將石磨加米,慢慢磨成米漿,成形之後,可以選擇好多款餸,再加豉油,成為一道美味#小食 。呢個描述,一般係講緊石磨腸粉,但最近睇電視,發現呢個步驟改少少,改一下形態,就會更有新意。店主將米漿倒入筲箕,攤到成形,再用刀切成一條條,就係今次要介紹,香港未見過,大陸都少見嘅筲箕河粉啦!因此,店主特登去廣州學習呢門手藝,將呢樣食品帶到香港。呢度做外賣為主,不過如果想堂食,後面都有一張枱仔枱上面有辣椒油、脆豌豆同辣菜脯俾大家調味手撕雞筲箕河粉$36 (+$3脆脆豆=39)成日食石磨腸粉嘅朋友,呢款配搭應該成日試啦!一樣係有菜脯、花生,點甜豉油,不過腸粉變成河粉,一樣爽滑有香,容易夾左又一定唔會削。手撕雞加青瓜,同河份一齊夾,又滑又爽脆,加埋炸過嘅豌豆,香脆,層次又再提升左,有下次。牛腩筲箕河粉$36 (+$3脆脆豆=39)呢度嘅牛腩本身大塊濃味,部分河粉已經吸收左牛腩汁,夠味,就未必要再落豉油啦!而我落左少少辣椒油,有豆豉香,又唔算好辣,好襯菜脯粒。但如果你預計佢係麵檔嘅牛腩河粉,咁係另外一樣嘢。火鴨絲碗仔翅 $28碗仔翅嘅冬菇絲同木耳絲都幾粗,加埋火鴨絲,都算好足料。係以前嘅感覺。粉果仔 $10粉果Size細過平時好多,好似魚肉燒賣咁大。餡料無一般咁豐富,無蝦米沙葛韭菜花生,但呢個有燒過嘅大地魚、肉碎,係非常傳統嘅街頭小食口味。皮又比一般粉果煙韌,肯定佢係自家製作。總數:$116粉制良品深水埗桂林街143H號地下F3號舖 continue reading

落親黎深水埗都係掃下街,成日黎親都試個幾間,今日就試下平時bookmark左既新野⋯睇左好耐呢間都立足左一段時間,好啦搵到呢間都叫似有唔少好食評,穩陣d試左一樣先,就試左比較多人食既手撕雞河粉都$38,員工態度,整時間都無問題,因為見佢海報整得唔錯及賣點係個米,等既時候都有期望⋯等左陣⋯見到個真樣都可以,同朋友一齊食大家都覺得都未必有下次⋯難食唔係,好食都一定唔係雞就比較硬少少無乜肉汁⋯河粉就比較粉,無任何米香及滑度可言,好彩個汁都可以,全程我地都可以係唔浪費及可以食既情況下食曬唔知係咪市道都唔係咁好⋯所以水準下降?因為見之前食評都幾好希望小店加油 continue reading

真係要支持下小店,店鋪主打即叫即蒸堅持手工製作筲箕河粉,亦有其他小食,老闆一手一腳親手做,用心製作即叫即整。老闆同姨姨都好好人。我地揀左4款小食外賣返屋企食:-叉燒雞蛋腸粉$26用筲箕整既腸粉原來可以咁滑,配上叉燒雞蛋口感一絕。-火鴨絲碗仔翅$28正宗港式碗仔翅非常足料,真係啖啖滿足😋招牌手撕雞筲箕河粉$36筲箕河粉爽滑,好好味,手絲雞青瓜絲再配特製裝汁當宵夜或輕餐一流👍🏻值得一試,有時諗唔到食咩,可以都係唔錯選擇。滷水大雜燴$58推介一定要order大碗,牛腩、牛肚、大腸炆到夠晒入味,蘿蔔咬口又不會起渣,仲有冬菇。 continue reading

去到深水埗真係要試下呢間小店,賣點係石磨糙米漿(米香特別出),口感特別順滑👍今次叫咗招牌人氣「手撕雞筲箕河粉」$36雖然即叫即制但唔算等好耐,手撕雞份量都多,仲有青瓜絲、菜脯等配料,食前倒上秘製豉油醬汁,同平時傳統石磨腸粉好唔同,食完後我都比較鍾意筲箕糙米河粉😋另外仲有火鴨絲碗仔我翅、滷水大雜燴及多款懷舊小食都可一試製作程序都幾繁複:米漿用上嚴選陳年梯田糙米,再經石磨碾碎超過超1800次,所以米漿細膩絲滑,之後倒上筲箕以傳統方式蒸焗,蒸完後再來堅持手工現蒸現切 continue reading

依間小店係強調香港製造,即叫即整筲箕手工河粉,個樣同我地平時見到嘅河粉唔同,係比較似腸粉多啲!小店主要係做外賣生意,但店外有位比人立食。牛腩筲箕河粉$36牛腩整得好淋同好入味,除咗牛腩之外仲有牛筋,兩樣加埋都有唔少件!河粉食落好滑又掛汁,醬汁好入味,唔會太鹹,好好食!手撕雞筲箕河粉$36手撕雞肉一啲都唔鞋,配埋滑滑嘅河粉,真係超級正!配料仲有青瓜絲,花生碎仲有胡麻醬,加埋一齊食真係令到河粉香到不得了! continue reading
