原先想買燒鵝做餸，行到落去街市，經薑母鴨老闆介紹，就即管買返屋企試吓。老闆好細心講述加熱過程。之後我要加入枝竹，用原先薑母鴨嘅油去炸炸佢，出嚟嘅效果果然喺唔同D。另外薑母鴨內嘅薑都食得，有陣陣鴨嘅香味。老闆話薑母鴨原本系一道宮廷御膳，後來流傳至民間，遂漸成為一款福建名菜。若冬天容易手腳冰冷，也可藉由薑母鴨的「活血」功效促進血液循環 。我哋女仕們，成日手腳冷，而家天氣又涼。最適合我哋食啦！由於味道濃郁可口，同三五知己飲返兩柸時，哩隻薑母鴨就真係絕配啦！ continue reading
