這家齋菜很好吃,雙菇炒菜心菇鮮甜配上了菜的香味10分美味。齋鹵味裏面有不同的材料,我最喜歡的是吃酸齋酸甜,很吸引。菠蘿咕嚕肉的賣相也很吸引,吃下去外脆內嫩,好吃。這裏最吸引的還是腐竹銀杏白粥,免費任添加,吃落去粥底黏糯,令人百吃不厭。

到來還神之後順便到食堂吃午飯, 羅漢齋飯可轉麵,叫多個齋鹵味添。他們的白粥真的很好味 ,吃到腐竹的味道。 羅漢齋湯麵份量不少, 羅漢齋和齋滷味的味道也很好 。總括來說抵食又好味。 飯堂闊落又乾淨。 不過提提大家現在 不能在廟中化寶,拜神後宝碟衣包集中放籠中 收集,由廟方處理 。而不屬廟方的外來宝碟衣包要自行带走。

年尾去蓬瀛仙館還太歲,黎到覺得肚餓(因為未食lunch,,就係因為想黎食齋,所以留肚),就入黎食野醫肚。下午3-4點冇乜人,不過4:30 last order,食到5點就要走,各位想黎食齋菜記得預岩時間。同埋佢地係唔希望各位帶各類葷入黎,各位最好唔好帶啲乜肉乾肉粒呀,乜魚絲魚乾之類既野入坐啦。黎到睇睇餐牌,就點左2味菜,一款齋乳豬,另一款西檸汁煎蘇卷,再每人十蚊茶位加任食白粥或飯。埋單百五蚊攪掂,要去去櫃枱比錢先。簡單講,黎到主要係食粥,啲菜未黎之前,我就倒左三碗粥落口,冇錯,真係倒落口,加小小鹽,筷子撈勻,唔洗用匙羹,就咁倒。佢地米既比例唔多,算係稀粥,又綿又好味又易入口。倒完一碗倒兩碗,倒完兩碗倒多碗,如果唔係叫左野食,我諗我倒粥都夠飽前後連食餸我起碼食左七八碗粥。另外兩味齋菜就正正常常,份量味道等都係合格以上。乳豬記得點坐低時佢地比茶時附加既醬,咁就最好食。西檸卷小小酸甜酸甜,唔錯。不過最緊要係一啖菜加幾啖粥,食完啲粥記得出去畢返碗粥埋位先再食菜,包你食到飽。

雖然這頓齋菜我最喜歡的始終還是那水準甚高的白粥,其他菜式我只覺得一般,甚至有點過於重口味,不過這裡的員工嬸嬸服務態度很好,親切有禮,二人餐的價錢又經濟,加上環境清靜,這頓齋菜我還是吃得滿意的。

其實好少去齋舖食齋,因為覺得好油,啲食物又差不多味,蓬瀛仙館係少數我覺得無呢個問題嘅。是日同一班同事出黎食下齋,餐牌有好多套餐揀,但我地有個相當嘴刁嘅同事,覺得套餐太平凡而決定散點,叫夠八款好意頭。餸未到就梗係要食粥先,呢度個粥真係超正,有果皮香,又綿又滑,真係明火白粥,不是粥舖啲撞水粥,太好味,未有餸都食左三碗。齋滷味呢個好平凡,無乜特別話好唔好味,酸酸地咁樣。脆皮炸春卷十分香脆,入面一絲絲蔬菜好好味。香煎腐皮卷腐皮有咬口,入面的蔬菜好juicy。酥炸荔芋卷呢樣十分好食!炸得香脆又唔油,咬落一啖啖芋頭,好綿,同芋頭魚異曲同工,但呢個一口一件更方便食。豉椒生根同事話想食生根,問店員有咩推介就點左呢款,豉椒幾惹味,生根吸哂啲汁好味。羅漢會上素雜菇同馬碲好好味,蠔油汁夠入味。百合黃耳花枝炒蜜豆呢味淡淡地,白色一塊塊個啲係素花枝,食落爽口好得意。雪菜三絲炆米最後仲有碟炒米粉,同羅漢上素啲料差不多,多了雪菜,鹹鹹地炒得幾好味噃。好飽好飽,樣樣都好味,碟豉也算大,抵食!

最後仲有碟炒米粉,同羅漢上素啲料差不多,多了雪菜,鹹鹹地炒得幾好味噃。

香港人好鐘意聽到人話食素就話人地係食齋,其實齋同素係唔一樣架。齋係有宗教成份,食物唔可以含五辛。要食齋去返啲寺呀觀路就最適合,雲泉仙館既齋好食,但地點唔就腳,今次就貪方便去左粉嶺火車站隔離既蓬瀛仙館。平時白飯同粥都係自己裝,但因為疫情關係,就變左職員分好比客人,如果要添就同職員講聲。靜靜雞話你知,我地係為左個粥黎既。唔知點解食齋既地方煮既粥特別好食,煮得夠綿,仲有陣腐竹味咁。除左白粥,食齋必食既一定要數炸春卷!一碟春卷有成8條,成碟上有啲heavy,好彩有得雙拼,我地就揀左素乳豬,實行齋口唔齋心。春卷炸得恰到好處,唔會太油膩,好正。素乳豬都係啲麵筋之類既製品,un un地幾有咬口。食完啲煎炸野就食個清淡啲既炒三絲啦,話就話三絲,但其實係有N咁多種蔬菜,乜野顏色都有,營養夠哂均衡。其實仲有好多野想試,佢地啲碟頭好大,兩個人食唔到太多,咁又有藉口下次再黎喇!

除左白粥,食齋必食既一定要數炸春卷!一碟春卷有成8條,成碟上有啲heavy,好彩有得雙拼,我地就揀左素乳豬,實行齋口唔齋心。春卷炸得恰到好處,唔會太油膩,好正。素乳豬都係啲麵筋之類既製品,un un地幾有咬口。

原來今年因為疫情關係
今年既粥唔係自取形式 係佢比裝埋比你
按人數 個量會增加
我見鄰桌係一煲粥咁放上枱
不過呢道個白粥真係我食過最好味既白粥
食頭兩啖可能覺得同一般食既分別唔大
但食多兩啖就發現好香果皮味 可以自己加鹽
我冇加但覺得已經夠鹹
睇落都係綿同啲米已經係爆開哂 係正既

最重味就係豉椒素鵝腸
愈食愈辣 所以我唔太喜歡
同埋佢個素鵝腸係望落似菇菌類 咬落似蒟蒻
又完全冇麵粉同碳水化合物既感覺
喺帶住太多不解 又冇問人既情況係
我唔太喜歡 但有興趣可以試下佢又唔係真係咁差

最後一碟係羅漢齋
雖然睇唔到 但佢有唔知少少酸菜定蘿蔔
所以偶爾會覺得酸酸地
算係有啲特色令佢同一般餐廳唔同
隻碟好大 啲餸都好多
不過菜就得兩條 應該係用黎伴碟既
不過再多都真係已經食唔落

雖然齋菜黎講二人餐百六蚊唔貴
但如果下次再兩個人黎 都係散嗌
叫返兩個餸 反正粥飯任食 又平啲呢( ´▽`)
