等上咗呢兩碗烏冬之後,其實一眼就睇得出三文魚腩帶子烏冬嘅三文魚腩係多啲同埋大舊啲,所以你好明顯見到兩碗烏冬上面嘅配料小山丘一個高啲一個矮啲。

而食落口之後個分別更加明顯,以前都唔覺得海鮮烏冬入面啲三文魚比較鞋,但係今次有比較有傷害,因為三文魚腩嗰碗嘅三文魚真係接近入口即溶,油脂好重,好好食!
所以一比較之下,海鮮烏冬入面嘅三文魚就相對熟咗一啲。而帶子既話,兩碗嘅分別就唔大。

中意食烏冬既人可以黎試八沢,啲野食都係行日式,同都幾好味。晏就同友人黎到,一共嗌咗兩個烏冬,一個小食。明太子雞翼 ($36)呢個雞翼熱辣辣,咬開入面都幾多明太子,不過除咗食到鹹同辣之外就冇乜特別。黑松靈忌廉海鮮烏冬 ($98) 呢個好濃忌廉味,加上烏冬都好掛湯。三文魚同帶子都新鮮同幾大粒。不過呢個係用木碗上,一開始上枱碗烏冬都熱,但好快就已經冇咁熱,忌廉凍咗就有啲漏。黑安格斯肉瞤牛扒掛烏冬 ($98)呢個牛扒整得幾好,唔會過熟。不過個汁就唔係太濃味,烏冬本身冇味,淨係靠呢個汁就覺得味道唔太夠。八沢其實啲野都幾有心思,如果佢午市時間推啲lunch set可能會吸引啲,因為呢個價錢午市食覺得有啲進取。

呢個做緊跟主食加18蚊推廣,性價比高。好凍好正。桃味ok, 有汽,有啲諗起日本旅行嘅時光😆😆。

food arrived really quickly (within 15mins or less) but honestly even it would have been worth it even if we had to wait longer🤩
the chicken was soo good 100% recommend🤪 the soup tasted really good it was a little sweet a little salty and the udon was so bouncy the texture was absolutely divine.
the oysters were good too, everything was absolutely bang for buck, its definitely somewhere i’d go back to again.

and let’s not forget the cheeessee. there were four pieces for $38 and they weren’t too big but i think just enough as a starter for two. super rich and creamy, but don’t expect it to be like fried mozzarella, super delicious regardless.
