今天晚上路經銅鑼灣想食日本燒肉結果經過牛禪打算試一試,二人餐有一個$768餐有一個二人餐$668 ,兩個餐牌內都有特盛燒肉盛盒,問侍應他也解釋不了是什麼,只說有一些肉。結果我們點了$768的試試,就有一條還未解凍的魷魚、4片所謂的特選和牛和貌似扇貝的無味超細粒扇貝。食物完全沒有水平,價錢就高水平,真心懷疑是晚盛惠$878,卻是零勝價比,食完一肚氣。我們之前看過很多食評以為這間餐廳很好但是出來的結果有一點不知所謂大家請切勿輕信食評,墮入陷阱!!!!

久聞這所日本料理的近江牛和海鮮刺身都是不得了的。 今次就和一班朋友決定豪一次, 先來的是一些前菜,但是已經令人印象難忘, 尤其是那個明太子玉子燒, 真不明白可以將玉子旦香燒得這麼香, 另外那道洋蔥墨魚咀, 微辣正好將大家的味蕾打開。 接著來的就是名貴的五品刺身: 那個響螺和赤貝 鮮味到不得了,厚厚带子刺身和三文魚腩也是鮮味十足,但是最驚喜就是那條喜之次整條魚上枱新鮮賣相外廚師還介紹專登將魚皮微微燒了一 遍正好是將油份平均迫了出來,令大家將這條魚的食味更加提升一個層次 。吃到這裏大家已經感覺半飽了,但是好戲現在才開始,這個要預先一日訂的近江和牛雪山上菜了,廚師即席將這個近江和牛薄片砌成的雪山,在正中央加上乾冰,就做成這個雪山爆發的視聽效果,簡直是色香味俱全, 那些和牛刺身入口即溶,實在已經無法形容,接著就是那道名貴的極上和牛盛宴,十款和牛廚師介紹要由淡口遂款吃到最濃味的,每次燒的時間也有極高的要求,大家已經被這個燒牛盛宴迷上了,正在已經覺得極滿足的時候,主厨還推薦一些這裏的炸物包括野菜天婦羅和吉列生蠔,果然沒有介紹錯,雖然是簡單的天婦羅和吉列生蠔,但是也感覺得到廚師的用心烹製,雖然這頓晚
