對上一次食完這間有點念念不忘,每次工作辛苦完就想食好嘢去填補辛勞當然要點杯我最愛的cocktails去放鬆一下前菜最愛腌蒜頭雖然價格有點貴,但一份錢一份貨,明太子份量剛好鹹度適中,玉子夠嫩滑無刺身點算食日本菜,五品刺身拼盤有伊佐目原條起肉,金目鯛 ,活赤貝,活北寄貝,牡丹蝦 伊佐目有薄片也有厚件,最靚係用魚肉卷成花狀,肉質幾厚實味鮮活赤貝鮮甜爽口是我最愛喔牡丹蝦勁新鮮又夠彈牙帶膠口主角極上和牛盛宴出場了,餐廳有建議食法次序先食油牛脂比較少的牛舌,好爽口之後到牛味重有咬口的尾龍扒跟牛柳慢慢一直食到牛脂重的牛頸脊跟小排,小排入口即溶感覺馬上清失,但牛脂油香一直停留口腔和風野菜沙律係食完太多肉另外再點來平衡番啲罪惡感,點知一樣炒得惹味,增添邪惡最後嘅豆腐味雪糕都幾濃郁,不錯

同老友慶祝生日,地點由朋友決定,第一次光顧,店看起來不大,看出來是一個老闆用一個單位做兩個不同菜式的餐廳,泰菜和日燒。先說環境,舒適,做日燒最重要是抽風好,否則吃完全身都是難受的味道。這個餐廳做得很好。食材方面也洽到好處,和牛西冷油花很好,燒起來真的有格紋我們點了2人餐再加一點和牛, 雞翼和牛舌,2人海鮮餐都很大份,價格都能配上,侍應生會教我們點燒,同埋落咩調味最配又不失原味,這就是服務水平。總來說,十分享受這一晚用膳的質素。

返工返得咁辛苦,放假當然要食餐好黎平衡返!!今天和朋友揀左呢間日式燒肉大快朵頤~先點了份刺身,包括牡丹蝦同活北寄貝都好吸引!牡丹蝦啖啖肉,咬落好彈牙,味道好鮮美。仲有活北寄貝好爽口,咬落十十聲,脆身可口。到今晚期待已久的極上和牛盛宴,餐廳水準備了介紹紙,比我地睇食緊的部份是什麼部位,非常細心。而且仲有教燒的次序,要由淡味到濃味甘燒法會更好吃。9個部份,放上牛型盤的9個位置,9款部份各有特式,牛舌質感最特別,爽口彈牙,和普通的肉質感不一樣。尾龍扒油份不會太多,肉香較濃。小排就油香勁好多,食落入口即溶!由於太油了,點了個沙律平衡返油脂,個沙律好開胃,感覺食完更健康。

價格相對其他店有點貴,但食落又真係幾好味!朋友都好推介依個玉子燒,明太子吾會太咸,玉子燒都幾濕潤!
另外就到好豐富既五品刺身拼盤,份量剛好我地幾人分,刺身自己配搭叫左幾款!
