這裡有名的還有「鳳城炸粉果」。一隻隻漲鼓鼓的粉果內涵豐富,炸得通透。把粉果在另上的上湯中輕浸一下,再送進嘴巴,感受一下微脆中帶點粉軟的滋味,與不浸上湯吃,同樣宜人,愛怎麼吃就怎麼吃,悉隨尊便。

傳說鳳城酒家很出名,但是一搜尋就有很多間鳳城,真的不知道那間才是最傳統的。不過不緊要,難得來到北角,就試一試鳳城。星期日的午飯時間一如所料,人流很多,要等位大概10至15分鐘。點心紙的樣子很傳統,基本上沒有圖片可參考的,也是即叫即蒸。炸魷魚鬚點心紙上是沒有炸魷魚鬚的,遇到經理用托盤巡遊時點的,都算炸得酥脆。蛋黃千層糕在其他酒樓沒有吃過,這個蛋黃千層糕真的很好吃,中間除了夾雜很多蛋黃碎和奶黃之類,驚喜地有椰絲,吃下去感到一甜一咸很特別。酥皮蛋撻仔建議真的聽媽媽話不要叫酒樓蛋撻(平日才幾蚊一件蛋撻,在酒樓吃變廿幾蚊3件😹),蛋撻仔的酥皮是淋的,蛋也焗得很老,相片加了filter也看到是皺皺的,上碟時一點餘溫也沒有…蟹子燒賣王像吃豬肉燒賣一樣沒什麼特別~鳳城蝦餃王餡料蝦很多,但蝦餃皮很厚~酒樓的位置很窄,又坐滿客人,基本上沒位置推車仔,姐姐出餐時是用托盤拿點心出來,看到也很重很辛苦,這點我覺得酒樓可以改善一下。

好耐都未嚟過鳳城酒樓食點心,今日晨運後經過鳳城酒樓,兩個人上去飲早茶,早茶特價時間只要11點前落單就可以,冇規定幾多點離座。特價時段大點$30 ,中點$23 ,小點$20。兩個人唔敢叫太多,只係叫咗三碟,因為佢的點心都幾大件。嗌咗個山竹牛肉,好多腐竹,牛肉嘅口感唔錯,又叫咗個蝦米煎腸粉,煎得好香脆,加埋啲甜醬麻醬甜豉油,又多蝦米有多蔥,對煎腸粉非常之滿意。隻糯米雞真係超大隻,仲有大大隻蝦、叉燒、豬肉、臘腸在裏面,幾juicy,啲糯米唔會蒸到淋啤啤,傳統又好食。

今日同老友去鳳城食飯,中午嘅時間人山人海,不過好彩都等得唔耐就坐低咗,嗌咗豬膶燒賣,千層糕,上湯炸粉果,鳳城炒飯,薑蔥蒸魚肚,有一啲都係老牌點心,唔係周圍都食到。首先第一樣上嘅竟然係鳳城炒飯,有啲失望,飯底比較濕,唔夠乾身,可能係因為人多嘅關係,所以師傅冇用心製作,差咗少少火候,好似日式炒飯點樣,濕濕地。豬潤燒賣豬潤蒸得比較老,有啲韌,同埋有啲搞笑嘅係兩塊大豬潤,但係有四粒燒賣。薑蔥蒸魚肚好食,冇腥味同埋魚肚洗得好乾淨,爽口,時間啱啱好。上湯炸粉果係一樣好特別嘅點心,外皮好似酥皮蛋撻咁樣,不過唔知係本身咁樣定係點,個湯凍既😅。最後嗌多一個炸蝦卷,但係明顯得炸得咗龍同埋油溫不對,所以炸出嚟個皮唔趣,失準之作。根據我個friend嘅口供,琴日係有少少失準,整體嚟講個味道係唔差嘅,但係真係感覺上有啲大意同埋每樣都撐少少咁樣。唯有下次俾多次機會。

早茶時段人流唔算好爆,但食物真心一般,可能比老人家打牙鉸既地方吧。點左馬拉糕,已經即刻起筷但個馬拉糕中間竟然係凍既。。然後蛋撻無咩味,唔知係咪為長者而設架呢😅鮮竹卷個人覺得正常,無特別,但身邊既老人家咬唔到😅話好似食橡筋咁。其他食物例如燒賣,蝦餃,鮮蝦腸粉都一般,雖然食到唔新鮮但未至於難食。但值得一提既係個餐廳環境,好傳統香港茶樓,特別係而家仲見到送食物既運輸𨋢,好似去返70年代咁,個人就幾鐘意。整體來講好懷舊。

早茶時段人流唔算好爆,但食物真心一般,可能比老人家打牙鉸既地方吧。

點左馬拉糕,已經即刻起筷但個馬拉糕中間竟然係凍既。。然後蛋撻無咩味,唔知係咪為長者而設架呢😅

鮮竹卷個人覺得正常,無特別,但身邊既老人家咬唔到😅話好似食橡筋咁。

其他食物例如燒賣,蝦餃,鮮蝦腸粉都一般,雖然食到唔新鮮但未至於難食。

但值得一提既係個餐廳環境,好傳統香港茶樓,特別係而家仲見到送食物既運輸𨋢,好似去返70年代咁,個人就幾鐘意。整體來講好懷舊。

今日做孝順女同阿媽去飲茶,阿媽好想食傳統嘅灌湯餃,於是就特登過海去到北角一間傳統茶樓叫鳳城酒家去下佢哋嘅餸菜。媽媽就經常食呢間餐廳,但係我就第一次去,所以我對餐紙上嘅點心都好好奇😯我哋兩個人叫咗六碟食物,有蛋黃千層糕、芋絲春卷、鳳城灌湯餃、豬肚、豬潤燒賣、上湯炸粉果。灌湯餃係入面有汁既好特別,值得一試!蛋黃千層糕喺好多年前係茶樓既名物,但係而家真係買少見少,好欣賞鳳城酒家仲保留呢道點心。豬潤燒賣對豬潤控都係必叫點心之一,豬潤大大塊,性格比絕對高!豬肚亦都好爽好淋好入味!上湯炸粉果細個去飲先成日食,而家去朋友婚宴就唔多見,黎呢度又可以襯機會試下見到圍住我地坐果四枱客都有叫芋絲春卷,於是我地又叫埋試下!無後悔可以encore 🤓🤓佢啲炸物係新鮮炸起,唔怕中伏!現場的裝潢都好懷舊,但唔代表唔衛生!門口有消毒搓水液同酒精,可以任用!

一行八人慶祝友人生日,預訂左蓮蓉西米布甸和生日桃包一打。餸就叫左炸子雞一隻皮脆肉嫩熱辣辣又大隻好食,煎粉果、蝦多士保持一貫水準,小炒皇材料豐富,薑汁芥蘭只係用菜遠部份所以好嫩,椒鹽肉排送酒一流,鳳城炒飯有獲氣,藕餅冇試。西米布甸吾太甜,生日桃包就吾夠鬆軟這個比較差。想叫個脆口生腸,但沒有供應。埋單$1850/8 位,抵食。
