To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平時去LKF點都唔會係食野多,但係聽到有高質日式Semi Lunch Buffet就一於留港消費下Semi buffet可以食既食物種類超級多,包括有刺身壽司天婦羅餃子麵豉乾關東煮等等。今次食物大部份都由宮崎縣入口,等我介紹吓我今次食既裏面個人最欣賞嘅食物!天婦羅皮薄鬆脆,香港難得搵到咁好食嘅天婦樂,好食程度係好過出面成千蚊一位果啲!無限量添加北海道雪場蟹腳!每一隻都好鮮味,經過處理,好易就攞到舊肉出泥。關東煮方面我自己都好有要求,蘿蔔同埋有油豆腐我食唔停口!湯汁甜咸剛好,我前後都食左四轉。雞皮餃子不得了,皮薄又多粒。重點皮炸到頸香口,加埋蘿蔔用天婦羅汁解少少油膩,包你食唔停。A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒鍋唔記得叫店員遲少少先上,所以好早就上咗,結果我又食咗好多出邊嘅食物先再食個壽喜燒鍋搞到凍凍地。但係就算佢凍咗都係超好食!A4嘅和牛唔會太肥膩,入口啱啱好。仲整咗煎香咗嘅豆腐同埋一啲粉絲,其實嗰一刻我已經飽飽地,但係都成個食晒沖吞拿魚腩小丼雖然叫小丼,但係吞拿魚蓉都好多,加咗少少芝麻增香,必叫之算Cocktail Smoke C始終都係蘭桂坊,所以點都要飲一杯Cocktail,上枱精美,飲落去少

Semi buffet可以食既食物種類超級多,包括有刺身壽司天婦羅餃子麵豉乾關東煮等等。今次食物大部份都由宮崎縣入口,等我介紹吓我今次食既裏面個人最欣賞嘅食物!
