好少去九龍城,見呢間金蘭花舊舊地,同老婆入去試吓,食過就知好味,價錢公道,又無加一,我亦罕有寫食評,但吃過這餐感覺良好,執筆讃賞一下,希望多啲呢種良心小店,貨真價實,可以生存落去。但因為到 OpenRice 出此食評,而發覺一些針對性的不實文章,不得不丈義發聲一下,那有人喜歡食燒全熟的牛肉(全熟你又話鞋啦),吃燒雞翼,整隻雞翼全燒,那有可能雞翼肉會滑?本人亦叫了一客燒牛肉,牛肉質素是上乘的,而師傅燒工了得,燒到只有半熟,內裏粉紅色,牛肉入口𡛺軟無根,牛肉味濃,我和老婆非常享受,吃一片讚一次。另外半打串燒,3串雞,雞肉醃得非常入味,雞肉亦很嫩滑。3串豬,亦好味但比較普通。炸蝦餅亦要讃賞,每件都厚厚,大大件,每件都係彈牙的蝦肉,超好食。最精彩不過是他們的咖喱蟹,大大隻肉蟹,蟹肉新鮮,襯托濃濃椰香的咖喱汁,只係 $368,非常抵食,如果咁都話貴,簡直是貪婪。我同老婆作為退休人士,好耐無試過食性價比咁高的一餐,衷心希望呢間小店,可以持續落去,落筆推揚一下,比更多人知道有此良心食店,祝生意興隆! continue reading

首先啲食物質素好差,啲串燒牛肉唔熟,雞軟骨有種酸味又係唔熟,濕炒河咸到不得了,濕炒河啲芡汁杰撻撻,喊到不能入口,串燒雞翼肉質非常嚡口,唯獨芒果糯米飯可以,其他食物質素好一般,泰國菜嚟講九龍城有好多好多間好過金蘭花。👎 continue reading

嚟得香港食泰菜梗係要去九龍城啦,除咗大众点评 及朋友推介,都叫我去九龍城呢間「金蘭花泰國菜館」,佢哋話係平民「米芝蓮」,價錢抵食唔貴,但係食物質素非常超班,聽講話係全泰國班底,泰國廚師之前亦係泰國米之蓮餐廳廚師。  我哋一行5人,先叫咗小食頭盤,木瓜沙律非常正宗,木瓜絲爽口,甜酸辣味道非常平衡,超好味。酸辣去骨鳳爪沙律亦非常唔錯,完全泰式風味。泰式蝦餅好新鮮,師傅把蝦肉打得彈牙爽口,蝦肉鮮味,炸到恰到好處。泰式燒牛肉簡直冇得頂,牛肉香味濃郁,入口軟滑,加埋個點燒牛肉醬汁,一絕。泰式豬頸肉亦叮噹碼頭,一樣咁好味,師傅醃味及燒功恰到好處,豬頸肉邊有微微火炭味,而豬頸肉中心又保持柔軟,簡直一流,正。最精彩都要數「黃咖喱蟹」,隻蟹好大隻起碼有斤半,都只係 $368,黃咖喱汁明顯表現出㕑師功夫超卓,咖喱汁香濃有椰汁味,但又有蛋味,非常鮮甜,我們配上蒜蓉包,又係絕配。不得不提,連蒜蓉包都可以整得咁好味。 冬陰功湯我哋叫咗個中size,都好大好夠飲,非常泰式,用料足夠,有好多隻新鮮蝦。明爐烏頭魚窩,條魚新鮮不在話下,問題就係個魚湯酸酸甜甜師傅調教味道適中,非常開胃好味。 我哋第一次食鯽魚沙律,朋友推介話只有金蘭花先至會有呢個餸,原因手工多,所以好少泰菜館肯做。喜歡食泰國菜嘅朋友一定要嚟金蘭花試一試呢個「鯽魚沙律」,非常有特色,片片鯽魚肉,輕輕走過油,配上獨特醬汁淋上面,非常好味!呢個餸我認為係一個超班嘅餸。食咗呢餐之後,我明白點解啲人叫金蘭花做「平民米芝蓮」,除咗食材新鮮足料,師傅功力深厚,而佢哋嘅價錢亦非常大眾化,一啲都唔貴,除咗物超所值,最重要係每碟餸菜都食得出師傅非常用心做及經驗豐富,佢絕對唔係個種雕花,精雕細琢擺放到靚一靚俾人客觀賞,但係佢嘅味道完全係大佬中嘅大佬!所以係一間值得敬佩及大大力推介給其他喜歡泰菜嘅朋友。 continue reading

雖然身邊好多朋友鍾意食泰國菜都已經向我推介過九龍城嗰間金蘭花,話真係正宗過正宗嘅泰菜,完全泰國廚師、泰國侍應、全泰班底。但係星期六試完真係覺得超級好食,冇得頂。大力推介佢哋嘅泰國脆炸豬手,好抵食仲送兩支啤酒。豬手好入味,炸到脆口,最啱要來送酒,簡直一流。另外我哋叫咗個泰國芭堤雅燒雞,泰國人嘅醃料的確係另有一手,隻燒雞醃得好有泰國風味之餘,亦係好入味、好惹味、好香口。另外就係我自己嘅至愛,叫咗個咖喱牛腩,個黃咖喱牛腩,咖喱汁簡直一流,師傅好有經驗,有椰香又不失有咖喱味,非常 balance,  而啲牛腩亦都煮到腍晒,送飯餸蒜蓉包都好正。我哋個個都鍾意食黃咖喱,於是我哋再加單,叫咗一個法式大圓咖喱雞包,又係好抵食,黃咖喱超正,麵包質素一流,點啲黃咖喱一齊食,真係冇得輸。 馬拉盞通菜,熱辣辣炒得好好味,明顯廚師功力深厚,啲菜炒得啱啱好,唔會過熟淋晒。我同幾個朋友食得真係好開心,個個都大讚九龍城金蘭花啲嘢食,的確名副其實,好美好食之餘,價錢亦好平又唔加一,的確係一個好去處! 👍🏻👍🏻 continue reading

每當想食好嘢,都會諗起九龍城金蘭花。今日細女生日,阿女都自己開口話要去九龍城金蘭花。 我哋先嚟一隻泰式海南雞, 雞肉嫩滑有雞味,但係又去晒骨好食又方便。之前次次嚟都會叫佢嘅咖喱蟹, 次次都食到舔舔脷, 今日專登試吓平時未叫過,但係又好想試吓嘅「泰式鯽魚沙律」,上菜時賣相已經好吸引, 食落又真係好好味,師傅手工精細,先將魚肉起片炸,新鮮嫩滑,再將魚骨炸到脆香,再淋上一個極有泰式風味嘅醬汁,整個餸就變得別具吸引力。佢哋嘅沙嗲真係冇得輸,有佢哋自己嘅獨特腌料方法,啲沙嗲雞翼好香口好惹味,再嚟多一客我同阿女嘅至愛,泰式蝦餅,呢個幾乎係我哋次次嚟金蘭花必點嘅餸,每次都一樣彈牙、鮮味、又厚又大件,好食又抵食。再加多一個炒芥蘭同冬陰功湯。我哋今餐好完美,最緊要乖女滿意,金蘭花水準穩定,好食之餘,又大件夾抵食,值得推介! continue reading
