主打牛肉串烧的日式居酒屋,虽然走的是传统风格,但别处几乎吃不到的菜式就足够让它从一众居酒屋中脱颖而出。Mark很久终于来了,跟朋友一致觉得太好吃了!·从前菜到酒肴选择非常丰富,除了牛肋条、牛舌这样的炭烤经典部位,你还能吃到和牛脂、牛舌根、牛肠、牛心等小众神奇部位,港式粉面里的牛筋和牛沙瓜竟然也出现了,主打一个庖丁解牛、各种部位都能烤!·最惊艳的就是【牛骨髓】和【牛沙瓜】,一个是bistro里烤面包片的经典搭档,一个是牛腩面店里的每日限量,现在被“爆改”成了日式串烧,真就擦出了不一样的火花。·牛骨髓柔滑软糯,如脑花如慕斯,可以用牙齿和舌头慢慢抿化,清新的葱花和萝卜茸正好平衡浓厚的骨髓味。·烤牛沙瓜让我想起了Testina那道著名的炸牛肚,也是外层烤得焦香微脆, 牙齿一个猛子扎下去,顿时深陷牛肚的厚润弹嫩之中。火候正好,肉汁鲜美充盈,不用蘸任何酱料都已经足够迷人。·【横格肌Set】包含蜜糖芥辣/Wasabi/蒜香/黑芝麻酱四种口味的横膈膜拼盘,几乎桌桌必点,但反而没达到预期。·整体调味温和,芥末芥辣都可以忽略不计,黑芝麻酱很大胆,但并没有get到它的好吃,不如经典的蒜香。抛开调味,牛肉本身肉味不足,但口感还算得上劲道多汁。·【自家制豆腐】外层脆韧、带着炭烤的焦香,一口咬开内里滚烫,刚刚凝固的豆腐被小心锁住,嫩滑得简直可以像布丁一样吮吸出来。·【山葵酱烧广岛蚝】感觉就是芝士mayo烤生蚝,山葵酱的存在微乎其微,但还是咸香热辣蛮好吃的,生蚝肉质也挺饱满。·【咸牛肉明太子酱烧山芋】山药口感偏脆,铺上咸香浓郁的明太子酱很难出错。咸牛肉碎揉进酱里,似乎还有几分“咸牛肉xx”的港式元素混搭,但牛肉也太少了,几乎感觉不到。·上座率比较迟,但人气比想象中高,消费降级的工作日晚上也基本满座。上菜节奏正好,服务态度也不错。·部分人气串烧现在有34港纸/2串的优惠,这么满意的一顿吃下来人均还不到300。再次感叹铜锣湾最地道的居酒屋果真都藏在大楼里,性价比也比临街店高。 continue reading
