To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 錫蘭煎餅真係一啖一個正😋!外皮酥脆又唔會油膩,入口後就發現裡面嘅糯米餡好細膩,又滑又糯,真係好夾!細心一食,仲可以嘗到淡淡嘅椰奶味,夠晒香濃,個口感真係得意到不得了!排骨王,真的是王中王👑!肉質鮮嫩,啖啖肉咬落去真係充滿咗肉汁,香氣飄散喺嘴裏,係咁隱约間帶點甜,黑椒味剛剛好,唔會過分搶鏡,但亦夠哂味!至於砵酒鴨呢,真係翻版嘅滋味啊😍!鴨肉腍到化,入味得嚟又保持咗原汁原味,啖啖肉食落有種講唔出嘅滿足感。而且啖啖肉中間夾雜嘅砵酒香味,微微的酸香提起整體味道,唔覺得膩,食得出佢哋嘅用心同用料。花雕薑母雞煲呢,又係另一款好東東!雞肉腍得黎啱啱好,好入味。薑母嘅辛辣氣息好突出,暖笠笠啲又適合冬日夜晚。個湯頭食落去真係好夠味,仲有種回甘嘅感覺。食完今晚呢頓飯,真係滿足到我哋每一個味蕾,全晚係咁笑口開懷。富臨,我哋仲會再嚟嘅!🥘🍚🍲 continue reading

今日去葵興搵朋友搞啲野之後食晏就一齊去飲茶午茶時間,都唔算好多人因為間茶樓好大,所以都好好坐而且我地一行四個人,所以可以叫多啲野試下牛肉腸粉、蝦餃、鳳爪、白焯菜心、沙薑豬手、原隻紅燒乳鴿、銀芽肉絲炒面點心樣樣都大大份蝦餃仲要大大隻,啲皮又薄又多蝦沙薑豬手好入味,上面仲要勁多咸脆花生,真係抵食呀乳鴿原隻上,熱辣辣,皮脆肉嫩肉絲炒面,面底脆卜卜,配埋九黃芽菜香輂口同肉絲,一齊入口,真係有酒樓回味感覺! continue reading

每個月都來三四次,飲早茶,點心紙都無乜變化,今日過來,吾同咗喎,多咗手機點餐,同埋以前創意點心又番來,呢個 《有雞先定有蛋先》 幾得意,咸水角配布甸係特別既,如果布甸唔咁甜就更好,有兩隻雞單眼,師傅唔記得比隻眼佢,有啲可憐南瓜造型,忘記咗個名,味道都幾好,仲食咗牛肉腸粉,棉花雞,奶王包,尼d無乜特別,就唔說拉,做埋會員,會有現金卷,可以即時扣五元,仲可以儲分,吾知有咩換架,儲咗先。 continue reading

每逢週二早上我都會來葵涌和宜合道對面的茶樓 / 酒家改名都改了好多次但這間「富臨」卻開了很多年都仍在裡面的坐位闊落,舒適,環境美觀早市點心更有多種款式,任君選擇有些要在 11:30 前落單,有些則 15:30今早,試下食鯪魚球,三個大大件!裡面有「陳皮、馬蹄、娃娃菜絲」,咬感煙韌,馬蹄爽口,陳皮化氣,整體感覺不錯,買單三十蚊有找,這樣的價錢,有這樣的質素,好好!我們之前試過人多,一人三十蚊,食到個個飽飽,好滿足,好抵食! continue reading

今日有事到石梨貝,午飯時間就到附近商場的富臨酒家吃,酒樓的面積都算大,不過裝修就稍為陳舊了些,而且在這比較老舊區域的座上客,都是上了年紀的佔大多數。今日由於時間尚早,我們趕及在晨早時段入單,共計點了五福點心拼盤、七彩炒米粉、鳳爪排骨飯、懷舊鴨腳扎、南瓜炸煎堆。炒米粉顏色賣相都算悅目,而且米粉中又夾雜著粉絲來炒,都算特別外又炒得乾身味道亦很美味。鳳爪排骨飯的鳳爪和排骨醃得入味,只不過飯就因貨就價少了些。鴨腳扎的個頭很大,鴨掌亦算大隻味道也很鮮美。拼盤每樣有一件,蝦餃、燒賣、雞包仔、粉果和紅棗糕,各樣味道都一般水準不過不失。以前曾試過他的南瓜炸煎堆,今天特意再來試多次,見到其大大個金黃色的外表,咬入口外脆内軟兼且品嚐到南瓜的甜味; 唯獨是今天的煎堆炸好太久又沒有放在熱櫃中保暖,使其已經變涼扣了分。今次的午餐以食品算素和價錢來說 ,可算是較高的性價比, 下次都會再來光顧。 continue reading
