聽講石門開多左好多餐廳,反正諗唔到食咩,就入黎行個圈再揀~晚餐時間唔洗點等就有位。侍應好細心講解左每款手工啤嘅特色,我地就揀左兩款同兩個主食套餐。侍應話Golem Lager係佢地嘅招牌,揾酒廠專門釀造嘅,飲落唔苦,入口後有陣好香嘅麥味👍🏻而All Day Breakfast (stout)係黑啤,飲落有淡淡嘅咖啡味☕️都幾特別套餐包埋餐湯,今日係粟米蟹肉忌廉湯。入口似粟米蓉,好足料,但就唔係好似忌廉湯😂主食都幾大份,海膽汁帶子意粉個汁好香好creamy,不過食到尾有啲濟,如果share食就會啱啱好。鰻魚石鍋飯嘅蛋同鰻魚鋪滿成個飯,鰻魚燒得幾好食,唔會腥😋飯量好多,最後都食唔哂😂侍應話餐廳會開到凌晨2點,仲見到有得玩beer pong,下次可以約多幾個朋友再黎🥳🥳

🔥反映俾店員知,店員表示以前有食客都話過同樣情況,幫我再問下廚房。相隔一陣,店員表示廚房話’係咁嫁啦’。我呆一呆,下?真係咸到食唔到。然後,我問店員拎杯水,真係咸到要漱下口。但轉頭佢去左幫人落單先,我唯有靠自己啦,自己去斟水。然後,就無然後啦。直到成碟幾乎原封不動(就係同行二人每人食左半啖)咁被收番,埋單,走人。

🔥成餐就喺咸味中度過。

🔥我知大部分店員都知我表示碟意粉係咸到食唔落,但無人有任何反應,至少問下需唔需要轉食物?好笑嘅係店員話唔止一個食客表示過好咸😂而我想要杯水去止咸都無人理😂
可能無期望,就無失望?
但唔合乎預期,就應該要失望吧...😔雖然湯水還好😂

今日嚟開石門探朋友,佢就帶咗我嚟呢間酒吧,有超多手工啤選擇,環境闊落,啱晒同朋友啤一啤。坐低即刻叫兩杯手工啤,分別係Gwei Lo Mango Peach同香港友,前者好香果味、味道清香少少甜、好清新。後者就好重小麥味。另外二人叫咗一個dinner set,包括一客主食+餐湯或沙律,我哋就選擇咗原條鰻魚石頭鍋飯,加蟹肉磨菇湯。鰻魚飯有超多鰻魚!味道一啲都唔腥,仲有好多滑蛋,蔬菜,份量足料。另外叫咗一客烤磨菇,燒汁都唔錯!埋單二人食咗4百幾蚊,有啤酒飲又有野食share👍🏻

而Carbon Brew 的 All day breakfast Stout 就可算係「飽肚」。呢款合作啤加左特調的咖啡豆製作,啡香充斥,酒體中等偏濃厚,不愧是液體早餐。沒太多花巧,好工整的一杯coffee stout,但本身不好咖啡既話都唔會好鍾意。

Hong Kong Bastard Imperial IPA. 帝國IPA一定酒花爆炸?呢一隻就唔會,豐盈既熱情果、橘子、蜜糖甜味在口腔綻放,同時酒花味亦很強烈而持續,加上從而使呢款酒頗具味覺衝擊力。高酒精重酒花帶來苦澀收口,並有好重橙皮味,是否喜歡就睇各人了。

唐揚魷魚圈。有驚喜!唐揚炸雞就食得多,魷魚圈第一次試。上碟未食先被個份量嚇到,估唔到會咁大碟。炸漿脆得黎稍硬,帶鹹香,魷魚圈好好咬口,非常值得一試。

Golem Garden 的樓底好高,空間感十足,座位安排亦唔會好焗束。適合唔同人數既聚會,一個人去吧檯獨酌亦可。沙田從此有嘆精釀的好去處啦!

石門是沙田區新興食肆集中地,今天中午就到這家酒吧西餐廳食了一個簡單午餐。這兒環境舒適寬敞,晚上有各式手工啤酒供應,本地製作夠新鮮夠特色,還有一set 6 款不同濃淡程度的啤酒大拼盤 Beer Platter,黑啤白啤也有,適合朋友知己共聚暢飲。望下望下,未到下午1時已高朋滿座。講返今天午餐,餐湯是番茄湯,我則選擇了沙律,正想食得清一點,就來柚子醋沙律吧。火箭菜菠菜苗莧菜面等,加入柚子醋,微酸醒胃。等了一會,店員端上香濃鮮茄大蝦意粉,明顯即炒,醬汁掛上每一條意粉,加了微辣,特別惹味。飲品可選擇多款,各式熱茶、咖啡或汽水,最後我選擇了熱洋甘菊茶。Lunch set 至下午3點,3點至晚上9點是 happy hour 時間,啤酒半價,也提供送酒小吃如雞翼、薯條、炸雞粒等,店主特別喜愛威士忌,提供多款來自各地的珍藏,日本、蘇格蘭或台灣得獎威士忌也有,正構思推出 Whisky Platter,威士忌迷拭目以待。而晚餐亦有不少選擇,石頭鍋飯及吉列牛扒是近期推出的新菜式,看menu 已非常吸引。

約咗老婆出街食飯,隨便在工作的附近找找,見到一間酒吧,便進入一試。可能是平日,在酒吧內的客人不多。我們選好座位,就叫了兩杯啤酒。對於我倆不太飲酒的人,味道都可以的,可以扮吓happy hour 享受。之後,點了炸尤魚,芝麻雞翼同豬仔骨。炸尤魚沒有太厚的粉䊢。芝麻雞翼就炸得皮脆肉軟,味道有少棘,好野味。最後主菜豬仔骨,焗得適中,沒有太乾,切開都有肉汁。用手食更見原汁原味。總体各樣味道不錯,而且另份量十足。

不是因為朋友在石門工作,都不知道石門有這麼東西食呢! 最出名就是陳根記呀! 不過,Happy Friday 當然去Bar 啦!這家正是陳根記旁邊,戶外可以吸煙,而室門裝修就好elegant 呀!坐下來第一次飲香港本地的手工啤而且還有至愛的朱古力口味甜味充足好易入口不過,酒度則有8度呀可以說不小心飲多了 醉酒都不知道呢飲酒當然要有小食盤啦我們點了一盤黑松露薯條和燒雞翼兩款都是即叫即做黑松露醬配搭香脆的薯條再加啤酒簡直是絕配的而燒雞翼就是我最愛呀雞翼就有少少燒過了不過,味道富有香甜的蜜糖味有點似自己BBQ 燒的口味呀!
