To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一人午市套餐😎😎今日下午茶時段食左一人午市套餐，5點前會有七折，我點左雞腿肉，豚肉同豬頸肉套餐😙😙個套餐包左一個沙律前菜，一份雞腿肉，豚肉同豬頸肉，一個牛角飯，一碗麵豉湯，一杯飲品。幾豐富😎😄沙律前菜味道酸酸咸咸，未必好岩胃口，肉類有3款，大約有12件，份量足夠，牛角飯好好食，紫菜撈飯好香，午市時段仲可以仼食，麵豉湯無乜特別，飲品我叫左蜜桃茉利綠茶，少甜走冰，飲品既喜好係可以揀的！！總結而言，CP值幾高👍🏻👍🏻

牛角係間中都會幫襯嘅餐廳，因為紫菜飯真係好好味😂😂難得早前攞到旅遊發展局送出嘅餐飲券，變相打左個折畀我食返一餐，因為近情人節，見有個套餐都幾抵食，就一於揀佢啦2人套餐$698再加一有牛肉、雞肉、豬頸肉，仲有牛肋條肉類都保持平常嘅質素，但牛肋條其中一條好韌，唔知係有筋抑或係咩原因，我都唔係好識，總之咬唔開😂😂冷盤有蟹籽蟹柳青瓜沙律，同埋紫菜豆腐（豆腐忘記影相）兩款食物味道不錯，係個沙律砌成心形有少少搞笑，可能我唔識浪漫啦😅😅蟹膏好濃味，送飯一流，店員教我燒三至4分鐘，到個蛋黃開始有少少變色就可以了跟餐有呢一杯士多啤梨特飲，如果鍾意飲酒的話，可以加錢飲返杯最後有雪糕做結尾，甜入心❣️❣️

又去牛角燒肉啦，真係次次去都仲咁好食😋❤️蔥燒牛舌煙靭又好味，好香口❤️燒多春魚每次必點👍🏻但係真係好易黐底😆❤️辣味雞翼香口肉嫩，辣味岩岩好❤️和牛燒入口即溶，溜脂好好味🤤❤️牛油金菇好爽口，配牛油好好味❤️生菜拼盆每次都一定會必點，好爽口，好fresh❤️牛角飯滿滿嘅紫菜配埋個汁，送燒肉一流👍🏻值得一提，由門口帶位個小姐開始，到入位，全程每位員工服務都好好，非常有善有禮物， 一定會再食😋👍🏻

今日去朋友家玩，玩完落樓下搵野食，見到牛角推出的了匯豐優惠套餐，於是入去試試，經理推薦表示同示叫匯豐套餐可以成為牛角會員，於是我們便要了兩個餐，當然燒烤咁熱，一定要叫啤酒飲。睇個餐牌原來都好多野食，先來個新鮮蕃茄芝士，味道不錯，不過跟住再出個凱撒沙律，感覺好像有少少相同都是沙律，之後就上燒食盛合，有雞有豬又有牛，不同部位夾埋都有12件肉，份量適中，之後再來是野菜和海鮮，海鮮有兩隻蝦和一隻帆立貝，都非常新鮮，菜有雞髀菇、粟米和菠蘿。要講下那些粟米非常鮮甜。以為夠晒啦，原來未完，經理過來問我們要咩飯，佢話有玉子飯、牛角飯和珍珠飯。我們選了玉子飯吃。食完非常滿足，配埋啤酒一絕。一個不錯套餐，全日都有得供應。
