突然間一室香氣四溢,原來個乾煸鮑魚煲提早登場,放上枱仍然仲喺吱吱聲,熱力逼人。啲鮑魚鎅晒花,所以,入口更加入味,而且,口感柔韌有彈性,此外,就連啲蔥都非常好食。

小弟戒魚翅多年,呢個海皇羹更加啱我,雖然, 燕窩就唔喺好睇得出,不過,個海皇羹就推得好好,唔單止味道鮮甜,口感唔會太杰或太稀,仲有有好多海鮮料晌裡面。

講到食新鮮魚,都喺清蒸最能夠食出鮮味。呢條金花尾班估計都有斤半,蒸得啱啱好,l,夾起嚟唔會黐骨,啲肉質嫩滑到不得了,而且,確喺非常鮮味。

蠔皇北姑鵝掌

呢道菜喺宴席中比較傳統嘅菜式,亮點通常都喺啲大花菇,而啲花菇確實又大又厚肉,同埋好有菇香,鵝掌亦都扣得好軟腍,底下嘅生菜亦都煮得仲有陣爽口感,配埋個蠔皇芡夠晒香濃。

楓林招牌乳鴿 

雖然餐牌中嘅乳鴿為第二道菜,不過,個乳鴿就好似平時食酒席嘅炸子雞咁,近尾先壓軸登場。乳鴿配埋啲七色蝦片,喺呢度嘅招牌,不愧為招牌菜式,唔單止炸得皮脆肉嫩,啲乳鴿又醃得入味,而且,相對嚟講都較大隻,食到啜晒手指。

瑤柱蛋白炒飯

去到尾聲,其實大家都好飽吓,加上同台女士多,所以,大家都喺淺嚐呢一個炒飯。我就覺得個炒飯炒得有水汁,一來唔油,飯粒夠爽身,二來裡面料多,所以,味道一啲都唔寡。雖然剩番一大碟,幸好有朋友已有準備,自備膠盒打包成兜飯,環保唔好嘥嘢,讚呀!

合時甜品只喺紅豆沙啫,都無話合唔合時,幾時都啱食。睇樣你就覺得平平無奇,食落你就知有啲深度,因為除咗啲紅豆煮到夠綿起晒沙之外,就喺滲出陣陣陳皮果香。

除夕倒數完, 訓醒教當然要同屋企人飲下茶迎接新年。由於驚1月1日好多人飲茶要等位等好耐, 所以一早係openricebook定位, 估唔到早1日卜都仲有位。黎到環境幾好,當日卜到位就可以直入, 現場都無乜人排隊, 可能D人唔知呢間有得飲茶? 通常每兩個月左右就會去楓林小館,每一次都會食佢嘅招牌菜椒鹽白飯魚、椒鹽粟米、荷葉蟹飯、咕嚕肉,每次都係因為呢幾道菜而嚟,間中會食吓一啲魚、乳鴿、例湯、每一次都食得好開心☺️但除夕當日都係點咗平日食開嘅菜,當第一道菜椒鹽白飯魚上菜嘅時候,就憑外觀已經覺得同平時唔一樣,白飯魚嘅脆漿一啲都唔脆,而且冇乜味👎🏻椒鹽粟米本身會有好多辣椒同埋蒜頭擺饗面,我個仔最鍾意就係用呢啲嚟撈飯食,但今次只得六件平平無奇嘅粟米,其他配料全部都冇,味道唔使講,都係失色👎🏻咕嚕肉水準好一般,一啲都唔酥脆,唔難食,但如果知道係咁樣一定唔會再叫👎🏻荷葉蒸蟹飯,以前個飯係好香蟹味同埋荷葉味,今次個飯明顯地比平時用多咗雞蛋去炒,比我嘅感覺係將個炒飯擺落個荷葉度,再擺隻蒸好既蟹落去,個炒飯一啲蟹嘅味都冇,嚴重失色👎🏻一問之下,原來佢哋換晒廚房啲人,好似聽講話廚房人同樓面有拗撬,但係我好想話俾佢哋聽,換晒廚師之後已經食唔到以前嘅味道,相信我都唔會再返嚟食lu😅😅😅

荃灣楓林小館開了一段時間,我都係第一次幫襯!星期日過咗午飯時間,所以只得幾枱客。小館傳統中國裝修,部份侍應都上了年紀,仍親切有禮貌。帶子菜苗餃本身較清淡,上面加咗XO醬提升了味道香芋流沙包食起嚟有陣陣芋頭味,唔係好甜,可惜流沙餡未能流出!潮州粉果餡料切得比較細粒,味道都係偏淡。豬潤粒爽口,份量唔多,腸粉皮薄,值得試吓!清甜雞湯加竹笙、花膠仔。餃子餡料有少許蝦肉、冬菇等,味道適中。其他點心都唔錯,燒賣最好食,上面隻蝦爽口彈牙;反而覺得蝦餃啲蝦冇咁新鮮。陳皮牛肉球有淡淡的陳皮味,肉質淋,應該牛肉比例較多芝麻味濃,卷身軟滑,好少地方有咁精緻嘅甜品

其他點心都唔錯,燒賣最好食,上面隻蝦爽口彈牙;反而覺得蝦餃啲蝦冇咁新鮮。陳皮牛肉球有淡淡的陳皮味,肉質淋,應該牛肉比例較多

昨晚去楓林小館食晚飯,一點也沒有令我失望。小菜非常出色,乳鴿亦保持高水準。招呼10分妥當完全沒有一啲評論那麼差勁。除咗小菜及乳鴿外,最欣賞的就是中式甜品。我的至愛是芝麻卷係我食過之中最出色的。楓林已是我在荃灣區首選之食館。

今日約左幾條友仔去飲茶,其中1個朋友話呢間幾好味,所以就去左試下,我地order左蜜汁叉燒腸$32(普通冇乜特別)、蟹籽蒸燒賣$36(蝦幾爽口都好新鮮)、上素粉果$29(5知掂5掂因為我唔食粉果🤣、混醬蒸鳳爪$29(我覺得個芡汁比較比杰)、古法馬拉糕$32(5夠鬆軟)、蒜香鮮蝦腸春卷$36(應該係同一批蝦,因為都好新鮮個皮都炸得好脆卜卜😋)、帶子菜苗餃$32(味道比較淡)、香煎蘿蔔糕$22(煎得夠脆好味😋)、香煎糯米雞$32(5係周圍酒樓都食到,煎到脆卜卜好味😋)、座位都算坐得舒適,但係茶位$17@我覺得有d貴😅

今天中午用openrich訂位,吃午餐在楓林小館荃灣店,叫了的食品質量總體好,服務也很好,付款也很暢快完成。今次來吃飯也是第四五次了。小館環境座位也很好舒適。下次也會再來亦會叫朋友也來試試啊。

朋友預先打電話詢問最後截單時間及最後離座時間,職員明明講可以坐到四點,我哋大概差不多三點入座,之後陸續有其他客人離開,得返我哋最後一台客,但係當時只係三點二十分左右,當時已經係好多職員以及老練的經理企喺我哋枱嘅附近,不停用不友善的眼神望住我哋,但係當時我哋還有食物仲未到,而且其中一款點心仲嚟錯咗,侍應一句都冇講過唔好意思,就直接拎返入去,期間一路都坐得好唔舒服,俾人一直係咁望住以及行為上催促我哋快啲離開,而且仲食完一碟就行埋嚟收走就一隻碟,之後三點四十分都未夠我哋就埋左單,坐低食嘢一個鐘都唔夠,食物質素係的確唔錯嘅,不過咁嘅服務真係唔會再回頭,仲話係老字號,真心仲衰過啲舊式普通酒樓嘅服務!重點係你一係喺電話就唔好同人哋講話可以坐到四點啦,而且係未夠三點落單嘅時候服務同眼神已經好差,既然係咁就唔應該接客入啦,價錢已經唔係平,仲要咁嘅服務,完全信錯晒啲好評,非常失望!

在一年內,今次是第二次中午去吃小菜。第一次吃炆龍躉撥水翅,齒脥留香,想返尋味,可惜當天沒有,說因為近幾天沒開大龍躉🥲唯有試其他菜式:1)欖菜冰梅骨 - 肉質嫰腍,味道佳2)手抓羊扒 - 羊肉燒得乾身,肉醃得好好味,有少許麻辣。可惜上菜時發現夾雜了很多乾紅辣椒,但茶譜上並沒顯示辣的,有點失望,因當天有少許喉嚨痛,唯有立即去除所有辣椒,最初還用清水洗洗才吃,但為好味最後照吃可也🤣3)生折泥猛粥 - 鮮甜美味,整碗中只找到-條幼骨絲4)沙窩紅燒鮑翅 - 很多一梳梳的翅,但總是不喜歡紅燒汁的稠,唯一是回味兒時去喜宴時吃翅的感覺🤣餐前小食醋貓耳朵(雲耳)$15 茶介每位$15由中午12 時至1:30 左右,人客坐了8 成多,相比其他食肆算是人多😄
