之前食過xo醬雞扒飯,香脆多汁。今日再來試下其他。今日揀咗惹味黑椒牛肉煎蛋飯。一如既往,有沙律菜拌碟,沙律汁足夠。牛肉少少香脆,應該走過油來。軟而不柴,沒有蘇打粉味。 黑椒汁夠香濃。白飯今次好正(上次雞扒飯,太韌,可能偏少水,食到牙鉸軟)煎蛋好正,半生熟。蛋黃汁可以撈飯。凍奶茶都唔錯,唔澀口,茶香可以再濃少少。總體來講算高質茶記,體會到路線係:品種選擇唔太多,但精力放在做好每一樣。遲d會來試下晚餐,應該唔會失望。
