To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上菜速度實在太慢。一碟壽司催了2次，等了2個鐘都沒有上！實在是奇怪.沒有就話沒有好了，一直拖著不上是想怎樣。其他壽司都上了就為了剩下的那一碟等2個鐘.下次不打算去這家食。 continue reading

今天到元氣壽司用餐。首先在餐目上很多東西也沒有，一些熱門和新推出的壽司也沒有。本來是看見廣告想來嘗試兩款新推出的吞拿魚壽司也沒有。下單後不只一次被告知該壽司已售罄。多樣壽司也等超過15分鐘才到。叫了吞拿魚天身壽司，來到時已經和圖片相差甚遠，圖片是白色來到時是紅色，跟店員查詢才發現是送錯了，但到最後也是因為太久所以取消了。還有該店的衛生環境令人擔憂，玉子壽司上有一條頭髮，碗碟上的積水也沒有擦乾就送出來，有一些碟上還可以見到明顯的污跡。用餐體驗十分差。 continue reading

未試過食一餐飯，食具咁污糟邋遢。匙羹上面有蔥粒，碟上面又係有飯粒，碗邊有汁。令我懷疑他們有沒有洗碗。一向很喜歡去元氣吃壽司，但想不到銅鑼灣這一間，讓我徹底失望。食物質素一般我還可以接受，但衛生絕不能這樣離譜。希望餐廳可以改善。 continue reading

開心果生朱古力、蟹肉烏冬、蟹肉玉子，均為期間限定品，全部都濃郁可口，用料十足，非常推薦！鰈魚、左口魚、火炙三文魚等屬長期產品，油香十足，沒有筋，唯獨是賣相不佳，壽司飯也略硬。炸軟殼蟹很香脆，不會像其實店舖那樣裹著厚厚的炸粉。蠔壽司和芝士玉子我認為很一般，可試可不試。生朱古力很香濃細滑，但還是更推薦開心果口味多一點。---------- 整體來說，在同類型壽司店中，感覺好像sushxrx的魚生及壽司飯更新鮮，環境更舒適，性價比更高。 continue reading
