的部份頗嫩滑,不兩下功夫就給搶吃一空。不是最好,但也交足功課,還要再找。

八月中旬‧晴

跟住第二度菜要上台, 我只係再望吓抺乾淨未? 因為我屋企人要坐架嘛, 頂, 佢見我望, 即時再啤我兩眼, 再侮氣D抺咗兩野, 走咗去. 呢D係咩態度呀?

我地今日點咗隻片皮鴨兩食既, 但係份炒鴨絲遲遲未到, 台上個十幾樣餸已經清晒, 只係爭個碟炒鴨絲, 叫呢個冇禮貌既女部長去跟跟單, 結果佢又唔多願意咁去CHECK CHECK單. 我估係漏咗單, 見呢個女部長又同個經理傾咗幾句, 又走咗去入機. 結果又等多兩三個字, 個碟炒鴨絲終於上枱啦! 由於已經九點半啦, 等呢碟都真係等得太耐, 大家咩都食晒. 我地就順便叫另一個伙記上埋d生果啦, 因諗住食埋生果就埋單走人. 去到呢個時候, 我都只係覺得係個女部長冇禮貌, 食物一般. 雖然小菜價錢一D都唔平, 但未有想過唔會再黎呢間酒樓

由於我地訂枱時話有17人, 所以一坐低張單已經係劃咗17個茶位, 咁埋單時咪同呢個極品女部長講改返茶位, 佢望吓我地, 係度數數人頭, 然後話D小朋友全部都要計架, 當中除咗手抱嗰個BB, 最細嗰個都未夠3歲, 佢話要計, 我地都話咁你咪計囉, 你幫我改返人數茶位就得, 然後就話你地15人,
我地當時大家都愕然, 15人?? 連BB都計?? 叫佢自己再數清楚, 得14人, 一個手抱BB. 佢至話咁14人啦!

跟手我地叫佢埋單, 我地話有渣打信用咭, 隻燒鵝應該係半價, 佢話佢唔知. 佢話佢要CHECK吓單,如果用到就用啦! 跟住返黎就話, 你落單時冇講係用渣打信用咭優惠,所以冇優惠! 我地問佢, 咁你改唔到單咩? 呢張宣傳單都冇講要落單時聲明. 佢就一味話改唔到單. 又話佢唔知道, 仲好笑係問, 你地落單時, 有冇拎住渣打個份宣傳單指住話落呢度呢隻燒鵝!
我地咪問佢, 你呢度d人冇同我講要用咩優惠要出聲,份野又冇講明要落單前聲明. 仲要你話唔係我落單, 我唔知. 既然係咁, 佢又話唔到事, 咩都話唔知, 我地咪叫佢叫部長黎囉! 跟住佢幾寸咁話我就係部長
咁我地就話咁你叫經理黎啦! 佢走去個經理度講咗幾句, 跟住經埋就理都唔理, 叫佢去搵返落單既人黎同我地講. 個刻已經覺得個經理都唔係路, 個客話要搵你, 你可以唔黎, 叫第二個伙記黎.咩服務態度??

好啦, 負責落單既伙記終於出現啦, 佢一出現就話小姐你地搵張紙寫俾我要咩小菜, 我寫完有同你地覆d小菜啱唔啱架喎, 你又冇拎住份宣傳單黎落單, 我唔知你要用優惠喎! 我話咁你有冇講用優惠要出聲呀?你份宣傳單有冇寫明呀?? 跟住仲話我唔俾機會佢解釋. 好我俾機會你講, 結果俾你講多次都係講番個兩句, 仲話我地冇講佢就入個冇優惠既code. 咁我地又問返佢我地唔係寫code俾你, 亦唔知你有兩個code, 咁而家係咪唔可以有呢個優惠呀? 佢仍然答你地落單時冇講, 唔係佢落錯. 因為我地同d伙記嘈得幾犀利, 基本上成個廳d食客都聽見, 個個都望住. 係呢個時候, 個經理仍然當自己係聾, 係盲. 嘈成咁仲係企係收銀度唔知做咩. 既然個經理咁懶皮, d伙記又係咁懶皮. 我地亦唯有照樣懶皮啦, 同個伙記講, 我唔會埋呢張單, 你去報警啦! 與此同時有個食客應該又係食完一肚火咁走, 行黎我地張枱附近大聲話, 呢間垃圾黎架, 以後都唔使再黎幫襯呀! 正一垃圾, 跟住就向住門口方向走!

由於我地話唔埋單, 個伙記最終又係要走去個經理度講, 大大聲聲話佢地而家話唔埋單, 叫我地報警喎, 到呢個時候個經理冇得繼續裝聾扮盲. 死死地氣咁行黎話有咩幫到我地. 結果又再講多次. 佢依然覺得佢無錯格, 然後又再講一大堆廢話, 下刪一百字, 因內容都係個d, 話我地冇拎份menu同佢地落單, 唔指住要用呢個優惠喎!最後仲問我地想點, 我地咪就係想要有呢個優惠囉, 結果佢咪死死地氣話咁我幫你地去改返啦!

呢d咁既酒樓, 大大間集團, 但係小小事都要d食客嘈成咁至做野! 服務態度又差. 邊有食客會返轉頭架, 野食又一般. 所以我地成家都決定唔會再幫襯呢間咁既酒樓, 食餐飯要咁受氣! 如果佢地想繼續做落去, 我諗佢應該要正視一下員工質素, 服務態度.

Other Info. : 其實早兩三年, 我係同一集團新浦崗分店食晚飯時, 遇到另一件事, 當時又係有信用咭優惠. 同樣地叫咗隻佢地出名既燒鵝. 雖然上枱係有一大隻燒鵝, 但呢碟燒鵝竟然係一半燒鵝, 一半燒鴨. 單憑外表其實你好難分到佢係鵝定鴨, 但當你食入口, 總會發現有少少分別. 至抵死係表面全部係係鵝, 底就全會部係鴨, 你都食左一半, 點樣去同酒樓講入面個d係鴨唔係鵝呢? 仲有呢d要食入口至會發現有分別. 如果唔係各咬一口, 根本你未必會發現. 如果當時我同酒樓講, 佢地堅持係鵝, 我都告佢唔入. 唔通真係將d剩餘既鴨件, 拎去消委會告佢咩! 所以我地冇再幫襯新浦崗分店, 估唔到相隔幾年, 係另一分店又遇到不快事. 睇黎以後都唔應該再去呢個集團既酒樓食飯啦!

新年剛開始 至發現這裡又變了一間"富臨" 放得果三日紅假去拜年 開工後先稍有時間約班朋友來個下午茶集團式篇制 一式一樣既假日下午茶由二時起開始 有優惠點心紙供應 最難得$11.8有一籠蝦餃 皮略厚 但大大粒有蝦肉同筍粒 都算唔錯另外中點既鴨掌幾入味 同惹味點心大致合格 要算既係~牛柏葉 來到只得兩小件 配菜豬皮及白蘿蔔還多芋絲春卷 好脆 但無咩芋絲干炒牛河 唔熱不特止 河粉白雪雪 又無豉油味開業不久 期望可以快手改進食物水準 同服務不足既地方!!

另外中點既鴨掌幾入味 同惹味

點心大致合格 要算既係~牛柏葉 來到只得兩小件
配菜豬皮及白蘿蔔還多
芋絲春卷 好脆 但無咩芋絲

干炒牛河 唔熱不特止 河粉白雪雪 又無豉油味

開業不久 期望可以快手改進食物水準 同服務不足既地方!!
Other Info. : 茶聚後 經過龍寶酒樓門外 見上址疑似大裝 可謂有競爭才會進步 希望裝修完後 茶客又多個好地方飯聚!!
