以前一直到大尾篤的忠誠吃泰國菜, 今天吃完石澳樂園的泰國菜, 我開始變心了。 我一直認為香港的泰國菜相當有水平, 反而泰國某些出名的泰國餐廳是名過其實, 價格偏貴, 又不合我的口味。 石澳樂園真的是喜愛泰菜的樂園。 最推薦的一定是椰青, 非常的新鮮, 椰汁水清甜可口, 椰肉爽滑, 在香港好像很難吃到這麼好的椰青, 忽然好像置身在海灘上, 吹著海風,看著美麗的倩影, 心曠神怡啊。 串燒是不能錯過的, 我們點了雞肉和牛肉, 水平和影灣園的Spicy Market 不相伯仲, 但價錢當然是貼近老百姓的水平。 菠蘿焗飯也是很讚的,可能很久沒有吃了, 一眼看到是好大的菠蘿啊! 材料不講究, 吃得非常過癮。雞翅釀蝦是很一道特別菜, 用雞翅包著蝦肉,脆脆的雞皮下是爽滑的蝦肉, 吃得非常過癮。今天吃的其他的菜也不錯, 如炒椰菜苗, 柚子沙律, 但沒有特別驚艷, 所以不特別介紹了。 謝謝石澳樂園用心製作美食,為今天的行程畫上一道美麗的風景線。

我一直認為香港的泰國菜相當有水平, 反而泰國某些出名的泰國餐廳是名過其實, 價格偏貴, 又不合我的口味。 石澳樂園真的是喜愛泰菜的樂園。

最推薦的一定是椰青, 非常的新鮮, 椰汁水清甜可口, 椰肉爽滑, 在香港好像很難吃到這麼好的椰青, 忽然好像置身在海灘上, 吹著海風,看著美麗的倩影, 心曠神怡啊。

即興,朋友放工話同我去石澳行下,好呀😉放工靜靜行下,放鬆一下返完一日工,辛苦嘅心情。七點由柴灣坐車去十五分鐘就到超快。坐左係沙灘睇下浪,坐左唔知幾耐,空氣中飄來陣陣燒烤味,突然發現好肚餓,原來今晚還未食晚餐。即刻走左去離沙灘唔洗一分鐘嘅石澳樂園食。快手揀下嘢食先選擇好多菜式很快就到燒得剛剛好,唔會硬有肉汁,加上沙爹汁,好味個小拼盤份量好多,好齊樣樣有 ,兩餅魚餅,兩件蝦餅,兩條春卷,兩件香葉雞。春卷薄脆內裏包住大量木耳絲,肉碎,紅蘿蔔絲, 粉絲,椰菜絲,口感十足。魚餅有魚骨,內裏香草味唔啱我口味,朋友就話好味。香葉包雞 ,望外表驚好油,但打開食落口又唔會,好嫩滑,好香,完全意料之外。椰青夠大,夠凍,夠青甜 ,食完一堆熱氣食物飲返個椰青超正。

這到菜剛上的時候我們也不敢相信沙律可以有這麼足料的一盤。

左邊較白的是雞肉,燒得較乾。

右邊的豬肉香得透徹,連醬都不用點了~
其實這也關乎豬肉的脂肪含量的關係。拿一支烤肉串在手的感覺好風味呢!

晚上蚊子比較多,兔兔被大蚊纏繞了好久。要狂噴蚊怕水。(難道熊肉不好吃嗎(~_~;)

餐廳到處都是一家大小。現在的小朋友好幸福呢,有父母帶他們每週去happy。
回想以前我家人總覺得我會玩到心散,所以陽光海灘也欠奉。
現在有熊大帶我來散心也不錯。

天台望出去,見到海灘和其鏈接的天色從淺藍到深藍。
這好像提示了那麼一點點—日出日落是常規,人生不就是跌跌蕩蕩的過程嗎?

Awesome thai food! As someone who has travelled many times to Thailand, this is definitely a great temporary substitute until next time! Awesome thai food! As someone who has travelled many times to Thailand, this is definitely a great temporary substitute until next time! We came here with two dogs and they glady seated us at a table near the outside for convenience! Waiters/waitresses were friendly and happy to serve. 

Satay was very meaty and marinated with loads of spices. Came with a sauce, but I didn't even need it as the meat itself was seasoned well enough!

Curry in Bread: delicious! Bread was fluffy on the inside and crispy out - perfect for absorbing the curry sauce. Curry sauce was sweet and bursting with flavour! This dish is quite filling and can be ordered as a main/carb dish.

上次來石澳游水已經想到來食晚飯, 昨晚突然約友人食飯就決定入來石澳食個晚飯好啦.6時多就到了, 估唔到好多食店如都仍然營業, 石澳同赤柱既食店真係大大不同.晚上既赤柱食店一般比較岩情侶邊食邊睇下個海景浪漫一番, 反而石澳好似平民化點想食碗粉麵又可以一早睇左OR見到此店食評好好就來試一試.2個人叫左個冬陰公, 泰式拚盤, 泰式炒椰菜苗及一個鮮蝦炒金邊粉.冬陰公材料十足, 味道香濃帶微辣, 而且加上蕃茄在內中和冬陰公既辛辣味道酸酸地更加開胃. 湯內雖然得一隻大蝦, 但蝦肉夠新鮮甜美.再來既拚盤係我最欣賞, 拚盤內有魚餅, 蝦餅, 春卷及荷葉雞, 蝦餅炸得鬆脆蝦肉夠彈牙, 魚餅夾克香料非常香口, 而荷葉雞食時帶陣陣既荷葉香而且雞肉嫩滑.椰菜苗夠嫩帶點爽脆甜美再加上麵豉醬一起炒好惹味.最後既鮮蝦炒金邊粉炒得夠乾身而不油膩, 金邊粉帶點煙韌帶點甜酸味道非常好味.整體上每樣食物都做得好出色, 加上秋涼時分來有陣陣海風非常舒服.

青咖喱雞:選咖喱的時候,特地問了哪一款(紅黃綠)咖喱比較辣,因爲我和朋友都能吃辣,在香港真正能吃到辣的地方也並不多,最後選了綠咖喱雞。帶者爐火上臺,很香的泰式青咖喱香味,有椰汁的香氣。雞肉也算嫩滑,煮得剛好。咖喱汁並不太辣,因為辣椒並沒有切開,裏面的籽並沒有混入湯中,所以除非你嚼裏面的紅辣椒,否則並不辣,適合港人口味。

菠蘿海鮮炒飯:這是泰國菜種我最愛的一道,這裡的出品也很不錯。大個原只菠蘿切半,掏出菠蘿肉切丁炒飯,菠蘿做底當盤,炒飯材料逢場豐富,菠蘿、魷魚、蝦、青口,還加了肉鬆、臘腸,吃起來更加味濃香口,而番茄和青瓜則多了一份清爽,以防太膩。米飯隨達不到港人粒粒乾身的要求,但很入味,混合了各種材料的香味,好食!

這一次來石澳, 沒有什麼特定的行程, 基本上就是四圍上山和下海。進行了這麼多的戶外活動之後, 少不免要補充一下, 還未夠鐘回去營地, 便先在海灘旁找找有什麼好吃的。為何會來了吃泰國菜? 是因為我好想喝椰青 ($25) 啊! 賣這個價錢其實也沒有開天殺價, 因為市區的泰菜館也是賣差不多價錢。大熱天時跟著清甜的椰子水, 還有椰肉做甜點, 真爽!反正還有一段時間才吃晚飯, 也來點吃的, 通常最保險的都是吃海南雞飯 ($58), 又無骨雞肉又滑, 雞肉底下還墊了芥蘭, 真夠營養均衡。不過無論油飯還是雞都不是重點, 因為最棒的是那個泰式辣汁, 還有薑茸, 相當惹味的呢。店內冷氣不大夠, 坐下坐下都頗熱, 唯有吃完出去海灘吹吹海風啦。

店內冷氣不大夠, 坐下坐下都頗熱, 唯有吃完出去海灘吹吹海風啦。

那天因為有些事,一直心情鬱悶,到了中午時看見這間環境不錯,便來這吃。餐牌上的選擇大多是我的心水,基於對海南雞的愛,還是選吃海南雞飯。首先會送來例湯和飲品。一直很怕吃餐廳的例湯,總覺得味道奇怪,但這里的很滋味,第一次全部喝完。過了一會便送來飯,先嘗了一口飯,海南雞飯的飯也是重點之一,雞味要濃,這里滿意了我的要求,已經算是合格。接下來看雞肉,肉質不會過老,中中的程度,配合著醬汁很好吃,特別是那辣醬,很合我心。價錢便宜又大碗,住附近的居民很有福。

接下來看雞肉,肉質不會過老,中中的程度,配合著醬汁很好吃,特別是那辣醬,很合我心。

價錢便宜又大碗,住附近的居民很有福。

Recommended by a friend so finally take a trip to Shek O for dinner. Arrived at 7pm and luckily we have a table in front of the stall as there's no air con inside. Thought it's a bit too hot without A/C, the food quality is so nice and the I like its authenticy. The fried cabbage with vicemille is a surprised as it's so dried. Next time I would recommend to order plain rice to go with curry. We walked out with stomach 100% filled and feel so satisfied overall.
