To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期五學完畫畫，我哋都鍾意食壽司，好似去咗元氣壽司食，其實我都幾鍾意食元氣壽司，因為覺得個環境幾乾淨，佢個頁面都比較簡單，容易操作，如果係會員，消費完之後會有積分，下次再幫襯都會有discount. 名為阿仔特別鍾意食佢哋個牛肉烏冬，同埋每次佢哋都有兒童餐具，嗰邊一家大細另外今次點解佢哋個薯條，同埋章魚燒，我都覺得章魚燒好好食，可以喺呢度食到真係好開心，因為都唔係邊度都有得食如果有機會再嚟，我都一定會推介俾朋友😁😁😁😁😁最好做埋會員，因為可以方便啲附近就可以攞定飛先咁就唔需要等好耐

Today I tried the Lemon Sour Ice Ball that’s limited edition, GENKI has disappointed me with the limited edition desserts before but I can’t say anything negative about this one. It comes in a beautiful cup and the ice cream is soft and airy and melts in your mouth, it comes with two packs of lemon and cola pop rocks to add on top, after adding them, you get a delicious ice ball. This is by far my favourite GENKI dessert! It’s fun and delicious. 10/10, would recommend

上菜速度實在太慢。一碟壽司催了2次，等了2個鐘都沒有上！實在是奇怪.沒有就話沒有好了，一直拖著不上是想怎樣。其他壽司都上了就為了剩下的那一碟等2個鐘.下次不打算去這家食。

今天到元氣壽司用餐。首先在餐目上很多東西也沒有，一些熱門和新推出的壽司也沒有。本來是看見廣告想來嘗試兩款新推出的吞拿魚壽司也沒有。下單後不只一次被告知該壽司已售罄。多樣壽司也等超過15分鐘才到。叫了吞拿魚天身壽司，來到時已經和圖片相差甚遠，圖片是白色來到時是紅色，跟店員查詢才發現是送錯了，但到最後也是因為太久所以取消了。還有該店的衛生環境令人擔憂，玉子壽司上有一條頭髮，碗碟上的積水也沒有擦乾就送出來，有一些碟上還可以見到明顯的污跡。用餐體驗十分差。

未試過食一餐飯，食具咁污糟邋遢。匙羹上面有蔥粒，碟上面又係有飯粒，碗邊有汁。令我懷疑他們有沒有洗碗。一向很喜歡去元氣吃壽司，但想不到銅鑼灣這一間，讓我徹底失望。食物質素一般我還可以接受，但衛生絕不能這樣離譜。希望餐廳可以改善。
