牛肩脊肉脂均勻牛味香濃,師傅刀工嘅又切得厚薄適中,有𡁻頭之餘又軟滑綿綿,真係無得彈。
海鮮方面,有蟶子又有(?魚),蟶子爽脆彈牙又鮮甜十足;條魚嘅皮嘅膠質豐富直頭完全感覺自己係度食物膠原蛋白嘅感覺,加上肉質新鮮嫩滑根本無需再點任何醬汁都巳經夠晒可口更是原汁原味!
最後,食埋佢哋個貼心服務又甜又多汁嘅橙,起好晒啲肉方便啖啖肉入口。
下次再有聚會都會再嚟🤗

We have made reservation few days ago so there is no need for waiting. I love the restaurant when we came in as it is very well decorated and clean, as we all know, hotpot restaurant in HK can be as dirty as it could given that the foods are fresh!? Since it was the first time we came here, we ask for the famous hotpot soup, the waiter, which is an old gentlemen, was very polite and introduce us the flagship beef bone marrow soup. The soup is very tasty and got lots of ingredient, ie the bone marrow, beef tendon, herbs, carrots…and stewed for over 10 hours.

Then, we ordered the Tofu-fish ball. This is very different than the usual fish-tofu which was deep fried and oily, instead it is just a well-mix of white fish meat with tofu and it got the tender and sponge taste. Well done!

Finally we must also give a praise with the old gentlemen waiter who have served us politely and alsogiving us many good advise on how to ‘cook’ the fresh meats. He is like a master chief who is make sure his dearest customers are well served while having the good food. This is a very well hotpot experience with high quality food and service.  I'm highly recommened and definitely will come back here again!

湯一黎到好香好重胡椒味真係好多豬肚

真係好好飲好香好暖胃

另外我地嗌左

本地新鮮手切牛肉-  牛頸脊


因為經理推薦我地試下牛頸脊

的確係比平時一般出面街食既吾同

牛頸脊就是牛頸至牛膊中間的一段肉

這個部位由於郁動較多,肉質因而細緻、結實、肥瘦適中

相比其他部分,質感和味道都優勝得多

所以口感十分好!

手打豬肉丸同牛丸好新鮮好彈牙值得一試


另外芝士腸既擺法好特別好靚好整齊都好好食

大家都努力在清鍋,基本上鍋內放得入口的都會被消滅,唯獨是有七粒白色厚身物體在鍋內一直飄浮著,點都無人肯認領,細看原來係魚皮餃,由於外形實在太唔討好,無人問津,但一碟有八粒,少咗粒,邊個食咗?原來係"恐龍輝",但他只食了半粒,另外半粒在碟邊...他無奈地說: "兄弟,好難食,唔識形容,個皮厚到唔知想點,個餡又好怪,成件事唔知想點,總之好難食..." 基於要寫食評,我鼓起勇氣試了半啖: 嘩!!! 不得了,個皮係平時食開的三倍厚,而個餡料應該已壞了,微酸,同店家反映,他們亦取消了order。

當我們接到賬單時,起初係八卦下隻老屈燒鵝索價多少,因餐牌隻字不提。$148,算la,可以接受,但發覺茶錢、酸菜、醬芥分開逐下計,我們才發覺怎麼成晩都無人俾個火鍋專用的"調味醬料盤"給我們混醬?同部長反映後,他說可能同事漏了給我們,說馬上去取消這項收費。就在我們乖乖等緊更正單時,之前個位燒鵝經理拎張單俾我地,一望,價錢同之前一様,"不文楷"火了,說: "做咩啫,又攞番張錯單來?你之前位同事話因為忘了俾醬料所以會跟進嘛",此時經理冷酷地指著我們的豉油碟說:"有俾你地喎,打邊爐一定收硬醬料錢㗎喇,我邊位同事覆你話ok ar?",夠了,呢一刻我要爆了,我比他更冷酷的回應:"咁係咪無比到其他醬料我地ar?",不知是否他之前看見我左影右影估會寫食評還是什麼,他只冷冷拋下一句 "幫你改番",然後就消失了。

老實講,這𥚃食物水準絶對不差 (除咗魚皮餃),但論牛肉,不及謙記同牛皇星;論丸同餃類,比佢好的多的是;論環境服務同心思,輸哂比酒鍋,以此價錢 ($500 per head,但無食過貴價海鮮),大把更好選擇。做生意要賺錢,我明;公司會追經理數,我都明,我每星期都向我各分店經理追數,但用這種手法,客人會回來嗎?

咬野gor近來很忙,連個女人叫我咬野我都吾理,可況寫野呢!不過見班粉絲成日叫我重出江湖,我都為免粉絲難過一於出擊啦!我咬野gor一向是「牛魔皇」,今次女人帶我同朋友吃金牌火鍋。女人一去到,即刻發揮強項「指指點點」,不一會便來了鍋「牛骨鍋」做湯底,牛骨鍋內不但有湯,更有牛雜、牛骨、牛腩一大鍋,湯底很濃郁很厚身,香氣撲鼻,用牛雜鍋形容也不過份!單是這個湯底已令我目不暇給。作為「牛魔皇」既我一定會叫肥牛啦!就叫了本地牛頸脊。很香牛味又有牛香,根本不用點其他漿油,吃其味道。單是這兩樣已令我停不了口,女人還點蘿白、蓮藕、白菜這及炸枝竹些菜蔬。這些菜蔬吸晒牛骨湯的精華,不但有本身的爽口甜味,更有牛骨湯的香味。更多了一份層次。簡直是人間極品。今次同女人及朋友三人,就吃了這個火鍋。令我回味無窮,下次一定再試其他食品,相信一定更精彩。
