今日同男朋友補祝生日,特登揀左一間Fine dining餐廳,結果性價比高,當真唔錯。有免費餐包,前菜各揀左一款,個蟹餅好好食!餐湯係忌廉粟米薯仔湯。主菜叫左羊架同帶子,兩款都唔錯。最緊要係加錢叫左朱古力半熟蛋糕同蘋果金寶,都好好食,唔會太甜~事先已經叫佢地係甜品碟到寫字,最後仲送左個相架俾我地添~侍應服務態度都好好,經常斟水。 continue reading

男朋友說帶我去食好野,選了這間餐廳,開頭行入工厦都沒什麼期望,怎知一入餐廳星另一個世界🤩-我們叫了一個dinner set ——炭燒美國安格斯西冷扒 配 黑松露菌燒汁 (set) $368 前菜選了炭燒一口和牛粒 配 香橙合桃沙律 和牛粒簡直不得了,入口即溶,好有炭燒香又好腍,和牛的香氣湧入嘴裡,配埋少量蟹子,係最幸福既一啖!-餐包味道一般,但配有特別的醬,餐湯是磨菇湯,挺好喝。-西冷扒點了5成熟,剛剛好紅紅的不會過熟,很有牛味也很軟腍,配黑松露醬汁很香。還有薯蓉、薯角和少量蔬菜伴碟。-海鮮龍蝦汁寬條麵 $158有帶子、大蝦和青口,全部都很新鮮,龍蝦汁很夠味又creamy,好吃!-最後加了一個甜品 Apple crumble 配雲呢拿雪糕$35雖然份量很少,但這道甜品很有誠意,apple crumble 香脆又有蘋果蓉,跟雪糕一起食很夾!-人均$300,但這個高質素很值得! continue reading

慶祝生日飯,我們一行四人,同事介紹lunch半自助午餐,所以就試吓。由於這店好full(lunch hr)所以一定要book位。一入門口一眼看晒, 全場爆滿,由於餐廳應該想做多啲生意,所以座位與座位之間比較窄。主菜方便分別:煙三文魚配火箭菜,香草醬汁天使麵;味道調校得啱啱好,天使麵不會太琳,值得一試👍🏻;扒極黑豚排配香茅燒汁,由於這店豬係主打菜,所以選了這款,但有啲失望,因為黑豚排有些筋同埋肉質比較(鞋口)同想像中有些出入,香茅燒汁的汁調較得几好,份量足:慢煮加拿大牛仔骨配香滑蒜蓉山葵汁:這款係我覺得三款主菜當中最不值得推介,因為牛仔骨煮唔熟所以咬唔開,除咗我哋嗰台叫了兩份外,我還見到其他抬嘅客人都是同樣食剩和咬唔到👎🏻。而半自助頭盤及沙律吧反而做得比我想像中出色,因為款色有几款,熱盤出完又會再出一些新款,所以几好,而甜品方面,味道一般,同事們最喜歡都是啫喱。整體而言,自助頭盤及沙律吧係佢嘅賣點,而主菜味道一般,如果想靜靜地傾計就不用選這店,因當天人已經全店坐滿,有些嘈,而餐廳都仲會播音樂,真的覺得有點嘈上加嘈 continue reading
