終於到最期待的石燒牛扒出場,熱石上的牛柳吱吱作響,餐廳出菜時有蓋上廚房紙防止彈油,亦有提供即棄圍裙,安排貼心。切開牛柳時已經感覺肉質嫩滑,入口肉汁滿溢,牛柳事先煎封時的調味恰到好處,不用多餘的調味已經食到肉香。加上在石板上自己烹調,完全不會有過熟的問題。

牛肩排是份量十足的厚切,肉質較牛柳結實,但牛味亦比牛柳更香濃。配搭餐廳提供的醬汁,包括燒肉汁、辛味燒汁及蒜蓉,真是十分滋味。如果不喜歡醬汁,每枱都有黑椒、岩鹽、BBQ香草,配搭十分多~

這類日式石燒牛扒性價比真的超高,而且牛極的石板溫度和牛扒厚度配合得十分好,即使慢慢邊切邊燒都不會過熟過韌,真真令人十分回味🤤

大概是居家煮食煮上癮,能夠出街食飯都要自己主理!(笑)牛極是石燒的牛扒料理,而且是平價那種,百多、甚至數十便能品嚐牛味十足的牛扒。雖然稱不上自己煮,但熟度確實是自己定的呢!➡️ 廚師會先把上下及四邊熨熟才端出來,利用燒至高溫的石塊來「煮」牛扒,想吃rare便要吃快一點,拍照也不要太久。。。想吃熟一點可以慢慢品嚐。➡️ 「煮」的時候也要視乎牛扒的厚度,例如我點的200g 牛柳超厚,吃至最後也有我喜歡的微血鮮肉效果,但180g的牛肩排便全熟了。➡️ 牛柳很軟腍,牛肩排牛味較濃,可根據個人喜好選擇➡️ 平扒來說,會聯想到鬆肉粉味超重的金鳳;或老字號花園餐廳,但牛極味道好、價錢也物相宜,應該會取代那些味道不佳的平扒吧!而且它還有任吃的沙律吧呢!

➡️ 廚師會先把上下及四邊熨熟才端出來,利用燒至高溫的石塊來「煮」牛扒,想吃rare便要吃快一點,拍照也不要太久。。。想吃熟一點可以慢慢品嚐。

上檯啦!牛肩排比我想像中大塊,相機食完,嗱嗱聲切開,入面係1成熟,所以一定要用熱石整熟佢,食落油花較多,受熱後油花與牛質熔為一體,汁多味美、入口即化。

牛柳一啲都唔粗,好嫩,再加上自己可以控制住火候,真係好正!再配埋每張枱都有既鹽、黑椒同燒烤既seasoning ,唔怪之得c小姐食完面色都比之前好😂😂😂

今次應朋友介紹,第一次食「石板燒」🤩一入去發現舖頭好特別,原來係採用自動售賣和自助方式,即係自己用自動售賣機點餐,之後自己拎白飯、醬汁、沙律同餐具等等,而店員會上1成熟的牛扒,需要之後透過已加熱的石板烤熟至自己喜好程度,咁樣鐘意幾生幾熟都可以由自己控制。今次分別點左兩款牛,一係牛柳200g,另一款係牛肩排180g,但份量都唔失禮,仲厚過兩部電話。兩者亦各有特式,牛柳肉質較有咬口,但相對牛味濃郁,而牛肩排雖牛味較淡,但肉質淋軟。兩份牛扒配上粉紅岩鹽、胡椒和自取蒜蓉,味道簡直一流,香氣撲鼻同增加唔少牛肉風味,所以當晚都行左出去裝左三碗飯來伴吃。另外,麵豉湯和椰菜沙律都係免費自取,沙律配上柚子醋簡直令人胃口大開,所以食完成餐飯都好飽,岩晒平時鐘意食肉既食肉獸。

位於長沙灣的牛極, 主打是日式牛扒的石板燒, 一入門口就已經見到一台很特別的售賣機先要在售賣機上購買自己喜愛的牛扒, 選擇都算頗多除了入不同的位置之外,還有不同的份量 今次點了的是牛柳 200g這個份量來說一人吃也很足夠因為餐廳除了吃肉外另一大特點就是前菜沙律,湯,白飯都是任添的在牛肉上嚟之前先拿了沙律和湯沙律上還有車厘子可以拎, 性價比超高湯是牛肉湯, 完全沒有味精的感覺在湯底下還可以看到牛肉和蘿蔔萬眾期待的牛終於上來了!!可以看到180g的牛也不算小牛肉醬都在半自助吧那一邊取到的一上來的時候還是半生熟的狀態(大約3成熟)生熟程度可以按照個人口味去到烹調味道超好吃, 餸埋白飯吃一流!!!
