去過日本中部,回憶裡除了有白川鄉,還有未入口已經令你精神溶化的飛驒牛。上次去左隔離既18巷,今次一定要再食牛禪了 !牛禪食物質素高無可置疑,原來周不時也有特別推出的Menu! 店內地方大,不過最好還是先預約。原來呢排做緊清酒放題!!!只需$100便可享用清酒放題,90分鐘內無限任添指定清酒~這款冰鎮後的清酒,色呈清亮透明,香氣淡甜口味纖細,想不到放題也如此高質素!特製的酒樽,隔開了酒液及冰塊,不會因冰塊溶解而稀釋了清酒。三點前菜 - $30原來每次黎,三樣前菜都有所不同。今日有我最喜歡既醃蒜頭,海蜤同小魚乾,全部都好好食!南瓜天婦羅 - $78酥脆的天婦羅外皮,內裡是半爽帶腍的南瓜,口感乾爽,味道清甜!芒果蟹籽沙律 - $88食多個沙律開開胃吧!要食牛,就先了解下牛唔同既部位~A5近江和牛海膽丼 - $780A5飛騨玫瑰 - $1680一朵朵精緻既飛驒牛玫瑰,呈現出粉紅色幼嫩肉質同絲絲的白色油脂紋! 玫瑰花分別係飛騨牛脛脊、飛騨A5肉眼、飛騨牛小排同飛騨A5西冷四個不同部位。飛驒牛油脂均勻,燒起黎牛肉特別香濃,入口即溶之集帶一點點咬口,肉質滑嫰,令我地的味蕾立即溶化~九州西冷 - $2

點左榴連和海鹽味,兩款出面都好少有~
海鹽味雪糕呈海藍色,微咸,挺特別。
不吃榴連的我結果追薯吃這個榴連雪糕,用上新鮮果肉,味香亦口感厚。
