老實講,個樣似街肆賣既牛肉粉麵差唔多都係一樣款式。今次食咗呢款牛肉粉麵,真係唔同以往喎!首先佢用料十足,紅色牛肉塊又肥又嫩,配埋幾片翠綠色番梗葉,好食!湯底亦都唔會過於油膩,馬油味十足,浮滿頭上嘅粉麵竟然好彈牙至於檸檬,我會多少滴啲落去調和味道,亦都令到湯底分甜清新咗唔少。不過呢家人有點唔習慣,因為通常嘅牛肉粉都偏甜,而且唔會太清爽。最後佢嗰個價錢都相當值,性價比高。店主都好有禮貌,對客人態度好好,都算係幾細心。如果喺附近,非常推薦來呢度食牛肉粉麵!

又到東大街榲食,收風呢度有間越南菜幾正!越鋒味越式餐廳 的舖面不大,食物種類也算多!雞扒撈檬 外賣回公司食!仍保留有暖感,雞扒惹味也有咬口。加上青瓜絲、炸蒜、花生碎等配料,口感更為豐富。醬汁另外上!飲品叫了凍檸茶,味道剛剛好!

跟食評搵食食到一肚氣(你明㗎啦),所以決定新一年食到好餐廳就要表揚下。40蚊下午茶連凍飲超級扺。食物一啲都唔hea 。pho湯頭清甜,食完唔口渴,調味好balance, 加埋青檸恰到好處,仲落咗kaffir like leave。呢個價錢嚟講牛肉絕對比我想像中好。待應姐姐好友善,把聲好好聽。下次再嚟試埋其他嘢❤️

東大街出名的食店林立,之前有朋友推介過這間東大街小店。小店逢星期一休息,有時也會在其他weekday休息,我之前去過都摸門釘,今日終於有緣吃到。第一次到訪,當然試試招牌:越鋒味招牌牛三。粉麵可以選擇河粉或檬粉。麵起得很快,而且份量很足(食量小的女生可能會想要扣底)。這款招牌裏面有生牛肉(可選熟牛肉),切得夠薄,肥瘦均勻,非常嫩滑,又有鮮味。另外,配上了薄切牛腩,比較少見,也煮得很淋。裏面還有扎肉和牛丸, 十分豐富。小貼士,湯可以加錢轉蝦頭湯底,我試了朋友的湯底,確實很鮮甜,值得試試。再值得一讚的是這餐廳還有多款套餐,例如這個招牌套餐$62,包飲品,真是價廉物美。這裏已經成為我心目中全香港頭三最好吃的越南牛河店了!

第一次到訪,當然試試招牌:越鋒味招牌牛三。粉麵可以選擇河粉或檬粉。麵起得很快,而且份量很足(食量小的女生可能會想要扣底)。這款招牌裏面有生牛肉(可選熟牛肉),切得夠薄,肥瘦均勻,非常嫩滑,又有鮮味。另外,配上了薄切牛腩,比較少見,也煮得很淋。裏面還有扎肉和牛丸, 十分豐富。


小貼士,湯可以加錢轉蝦頭湯底,我試了朋友的湯底,確實很鮮甜,值得試試。


再值得一讚的是這餐廳還有多款套餐,例如這個招牌套餐$62,包飲品,真是價廉物美。這裏已經成為我心目中全香港頭三最好吃的越南牛河店了!
