廣成冰室位於上水的懷舊冰室屹立喺上水好耐依家逢星期三、四都休息早上開06:15至16:00所以小心摸門釘!菠蘿油絕頂好味道!最重要係個皮唔會喪跌D碎落黎!牛油🧈係份量剛好👍🏼早餐得兩款菜式我就叫左 薑絲鮮牛肉通粉薑絲與鮮牛肉識食一定要落埋胡椒粉!不得不提的就係 凍奶茶同凍檸茶!這就是冰室的味道。廣成冰室的餐牌係冇乜得你揀但全部都係經典懷舊營造出濃濃的香港情懷。店員們都是老員工,人情味濃!買少見少的情懷!

講開上水嘅冰室,基本上冇人唔識廣成冰室,呢間嘢開咗幾十年,佢嘅牛通加蛋治真係食極都唔厭,每一次食門口都好多人要排隊等大概都要等10零20分鐘,最近人更加多,因為佢嘅營業時間縮短咗,仲好似禮拜三禮拜四都會放假,平時呢好似開到2:30定兩點,想食嘅機會就係越嚟越少,誰人是在要特登就時間黎食,佢嘅蛋字啲蛋厚度呢真係冇得頂。仲有另外一樣嘢你唔要蛋治可以叫菠蘿油,我屋企人就比較鍾意食菠蘿油,但係佢個菠蘿油係凍嘅都好好食唔計嘅朋友可以試吓同埋佢嘅奶茶都好好飲

已經忘記了多久沒有來十幾年都是同一份茶餐牛肉通感覺退步了雖然湯底仍然好薑好味但牛肉片只有淡淡牛味加上胡椒粉會味道更鮮蛋治一如以往厚厚的喜歡帶點濕潤的炒蛋還看到蛋白蛋黃兩色但紅豆冰是非常出色的紅豆分量十足濃郁且甜軟淋手刨冰金字塔碎冰最配紅豆可惜茶餐不能加錢轉紅豆冰一餐要飲兩杯飲品就非常飽60多年的真冰室由細個食到大個由排長龍到即入有機會還是會帶小朋友去試手刨紅豆冰金字塔

十幾年都是同一份茶餐

牛肉通感覺退步了
雖然湯底仍然好薑好味
但牛肉片只有淡淡牛味
加上胡椒粉會味道更鮮

蛋治一如以往厚厚的
喜歡帶點濕潤的炒蛋
還看到蛋白蛋黃兩色

但紅豆冰是非常出色的
紅豆分量十足
濃郁且甜軟淋
手刨冰金字塔
碎冰最配紅豆


可惜茶餐不能加錢轉紅豆冰
一餐要飲兩杯飲品就非常飽

60多年的真冰室
由細個食到大個
由排長龍到即入

有機會還是會帶小朋友去試手刨紅豆冰金字塔

自小住上水,幫襯咗30+年,現已搬到外區,上星期都特登開車去食,但絕對係最後一次。當日生意並唔旺,一路有位,我老公食完野去咗洗手間,我因腳傷,等埋佢至起身埋單,當我剛飲完杯奶茶,有個疑似熟客入嚟,守門口個阿姐就即刻非常無禮貌咁問我:你啲嘢嚟齊啦,起身俾人坐啦!其實嚟得嘅,大部分都係街坊,食物質素根本好一般,大家只係習慣嚟吓,唔怪之得而家唔使等位,多得嗰個粗魯無禮嘅阿姐,令我知道,真係唔使再嚟受氣。

可惜個「菠蘿油」冇畀到驚喜我,好一般,放喺門口個櫃,冇加熱就咁奉客,唔建議大家揀。餐飲我飲「熱奶茶」,其中一樣茶記指標性嘅嘢,遺憾地佢都唔算好突出,只係好普通嘅茶餐廳質素,咁樣收 $44 只能算係合理。

之後當然進入戲肉,就係只能以 $27 散叫而唔可以跟餐或者跟餐加錢嘅「紅豆冰」。我一向都對呢樣嘢麻麻,係直屬上司畀勇氣我,一上菜,佢個樣已經夠殺食,舊冰圓錐形,相當有視覺效果,飲落,味道都唔錯,好香豆味。

頭先講過,我不嬲都唔多好紅豆嘢,所以我都係就咁求其飲晒啲液體就擺佢喺度去嘆杯奶茶。點知疑似事頭婆走埋嚟同我加啲淡奶落去等我食埋佢,呢個舉動已經贏晒,我就乖乖哋同佢食晒啲紅豆,係繼宇治之旅之後第二次。

咁喺宇治嗰啲日本紅豆係靚好多嘅,不過今次其實都唔差,起碼我唔係勉為其難食,睇得出佢哋都覺得啲嘢正,唔想我嘥。最後用 $41 叫多隻「火腿奄列」,不過表現唔算特別出色,可能因為冇乜人叫,個火候控制得麻麻。

咁樣 $112 我都無話可說,始終係一個餐加兩樣散叫嘢。不過本來唔係叫奄烈而係想叫鳳凰奶糊,點知疑似事頭婆話餐牌冇價錢嗰啲即係冇供應,長知識,大家去食嘅時候要留意。佢哋逢星期四休息,大家要留意吓營業時間先好去。。。

上水懷舊茶記老字號茶記冰室,專程揸車過嚟廣城冰室,當然一定要試佢嘅冰山紅豆冰😋😋😋我哋係下午茶時間嚟,入座嘅時間都坐滿人,但好快有卡位,初頭要同人一齊坐,座位比較逼夾,可能都比較舊嘅緣故一嚟到我叫咗佢嘅茶餐,有個牛肉通粉、厚蛋治、另加一杯紅豆冰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻牛肉通粉,正常味道不是傳說中的出色😆😆蛋治好味麵包鬆軟,但可能我係叫餐,所以雞蛋唔係太厚,因為我見到隔籬枱有個女仔單叫蛋治,佢嘅後蛋治非常之好非常之吸引😂😂下次我都會單一叫蛋治🤣🤣佢最出色,就係佢杯紅豆冰,甜而不膩、仲有一個花奶冰山👍🏻紅豆蓉,非常之有沙唔會死甜呢杯,下次你一定會再encore🤣🤣

蛋治好味麵包鬆軟,但可能我係叫餐,所以雞蛋唔係太厚,因為我見到隔籬枱有個女仔單叫蛋治,佢嘅後蛋治非常之好非常之吸引😂😂
下次我都會單一叫蛋治🤣🤣

🧊廣成冰室🧊一入黎感覺好似時光倒流咁,Menu上見證到好多幾十年前冰室獨有既飲品,例如牛肉汁、蓮子茶、鳳凰奶糊、榨檸汁等等,不過有得睇冇得叫既🥲。紅豆冰🫘🧊($27)紅豆冰雖然好多茶餐廳都有,但廣成喱杯紅豆冰既造型,放眼全香港,都係好獨特既😆,大半杯以上既紅豆加埋大大枝碎冰柱,正!飲落超多紅豆,好香甜,奶水反而少,一路食可以一路拮碎啲冰,感覺愈飲愈多🤣!牛肉通+雞蛋三文治+飲品($44)牛肉幾新鮮,湯底冇乜特別,就係舊式冰室個種鹹鹹地湯底🤣,雞蛋三文治幾驚喜因為真係好大份,蛋都係舊式做法,主要食蛋香,而唔係新式加好多奶偏滑蛋個種,麵包偏軟淋。菠蘿油($17)包唔係熱既,皮又唔算好脆,勝在牛油夠,普通質素啦。
