近日到訪一間銅鑼灣法國的餐廳,性價比非常之高,服務周到。晚市有二人套餐,亦都可以散叫,種類繁多。煙三文魚沙律,三文魚沙律色彩繽紛,蔬菜新鮮,搭配的沙律醬清爽,是一個極佳的開胃菜。蒜蓉麵包外脆內軟,蒜香四溢脆口。每一片麵包均勻地塗上了香濃的蒜蓉醬,略帶焦香,非常適合搭配湯品享用。松露湯,松露湯濃郁而絲滑,散發出淡淡的松露香氣,令人醉。湯底的鮮美與松露的獨特氣味相融合,為食客帶來奢華的享受。蕃茄湯,以新鮮蕃茄為主料,味道酸甜適中,十分開胃。湯的質感醇厚,搭配蒜蓉麵包吃格外美味,是一個不錯的選擇。大蝦意粉,蝦肉新鮮且大,味道鮮美,搭配的意粉煮得恰到好處,既有嚼勁又吸附了濃郁的醬汁。三黃雞的皮脆肉嫩,白白滑滑,加入了一些香料,增添了風味。每一口都能感受到雞肉的鮮美,非常誘人。最後甜品部份的蘋果批雪糕,外皮酥脆,內裡蘋果餡香甜可口,配上香滑的雪糕,口感對比令人驚喜。

位於銅鑼灣鬧市中的樓上餐廳,可能冇乜宣傳,星期六中午都唔係太多人。餐廳環境有西餐氛圍,廁所乾淨很讚。餐牌set lunch選擇夠全面,附送嘅餐包夠熱好好食。加錢叫咗個龍蝦湯,好夠味又有龍蝦肉。店員知道我哋share,廚師自動幫我哋分碗非常細心。主食叫咗意粉,麵條處理得好好夠乾身又al Dente。另外叫咗個豬扒,低溫慢煮keep到肉質夠嫩滑。最後叫咗個心太軟,呢個有驚喜,外脆內軟個餡又唔會死甜。整體食物好店員服務殷勤,會翻桌。寫食評係覺得佢可以值得有多d客😃
