聽朋友介紹,餐廳行政總廚有超過20年嘅意大利菜經驗,當中更包括多間米芝蓮餐廳,所以今次就揀黎呢度作為慶祝特別me time 日子。餐廳位於酒店內,裝修非常精緻得黎又好華麗,所以入黎食野會感覺到滿滿嘅「儀式感」~

呢款前菜同前一道菜既口感十分唔同,頭先既刺身係爽口彈牙,呢款小牛肉口感係軟嫩,餐廳用左荷蘭產既小牛肉,煮熟左既小牛肉仲係粉紅色架🤓我都係第一次試,質感比成年牛既牛肉軟滑啲,上面仲有經油浸處理既呑拿魚腩,雖然經過油浸,但食落都唔會肥膩,仲有點甘香添,個蛋黃醬汁都做得好出色,帶有奶香又有少少咸香味☺️我個人就覺得用黎點小牛肉好夾啦

重點既海膽TRENETTE 一上枱已經知道個味道實好香濃,熱辣辣既意粉上面放左大大片既海膽,熱力令海膽既味道更出更鮮甜濃郁,搞到我唔係好捨得mix埋落扁意粉度食,不過個扁意粉口感都幾煙韌彈牙,十分掛汁😋另外個醬汁應該係用左貝類既高湯製作,食得到蜆同龍蝦既海水味道,清甜而且濃郁,果然係好推介👍🏻

呢餐飯食左兩個鐘左右,期間傾下野又食下野其實時間過得好快,餐廳既服務都十分好,侍應生周不時會幫我地斟水同埋介紹菜式,果然喺酒店食fine dining係唔同啲既😎整餐飯體驗超好,仲要係公司請😋超級滿足既一餐
