今日去食啲貴價午餐 (對我黎講算貴)就係上環新紀元廣場嘅八沢入面好細間坐位數不多嘅坐底睇餐牌有五個set lunch價錢由$75-$108唔算平嘅 但佢啲質素都唔錯嘅安格斯肉眼牛扒烏冬 $88好的色 幾細緻嘅見佢粉量唔算多嘅塊牛扒得個幾件仔雖然佢份量唔多但個牛扒係出色嘅入口多汁 咬感一流 鬆軟多汁 好好食嘅佢對得住呢個價錢我覺得烏冬質素唔錯幾煙靭嘅 佢仲有個汁比你點下再有杯指定餐飲整體感覺好好雖然價錢唔平但性價比高嘅 抵食嘅 continue reading

這家八沢烏冬拉麵店,真是嚐過了一次就一直想再回來吃雖說共來了兩次,都沒月點招牌黑松露忌廉烏冬,但他家的其他菜式也是夠讓你回味無窮的~第一次光顧的時候以為是普通拉麵店,所以只謹慎地選了最安全的豚骨叉燒拉麵。喝了一口湯就完全被湯底征服了,那時以為是豚骨湯底熬成帶點奶油的味道,十分新鮮而且不會很膩,再光顧發現,果然這家是什麼都會加入忌廉吧不過都是挺好吃就是了~這次來了本想點最有名的忌廉烏冬,不過當下就是想吃吉列豬排,只能從朋友那碗偷吃幾口。不過嚐了幾口,我已經夠驚艷!忌廉湯底濃郁而不膩,而且配料十足,雖說價格也較貴就是了orz午餐的話加$75會送一杯每日熱飲,這天剛好是養生的紅棗桃膠,不過我怕太飽就只單點了說回我的豬扒飯,豬扒的size蠻大的,炸的也剛剛好。雖說豬扒飯比烏冬拉麵都要晚上,但是也證明了新鮮炸的~上了好一回兒菜,我還是會被豬扒燙到底下就是白米飯,不過配上旁邊的忌廉汁,就比較不會那麼乾巴巴的。炸豬排上澆了芝士醬,挺好吃的,拌上忌廉汁,混和白飯,十分有層次喔不過可能又是雙重芝士又是忌廉吧,吃久了還是少不免會膩,我還是吃不完整碗怎麼我每一樣都鑽不絕口的樣子不過真的是挺特別的這家!推薦! continue reading

忌廉の日式料理~ 🍜位於上環商業區既一間日式烏冬!!地點非常方便,正位於小編公司正對面!加上一見到黑松露+忌廉,「毒已中」,就立係衝左去一試究竟喇!😍。黑松露忌廉海鮮烏冬:熱辣辣既湯底,散發著濃香既黑松露味,第一啖試試湯底,忌廉既香滑口感一試難忘~煙熟三文魚既配搭相當合適,雖然份量可以更好,但如果果日你想食清d,都係唔錯既選擇!!🥢🥢。黑安格斯肉眼牛排掛烏冬:掛烏冬,顧名思義,取勝之處不在於湯底,而係配汁與麵質度分高下。而尼間既掛烏冬正正屬於高質 👍🏻 肉眼牛排處理得都好唔錯,厚度比一般肉眼排薄,反而係烹調既時候將肉質煎到外脆內軟,非常香口🥓。雞泡魚干:小編既吃貨朋友特別鍾情於雞泡魚干,所以佢對於尼道菜既期望非常之高。薄薄既雞泡魚干烤得略略有點乾身,雖然醬油配搭適宜,但咬耐左會有d 牙呦軟。。 continue reading

星期五晚同朋友見個面,我地三個人叫左4樣野,一個黑松露忌廉烏冬,吾講甘多,只可以講真係好食,有黑松露味,2粒帶子,3塊三文魚,個湯真係好正,我地最後仲要成個湯飲晒。。。另外叫左一個黑蒜油叉燒拉麵,e個就普通拉麵啦,但好足料,叉燒3塊,都燒得幾脆。我地再叫左一個安格斯牛的掛烏冬,個汁酒味太濃,中意酒ge朋友吾好錯過啦!最後加左一份明太子雞翼,有d細隻但味道不錯。埋單300多,性價比都高ge ,我地吹水吹左2個幾鐘店員都冇趕客,服務都好好,推薦大家! continue reading
