The Earl Grey chocolate cream was in the shape of a little pillow, just like an air pod case, which had mandarin jelly inside and also sorbet on the side.

It’s a delightful experience looking at green partitions outside the floor to ceiling windows. It really gave you the feeling of lunching in a garden (an air-con’d one).

First time to this restaurant / hotel.  Was seated right away (table was ready).  We opted to be seated outside as we had our puppy with us...BIG PLUS!  Employees were very very attentive, food selection wasn't like other more 'long time' buffet places but every dishes were very delicate, tasteful, quality food!  The chilled Abalone, snow crab were VERY VERY fresh.  Oysters were to die for - one of the best I've had.  Peking duck was good as the chef cut not just the skin but deep into the meat.

咁嘅酒店食物管理質素係好差!

前菜,燒烤,主菜,甜品味道屬於正常,唔會特別覺得好食,唔會特別留下印象。

大閘蟹預咗係好細隻,所以問題唔大。

感覺人手唔係好夠,收碟嘅速度係好慢,好多次都係要舉手叫人嚟收碟。

我仲要係請朋友嚟食,簡直係超尷尬!

整體嚟講呢個價錢真係有好多其他選擇,係真係失望!

good quality of food, fresh oysters, nice steak. variety of food in semi buffet is not as wide as those you can find for traditional full buffet but is definitely more than enough. and the seafoods, cold cuts, desserts, cakes and ice cream are all above average.

service was superb - food refilled frequently,
waiters are all friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. they come replace the plates frequently. we all feel very welcomed and well served.

murray’s service is so far one of the best among the five-star hotels in hong kong!

明明五月尾先食過一次非常滿意當時(5月尾)未發現open rice有做718優惠所以是正價及+1付費的當日食物仍然是放於入口放大盆花的大大位置記得濃濃的龍蝦湯非常好飲,而且是不停添加魚生等等亦非常新鮮,生蠔甜美源源不絕的送出主菜雖然不是很好吃,但是仍然有一定水平甜品更加是無敵造型又靚味道又好食而且人好多但是昨天再次幫襯,一出𨋢見到上次放食物嘅地方空空如也,當時仍然在想:「咦點解食物未放好?」原來食物已經轉放在右邊客人座位位置,而且少了很多很多,連冷盤的琵琶蝦也欠奉,生蠔好瘦亦都唔甜連之前可以不斷添加的餐湯已經轉為每人只可以一位麵包亦欠奉,不過問服務員,他們仍然會額外送上每人一個主菜 我們四個人有三個人選擇牛扒,已經選擇medium Ware,但是非常硬實,而且沒有牛肉味點了蒸魚的更加是又硬又實,不過服務員很好換了意大利雲吞,唯一可取的就是甜品仍然保持很好水準最後要高度讚賞這間餐廳的所有員工他們的服務態度非常非常殷勤這是令到客人仍然感覺到舒服的原因,但是食物真的差了很多很多尤其是相比五月尾就更加無話可說,所以如果食物仍然係可以保持五月尾時的水準,我寧願OpenRice沒有做$718優惠的

記得濃濃的龍蝦湯非常好飲,而且是不停添加

主菜雖然不是很好吃,但是仍然有一定水平
甜品更加是無敵造型又靚味道又好食
而且人好多

尤其是相比五月尾就更加無話可說,所以如果食物仍然係可以保持五月尾時的水準,我寧願OpenRice沒有做$718優惠的預繳,
因為現在好吃的自助餐選擇餐廳已經不多,原本以為這間很好吃,還原定過兩個月再帶媽媽來吃,但是昨天真的非常失望,應該已打消回來的意欲。
