今日去尖沙咀陪朋友食lunch,經過堪富利士就比門口大大幅嘅中國風外牆吸引咗目光,之後果斷入去食!入面嘅裝修同大部分嘅中菜餐廳一樣,用咗唔少木雕同古式招牌做裝飾,仲放咗啲古色古香嘅屏風。用平版自助落單,有名有圖,環保又方便。尖沙咀泥講,呢度嘅lunch set 相當抵食,$68包例湯、主菜同白飯,仲配埋餐飲!好川回鍋肉主菜一大碟,分量充實,雖然配菜佔多,但質素亦唔錯,用咗辣椒同大蔥爆香食材,椰菜同回鍋肉夠哂入味,麻香味重。例湯係南瓜瘦肉湯,好有媽媽靚湯嘅感覺,飲到想encore!牛大力土茯苓龍骨強身湯朋友見我飲湯飲到咁開心,都唔執輸,叫返碗靚湯飲。除咗可以袪濕解毒,最重要係好飲,味道甘甜。蒜香雲耳作為前菜真係得彈,酸辣嘅雲耳好開胃,令人食唔停!麻辣牛腱麻辣醬配合大量香蔥、芝麻同炸蒜做調味,偏辣,好夠味,冇膻羶味。 continue reading

尖沙咀美食選擇多,而在香港吃川菜的餐廳不多。餐廳的菜式主要是正宗川菜菜式。其中川菜必叫的水煮牛肉/魚/豬肉這次叫的是水煮黑䐁肉。裡面的配菜有薯粉,而肉的份量剛好夠兩人份,味道偏麻,不會咸。 好川涼麵面比較幼細,似蝦子面,上面拌有xo辣醬,蝦米,醋,辣度剛好,但有點酸。涼拌土豆絲比起炒的土豆絲,今次叫了涼拌的一試,結果味道很適合夏天吃,非常清爽。土豆絲的粗幼度也剛好。手撕椰菜辣子雞多乾辣椒,而雞肉細粒,雞的份量不多。味道幾好。餐廳環境帶有中國傳統特色古代的裝修風格而服務態度也很好,侍應服務招呼周到。而建議改善一下廚房開放的問題,應把廚房的防煙門關上,除了可以阻隔油煙散出至客人用餐範圍,也可以減少噪音,以免影響客人用餐的環境。 continue reading

果日行過尖沙咀A2出口附近,有一個著中式旗袍既人派左張傳單比我,原來是一間食川菜的餐廳,呢張傳單可以食滿500減100添!見幾抵一於就上去試下啦~ 餐廳裝修係行中國古代風格,香港真係比較少見。連廁所都係主題風格Lunch set都幾抵,68蚊就有一個菜一個湯一個飯以及飲品!我地叫左個lunch set,以及見到呢度既酸菜魚係用龍躉咁特別,都叫左個黎試下! 呢碗番茄湯非常好飲,好濃郁好重玉米的甜味及番茄既鮮味,而且覺得似冇落味精 好川回鍋肉鍋氣足!有四川獨有既惹味,但唔會好辣,就算唔食得辣既人都接受到。回鍋肉切成薄片,唔會好肥,送飯一流。 紅油炒手面炒手皮好薄,但湯底比較清淡,適合唔食得辣既人 酸菜沙巴龍躉終於黎到今日既主角酸菜魚!呢度既酸菜魚係用龍躉,咬落肉質比較結實。酸菜味道好食,最特別係落左大量蒜蓉,蒜味超濃郁。 跟餐可以選擇罐裝飲品。呢間川菜應該是改良川菜,既有四川獨特既味道,但又唔會好辣,適合返香港人口味。 continue reading
