近排因為疫症令到好多旅行都取消咗,計劃好嘅泰國行程都要重新打算。為咗補償返個胃,今次就嚟到荃灣一間老字號泰國餐廳食返餐正宗嘅泰國菜。豬手飯 $68肥瘦適中嘅豬手,份量都唔少,食落唔覺太肥膩又會覺啲肉太dry。加埋肉汁真係忍唔住扒多幾啖飯。濕炒海鮮河 $86呢個海鮮河睇實物會震撼好多,相當足料,汁又多。河同海鮮嘅份量一個人食會有啲難度,建議2-3個人開心share。青檸汁燒豬頸肉 $96驟眼睇落就係一座豬頸肉塔。成6,7 層高。最上面係泰式辣醬,底層就鋪滿特別由泰國入口嘅芽菜。爽口嘅芽菜同脆口嘅炭燒豬頸肉簡直係絕配。冬蔭公海鮮湯(細) $112食泰國菜又點少得冬蔭公湯,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,再加上個細爐保持溫度,開胃又暖身。椰青糕賣相唔錯,食落清甜又解膩,食完飯食呢個甜品真係冇得彈!

驟眼睇落就係一座豬頸肉塔。成6,7 層高。最上面係泰式辣醬,底層就鋪滿特別由泰國入口嘅芽菜。爽口嘅芽菜同脆口嘅炭燒豬頸肉簡直係絕配。

冬蔭公海鮮湯(細) $112
食泰國菜又點少得冬蔭公湯,酸酸辣辣嘅味道,再加上個細爐保持溫度,開胃又暖身。

椰青糕
賣相唔錯,食落清甜又解膩,食完飯食呢個甜品真係冇得彈!

以前食泰國嘢就多數去九龍城之後朋友介紹荃灣有間泰國嘢都大排長龍去到樓下有個姐姐已經不停推介度完體溫之後,仲俾埋消毒濕紙巾我地咖喱炒蟹 $148最近做緊特價,真係好抵食。咖喱汁偏向唔係咁辣,係有蛋汁嗰隻,聞到幾香幾滑椰奶味,再加埋三色椒做陪襯蟹肉幾結實,肉質吾梅口。印度薄餅$50香酥鬆脆,用嚟點咖喱汁就啱啱好啦,如果佢等咖喱炒蟹上左之後,先到嘅話就會更perfect。芝士蝦丸 $96炸蝦餅係我平時去泰國餐廳必點自選,但今次見到呢度有個係芝士蝦丸,感覺有幾新穎鮮蝦泰式炒金邊粉$88炒得好乾身又唔會太酸,香面不油,而且份量十足。我最喜歡旁邊有花生碎🥜將花生碎拌在裏面一起吃,很惹味,感覺很地道。

同同事放咗工,做咗成日嘢,好應該好好慰勞自己,喺車站隔離見到荃灣美食城,見到有間泰國人廚師主理嘅泰菜,正呀!好,坐低睇下有咩食先!海南雞飯,海南雞好滑,而且無骨,點海南雞嘅醬汁酸酸哋,幾開胃。泰式牛肉紅咖哩,紅咖哩夠辣,而且夠椰香,牛肉有好多塊,抵食。蒜蓉包條,個包都幾有蒜香,而且外脆內軟,點埋紅咖哩食簡直係絕配。芝士大蝦伊麵,大蝦大大隻炸得好香脆,食落又香又鮮。想食芝士伊麵好耐,呢度竟然有得食,芝士醬汁掛上有咬勁既伊麵,好味味!甜品是椰汁西米糕,西米糕充滿椰香,加埋一粒粒嘅西米,唔錯。

糯米雞翼一定要猛烈的油炸才能做到 香脆的效果, 雞翼先要拆骨 ,再混入糯米, 餡料多一點也不馬虎,蝦米,蔥粒,臘腸全部齊。
金坊出品, 真的必熟佳品, 怕熱氣的我也不猶豫地一啖一啖吃。

我很愛到這店午餐,因為選擇多,夠豐富,又抵食。但一次又一次的味道失望,就卻步了。這次我叫了干炒海鮮金邊粉,配椰汁雞湯,還有凍鴛鴦,午餐價盛惠$52。價錢合理,連份量相當抵。但味道就真一般。湯有椰香味,還有兩大隻秀珍菇,不錯的,但很重味,喝了兩啖,食埋菇就停了。之後一碟炒得外觀吸引的干炒海鮮金邊粉出現眼前,第一口就試試鮮魷,沒有味道的,再嚐一口金邊粉,炒得乾身,但很鹹啊!是否鹽未撈勻?自己再翻兩翻,再嚐鮮蝦,彈牙,卻是淡而無味。夾一柱金邊粉食,真的很鹹啊!這碟粉夾有許多不苦澀的芥蘭,我才可以伴點鹹麵食。但食了七成,不知只是因為鹹,還是味精重,真食不下去了。過鹹,已不是第一次,上次食泰式炒金邊粉,伴著四隻爽口而無味的蝦,但味也是過重了。不過,若是想食海南雞或泰式豬手,我都會選擇這店,但炒野就不好了。

我很愛到這店午餐,因為選擇多,夠豐富,又抵食。但一次又一次的味道失望,就卻步了。這次我叫了干炒海鮮金邊粉,配椰汁雞湯,還有凍鴛鴦,午餐價盛惠$52。價錢合理,連份量相當抵。但味道就真一般。湯有椰香味,還有兩大隻秀珍菇,不錯的,但很重味,喝了兩啖,食埋菇就停了。之後一碟炒得外觀吸引的干炒海鮮金邊粉出現眼前,第一口就試試鮮魷,沒有味道的,再嚐一口金邊粉,炒得乾身,但很鹹啊!是否鹽未撈勻?自己再翻兩翻,再嚐鮮蝦,彈牙,卻是淡而無味。夾一柱金邊粉食,真的很鹹啊!這碟粉夾有許多不苦澀的芥蘭,我才可以伴點鹹麵食。但食了七成,不知只是因為鹹,還是味精重,真食不下去了。過鹹,已不是第一次,上次食泰式炒金邊粉,伴著四隻爽口而無味的蝦,但味也是過重了。不過,若是想食海南雞或泰式豬手,我都會選擇這店,但炒野就不好了。

食左呢間野幾年,服務越黎越差。最近上去食lunch,冬蔭功湯勁多油,叫左個紅咖哩牛腩飯,D 白飯居然係"粟"既。最離譜既係岩岩飲完杯野,個部長居然趕客叫人埋單走。坐左一個鐘都無,只係一張2人檯,仲要無客等,為何要咁做呢,快餐店都唔會咁樣趕客埋單,一係餐廳方面寫明限定用膳時間,否則講幾多句唔好意思都無用。

The seating is pretty comfortable with soft leather chairs. Although we have 20 tables ahead us, only we waited around 30 minutes, which is pretty normal for restaurants in HK. First of all, we ordered a Tom Yum soup to start our meal. The soup is still boiling in the pot while serving. The balance of sourness and spiciness was almost perfect. It made our appretize way better that usual. There were a lot of seafood, like shrimps, squids and crams inside, which added a lot of fresh flavour to the soup.

We also a lot of different stuffs- shrimp sashimi (with tasty sauce), fried morning glory, minced pork with cabbage. Everything was out of my expectation. I can conclude the seafood dishes in one word- fresh! I believed that they would really good quality seafood to serve us. The spiciness was right amount for us, because some of us can't handle the hotness. We can choose the level of spiciness and they have pretty control on it.

This curry was the highlight of the meal. We ate this with tons of naan bread and rice. It's more coconut flavoured with creamy texture. The seafood was perfectly cooked!

同女朋友一齊行過,見到呢間泰國野好好食咁就入左去結果啲野食有驚喜,金邊粉+濕炒河都好大碟得嚟又好食,啲湯都唔係例湯咁頹,而係好好飲不過杯椰汁涼粉冰就有啲藥水味,可以改進下

芒果黑白糯米飯$66:等呀等,望穿秋水都不見伊人來,等到一肚火,正想取消訂單埋單即時走人,但是香甜的糯米飯,加上冰爽香甜的芒果,及時撲熄了我的慾火(怒火先岩)。


隔離枱五個人吃才$400,我們吃就要$576,不禁高呼:公平咩?呢個世界公平咩?"是誰能讓我可,在寬廣的未來,無懼的,再去做完全的我..."入世未深,人才會最開心...
