去年冬天某個星期六下午茶時段到此歺館光顧,僱客小貓三四隻,勁多吉位,但一馬臉越嫂,堅持要我和太太坐在收銀枱門旁之二人坐位,然之D職員出出入入,推枱門撞我椅背,很滋擾,我要求換位,該馬臉黑面話兩個人只可以坐呢度,吹脹,即刻走人,咁嘅趕客態度,難怪多年老字號都要執!抵!今時今日重指定劃位,唔怪得會執笠!以上所述全為真人真事!本人非從事飲食業!

海鮮主要材料都只係蝦仁同魷魚, 其實魷魚同椰肉都幾似, 所以成日會食錯~ 成個炒檬都好重椰子味, 鍾意椰子嘅人一定會好鍾意, 乾濕程度好適中, 因為檬粉炒得好乾身, 所以淋上個椰汁獻會好入味, 見個汁杰杰地, 但係又唔會漏~ 魷魚幾彈牙, 加埋椰汁亦都好夾, 整體做到好平均, 每一環都好適中, 係價錢貴咗d.

::: 越南蒸餾雪啡奶 ::: $30
呢個滴滴咖啡正宗地好濃縮, 一杯espresso咁多嘅咖啡加埋煉奶, 主要係靠d冰去等佢融嚟溝稀杯咖啡, 最初飲個甜味已經出晒嚟, 仲可能會覺得太濃, 慢慢等d冰融晒冰水溝埋嚟飲先係正宗~ 只係覺得煉奶唔夠多, 冇咗越南咖啡獨有嘅奶香, 以致啡味重咗少少.

由以前喺景隆街多人到成日要等位, 仲要坐喺後巷食, 之後擴充到呢度咁大地方, 開頭都要等位, 慢慢少咗人嚟食, 到今晚我地嚟都只係坐咗1/3滿, 有部份仲冇開燈慳電~ 都感覺到佢嘅質素下降咗, 價錢都加咗好多, 要結業都可能係迫不得已. 寫食評嘅時間聽講佢改咗名又係開番越南野, 但係已經唔再係清亭, 一切都變了.

OIC..that's why the taste of the food is remaining the same...^^

The biggest improvement of the new owner is the new decoration....
They have change all the seats to sofa seat and bigger table with soft light...wow...amazing...
how a romantic feel...and we can enjoy our food in this comfortable area..

Some of the staff are new...But they are nice..
they were patient to explain all the new cuisine in the menu and what they have added...

what surprise me? THEY SELL BEER !!!
$20 Hogaardan and Magners ? Awesome!

I will come back again because of these good change ^^

剛巧和同學路經銅鑼灣,想起朋友FB話清亭快要結業就趕快去試最後一次,這次錯過了不知何時再有機會了一進門老闆老遠走來招呼我們,幫我們點了菜後才回去簽桌上厚厚的文件。我們是坐近窗的,一坐下就望到對面街的四大連鎖食肆的霓虹招牌在打架,與對面的澳門茶餐廳比較清亭算是坐得非常舒服─走廊寬敞之餘店內還擺滿了植物,可見老闆對裝修是滿有堅持的。牛肉湯先來,看見魔鬼魚大小的牛肉浮在湯面上已經覺得此行值回票價了。生牛肉吃起來相當有牛味,而且很軟身,非一般隔夜賣剩牛可比。可惜的是湯比較咸,與之後的撈檬的清新口味不是很夾。8分友人的前菜是蒸粉卷,吃起上來比較普通,與牛肉湯剛剛相反,粉卷可說是過淡的。5分我的主菜是牛肉撈檬,牛肉醃得非常入味,有點酸又有點咸,份量也足夠。魚露的質素相當高,吃起上來有鮮味而且口感比較自然,不像X棧的魚露只有人工味道。檬粉幼細之餘也很滑,而且能吸住魚露。吃完整個牛肉撈檬後也沒有很膩的感覺,10分友人的雞肉湯河比較一般,湯底是淡淡的雞味,不知道是因為這是天然雞湯還是因為雞粉落少了的關係…雞肉幾滑應該是選材和火候都做得好的原故。吃了一口的感覺是不錯,不過愛重口味的人應該會很失望。札肉,本

最後來了個甜品,重點不是味道而是個”最後”,在香港湯,飲品,甜品和餐巾一齊serve已經是等閒事,來到清亭食50蚊lunch set居然有上餐次序!所以它的服務也不一定像其他食評說得那麼差。甜品是椰汁西米露,西米軟得來也很有嚼感,椰汁也不像其他餐廳的糖漿甜爺爺,8分。

剛要埋單的時候偷聽到侍應向鄰座大力推介雞翼,所以補多兩隻雞翼 (要問准老闆才可以點兩隻),一咬便知為何有人說雞翼是鎮店之寶,外層很脆又很鬆化,口感用collapse來形容就最貼切,最難得的是雞肉沒有乾掉。與KFC的炸雞不同,一口咬落去並沒有油滲出,有機會真想參觀廚房看看到底是怎樣燒出來的。10分

臨走前留了聯絡方法,我簽名時已經是81頁,即是有超過800個人希望能夠再吃到清亭。我走的時候老闆在電話有氣無力地跟熟客解釋這次不是執笠,是結業,即是短期內會再在附近開業的意思。有緣再會!

第一次吃牛油雞翼已是多年前在越興園的事.一直到在侍應用衣夾夾單沿繩頭頂上飛單入廚房的景隆街青亭,到搬了兩次舖到現在和鄰店的燕萍二合為一,每隔一段日子也會來一趟.當知道在二月底銅鑼灣店會結業(不知道機場分店可受影響)當然把握機會再來吃多一次.一人前來便選了這個包一款小吃的套餐越式蒸粉卷----剛蒸起的粉卷在上檯時還熱氣騰騰,皮略厚,餡料內的沙葛及木耳絲非常爽口.春卷撈檬----外皮是脆但可以再酥化一點,餡料豐富但卷得太實.是比較喜歡鬆一點的春卷.魚露味淡撈起檬粉來吃像全無味道.牛油雞翼----甫上檯已傳來蒜蓉的濃香!上了粉漿來炸的雞翼外皮色澤金黃,吃起來有淡淡的牛油味肉質嫩滑有水份.一個人吃兩隻雞全翼也不算過份吧.希望日後有緣再會吧!

同意樓下位朋友所言,這間清亭燕萍的價錢唔算抵食偶爾路過,入內醫肚吃下午茶隨便地叫了一碗生牛肉河,但以其份量、生牛肉的鮮味、河粉的湯底清甜程度,竟然收我四十五元正?吃完之後,真的唔夠飽喎!有點中伏的感覺...侍應說這碗經已是大碗,生牛河有分大/細碗,大碗收四十五元難怪下午四五時,入內竟然一位食客也沒有啦 真的中伏了!

星期日晚同個fd去呢間食,之前都去搵過其他餐廳,但最後發現都係呢間好d,所以再去光顧呢間星共日夜晚,出奇地唔駛等位,真好去到,叫左個二人套餐,包括:海鮮炒飯:個人覺得OK,但我fd認為味道偏淡越式小食拼盤:合格,但我fd嫌春卷較油蔗蝦:基於我fd對蝦有敏感,兩條蔗蝦由我ko,好味!飲品:我自己果杯係海底椰冰,因為自己好海底椰關係而叫左呢個,出邊唔多有地方可以飲到呢個,而且海底椰份量頗多,讚!

所以特登約friend去探下清亭~
本來清亭同燕萍係由兩兄弟分別做既越南菜, 以前仲成日掙客添呀!

個問題係佢地想做多d生意, 所以上菜速度好快,
咁樣d食客可以食快d, 然後佢地就會盡快執走d野,
令到你又唔好意思食完野都繼續坐响到, 而做成好多人有 hard feeling....

所以如果想坐耐d, 傾下計, 慢慢享受既話, 真係唔建議黎食呢間~
但係如果接受到咁快既效率, 就可以黎試試,
最多食完野, 去第二到再飲杯野慢慢坐囉!

好耐之前...大概已經八年了, 係銅鑼灣工作嘅我, 放工經常約埋d同事去清亭晚飯, 嗰個年代, 清亭同燕萍仲係分開, 仲成互相拉走對方嘅客, 話自己先係正宗, 而家原來經已二合為一日前收到個舊同事話,電話話好想去食, 所以就陪佢去食啦~去到, 必定食嘅牛油雞翼, 好香牛油味加埋青檸汁仲正~! 炸蝦餅, 一般朋友推介原個椰子海鮮焗飯, 又幾好味bor~不過份量太少, 我地兩個女仔食先啱啱好整體黎講, 我地叫嘅幾樣嘢都okay,我最愛嘅牛油雞翼仍然保持水準,宜價錢合理.之但係有心裏有個迷................究竟而家d嘢食係清亭定係燕萍嘅師傅整呢???!!!!!!咁即係正唔正宗呢??

中秋節想和家人一同吃好味的越南菜,首選一定是清亭.燕萍,七點到達,不用等位。我們叫了豬扒檬,牛油雞翼,囝囝第一次食,覺得好好味!酸辣鳳爪,小朋友可能覺得辣!還有串燒就一般沒什麼特別咖喱雞加法包,咖喱汁味道夠濃,我老公還加白飯,法包就外脆內軟,正侍應服務態度很好,我們都吃得好飽好滿足,值得推介!
