喺深水埗返工嘅我,成日都要諗午餐食咩好🥲,有次同事介紹我去近長沙灣站嘅牛極食Lunch,先發現佢呢間餐廳性價比極高🤩,$50左右就有一個類似半自助嘅lunch,白飯、沙律、湯都任飲任食🤤,一開始以為佢叫牛極,就只係得牛食,原來佢仲有豬、雞、鰻魚俾我簡,搞到我有晚返工開OT之後,都要去牛極食晚餐洗擦我辛勞嘅一日🥲🥲。🐮🐮牛肩排180g $80去到有六款牛嘅部位俾我簡,仲要係分唔同gram數,我見可以任食飯,沙律同湯,咁就要個輕分量啲啦,點知一黎到果陣,心諗咁厚嘅,仲以為黎錯,原來180g係咁大塊,仲要80蚊,超抵呀🤩,佢上菜時大約三成熟左右,加上熱石板嘅溫度,將牛肩排燒至五至七成熟,口感非常豐富,濃郁嘅牛味加上牛肩自身嘅油脂,勁juicy,再配埋佢嘅珍珠米食,真係好幸福☺️。佢每張枱都有三樽唔同嘅調咪料俾你落,仲要係用研磨器,非常乾淨👍🏼,但我就覺得唔使加任何調味料都好夠,因為靚嘅牛肉係唔需要太過調味❤️。我諗呢間會變成我嘅飯堂,日日食都唔會厭呀。🤤

估唔到呢個價錢都可以着到咁靚嘅牛肉,出邊而家都應該好多嘅石版燒牛肉但係佢哋嘅牛肉絕對係上佳嘅級別,大大嚿嘅牛肉用鐵板燒起上嚟特別入味,而家店員都好友善嘅介紹我哋點樣去燒一個靚嘅牛扒,切開細細份慢慢燒,牛肉七成已經係最好,牛肉味豐富

咦個價錢又可以飲到湯食到沙律,而且牛肉加個高級嘅質素我覺得絕對冇得比,下次去開都會在試唔同嘅級別嘅牛肉

$80 180 g 嘅牛肩扒係最抵食我食過好多次,佢嘅牛肩扒夠厚,係石板上唔會OVERCOOK自己燒好容易控制熟度,我通常燒成MEDIUM RARE,肉味都夠膿。平時會係自己屋企買高級牛煮,點解都仲會幫襯呢間係因為佢白飯、沙律、湯任食湯係用牛肉蕃茄煲成,都好飲,會想再ENCORE 味道又OK,份量又無得輸,抵食!

貴少少澳洲牛柳煮到全熟好韌...
所以好似我咁,鍾意食全熟嘅食牛肩排就最好。
牛柳都唔夠牛肩排好食, 一係你揀和牛,唔係食最平就得喇。

落佢啲黑胡椒就已經好好食, 佢啲黑胡椒有冇人知邊度買到?係印度出品,自己平時買嗰啲唔係印度出冇咁香冇咁有味。

羅宋湯好正,用好多牛肉煲。
