To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Introduction
Genki Sushi is a Japanese converyor belt sushi chain restaurant. Their goal is to serve affordable yet fresh sushi and sashimi. Their menu consists of a variety of sushi, sashimi, hand rolls, hot food, appetizers, udon, gunkan and desserts. While the majority of their sushi is quite affordable, they also have a premium collection consisted of more high-end seafood.

元氣嘅下午茶係我大學時候成日同啲groupmate 一齊去食嘅，今日遲咗食lunch，又經過開元氣，所以決定入嚟食吓下午茶。我揀咗壽司盛 C（大阪章魚燒、湯烏冬同麻糬今川燒(北海道牛乳味) 壽司分別係三文魚、脆蒜燒三文魚、甜玉米、皇帝蟹柳、玉子、炸蝦卷 。我覺得每件都幾好食，不過私心最推介係脆蒜燒三文魚，我好鍾意食佢嘅脆蒜，呢個口味唔係間間壽司店都有嘅！雖然呢個係下午茶，不過最後食到勁飽，都係$64.😙👍🏻

今日銀會員喺元氣食嘢有八折，於是去咗元氣食午餐。早早12點就嚟到呢度，唔使等位。最抵食嘅應該係佢個lunch box，本身已經折咗，再加上會員八折，埋單大概80幾蚊。有一盒刺身盛、有蒸蛋、有汽水、蟹籽沙律。

收工去左食飯、同事要食壽司、唸五到邊間、就決定元氣啦、因為品質有保證、味道、新鮮度都係上盛架起碼五會中伏先🫢首先叫左碗熱野打下底😆、每次都會叫、滑蛋海鮮味十足、原隻扇貝蝦、啖啖海鮮肉😆魚皮鬆脆可口、每咬一啖都會咔咔聲、加埋7味粉、每到魚皮升華🫣黑松露帶子,只係食到佢個帶子架鮮美、厚實、食五到有黑松露😅必叫、入口即溶、油而不膩！海膽鮮味濃郁、沒有腥味同埋有creammy口感、次次都會叫黎食😆開心果出眾、旦我就略嫌沒有果仁粒在裏面、不過食落都比較creammy 😆其他都ok架、不過冇咩特別啦😆

嗰日去尖沙咀行街，行到肚餓，所以決定去食嘢，咁啱嗰日想食日本嘢，就去元氣食下。元氣選擇好多，壽司，手卷，刺身，湯麵，大部份都有得選擇，而每一樣食物嘅價錢都唔貴，又唔會有限時。

元氣壽司係一間好正嘅日本壽司餐廳，呢度嘅壽司真係好好食！我上次去就叫咗幾款唔同既壽司，有油甘魚，三文魚，三文魚腩，吞拿魚同左口魚，全部都好新鮮同幾好食。每一件壽司都好好食，尤其係油甘魚，仲有三文魚腩，真係好滑好鮮味，令人回味無窮。壽司飯都好好食，唔會太緊太乾，而且啲米好粒粒分明。除咗壽司之外，呢度嘅茶碗蒸都好好食，好滑好嫩。價錢都好實惠，好適合同朋友一齊嚟食。總括而言，元氣壽司係一間好正嘅壽司餐廳，食物好好食，價錢又實惠，真係幾推介。
