這家馳名的日本料理店近年搬進利園2期再開業,這是我第一次光顧。它保留了舊鋪的日式裝修風格,但新鋪的燈光更昏暗,顯得有情調。點了兩客午餐,先有前菜、沙律及面豉湯。前菜的冷凍豆角酸甜醒胃;沙律🥗有蟹肉絲,一點不馬虎;面豉湯有豚肉及白蘿蔔,鹹香動人。主菜選了以下兩款:香蔥吞拿魚腩丼($298)飯粒表面鋪滿大量吞拿魚腩蓉,充滿油脂的香氣,魚腩蓉微甜,飯粒軟熟可口。滑蛋鰻魚丼($238)鰻魚切成一口一件,擺放得整齊,入口鰻魚燒汁香濃惹味。底下炒蛋溫暖滑溜。甜品是迷你石板街蛋糕,甜度適中,再享用餐飲,十分滿足。食物保持舊鋪的水準。服務方面,店舖人手充足,服務態度良好。 continue reading

呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅居酒屋環境雅緻舒服,而且食物質素好好,特別係串燒👍炭火串燒定食 $288用炭火燒嘅串燒果然零舍不同,因為炭火嘅關係,食起嚟有炭香味,好香,好好味!我最鍾意蘆筍豚肉卷,啲蘆筍燒到啱啱好,加埋好香嘅豚肉,成件事好夾,令人好想食多串🙈炭火北海道十勝豚肉丼 $238佢嘅豚肉燒得非常香,加埋佢特製嘅醬汁,可以食到豚肉嘅鮮味,又可以送飯,佢上面舖左好多紫菜,夾埋d飯一齊食,超好味!呢間居酒屋無論環境定食物質素都好好,,值得去食👍 continue reading

係銅鑼灣做完gym🏋️搵家姐lunch,所以就求其黎左呢間唔使book,有得walk-in️ 。侍應安排我地坐係bar檯位置。環境比較暗不過都座得幾舒服。靜靜地唔會好嘈。我地order左個銀鱈魚西京燒🐟同埋泡菜豆腐豚肉鍋兩份share。我地都覺得食物同和民質素差唔多,但定價就好似偏高左d。可能食環境吧。份量黎講兩個女仔都ok,個set有湯,有salad,最後仲有個tiramisu 甜品。整體而言,一般般啦,冇咩特別。 continue reading

權八週末也有提供午市定食,朋友和我分別點了炭火串燒定食和特上刺身定食(5點),定食包括沙拉、前菜、味噌湯、咖啡/茶和甜點。特上刺身定食(5點)$3185點刺身每次都有不同,這次有赤身、中拖羅、帶子、金目鯛和一種白身魚。中拖羅最佳,非常肥美,油脂入口即溶,只有丁點筋位;金目鯛的魚皮炙燒過,主要是享受魚肉的爽彈和魚皮燒過的香味;連皮的白身魚也是吃它爽脆的口感,唯有部分魚皮咬不開;帶子正常發揮;赤身一般。刺身都新鮮厚切,口感爽滑,質素不錯。炭火串燒定食 $288串燒一上枱就傳來陣陣燒烤的香味,6條串燒分別有牛肉、免治雞肉棒、豬五花腩、雞脾菇、豬五花薄片包蘆筍和青椒。每串烤得油亮帶焦邊,非常誘人,其中牛肉和雞脾菇最香口好吃。串燒是這裡的招牌之一,餐廳中間設有炭火燒的烹調區,如果坐吧枱,可以看著師傅不停燒烤、掃醬料。餐廳環境闊落,座位有普通的桌椅座、吧台和靠窗的和式塌塌米座位(有凹槽放腳,不用跪坐,如想坐和式座位可在訂位時說明)整體日式氣氛濃厚,侍應對答禮貌,而且可能沒有等位的客人,我們一直聊天坐了3個多小時。比起很多有用餐時限的餐廳,這裡的環境很適合和朋友聚餐。另外值得一讚的是餐廳的抽風做得不錯,我們的位置靠近串燒區,衣服也沒沾上油煙味。 continue reading
