To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在客家好盞点了梅菜酱烤肉,十分考耐性,在客人不多的情況下,整枱其它菜色都已經上完食完了,等了50分鐘才上,建議不要点这道菜。(請注意此餐廳的蒸爐並非家中的蒸爐)。 continue reading

食完埋單先知,佢地餐牌 例牌份量既菜色好多都係外賣自取有5折優惠,抵食好多!!! 如果係開附近想加送呢間都可以一試。惠州梅菜扣肉 😀 鹹鮮味都有,扣肉肥而唔算膩,不過肉質唔夠軟爛,湯汁亦唔係好黏稠,但送飯都唔差。鎮店酸湯水煮魚片🥲 最失望係呢碟,魚片份量小同好薄身,酸湯味道唔太突出,得辣字,配菜份量多,但就唔抵食了。金牌鹽焗雞 ❤ 半隻 好食,黎到係出煙,雖然得半隻,但4個人share都岩岩好,雞夠香嫩有肉地唔油膩,另上沙薑醬,幾惹味。欖角肉末四季豆 😀 鹹香味濃,醬汁較多,份量有D小,四季豆都幾爽脆桂花瑤柱炒粉絲 😀 最細份,但最好味! 不過食到底就有D油膩。晚市優惠推介A清蒸龍躉仔🥲 味道較腥,魚肉厚實。一般~海味什菜煲 🥲 有粉絲 蝦乾 瑤柱 冬菇等配料蔬菜,湯比食材多,唔算抵食。但食起黎唔會好咸。 continue reading

從未試過去一間酒樓係完全無服務可言,每張檯旁放置咗水壺,要自己煲水⋯洗碗筷等咗好耐,忍唔住要職員比兩壺滾水直接搞掂!.由落單到食得七七八八,接近一個鐘有多,我哋叫嘅煲仔飯都仲未送到,唯有叫職員取消。說時遲,那時快,職員先話:「整好架啦,整好架啦⋯⋯」準備拎比我哋⋯當我哋話唔要時,職員啲態度仲差到不得了⋯.稻香集團真係不得了⋯應該唔會再幫襯!!!雖然附近無咩選擇,但都唔應該做到咁啦!😵‍💫😵‍💫 continue reading

該餐廳總體來講,菜品算可以,環境跟一般茶餐廳差不多,地方細,檯與檯之間狹逼,今次去幫襯的時候,被安排在門口處的卡位,可能係對正風口位,感覺涼風吹正自己的頭殼頂,非常唔舒服⋯ 沖茶的煲水機壞左,成了擺設,茶位費俾得冤枉⋯ 沙薑雞偏鹹,其他菜算OK。一個198元的套餐夠普通兩、三個人的份量⋯白飯另計,19元一個,量小,偏貴⋯ 今次用餐的時候,遇到一個講野大大聲、滿口髒話的食客,非常影響餐廳的整體環境⋯⋯不過餐廳的工作人員好像見怪不怪,習以為常⋯⋯ continue reading

星期六見有周咁多人,所以就再次光顧呢間客家好棧。嚟呢間食店既原因最主要太多數時候都唔洗等位。晚上7點左右,我嚟到呢間店好順利咁就入左去。呢間客家好棧都慣左係唔夠侍應,上點菜慢上菜慢,不過叫做唔洗等位。今晚就點左星期六三重奏,有客家咸雞半隻,豉汁蒸鉗魚,支竹浸時蔬,先講講客家咸雞,相當之嫩滑入味嚟到一定要點呢個餸菜,支竹浸時蔬尚算可以,至於豉汁蒸鉗魚雖然用咗豉汁但都係很重泥味,就算連豉汁一齊食依然蓋不到這種味道。呢度最出名的豬油撈飯,今次我就覺得比較失望可能人手不足的關係導致飯送上來都是凍的,最後我就點咗豆腐花,呢度嘅豆腐花係即是製作係相當之好味嫩滑加上豆味很濃每次嚟到都必點這個甜品作結尾。 continue reading
