呢度並唔係普通嘅串燒店,佢有各式各樣出邊冇見過嘅串燒,例如魚皮餃、響鈴、燒賣、牛肚、麵筋等等。但一般普通嘅串燒亦做得唔錯,特別係個廣島生蠔,焗得非常香口,極之抵食。加埋平時嘅優惠,更加可以多啲嚟。

燒蒜蓉粉絲扇貝

蟶子皇大大嚿肉,再加上入晒味!而粉絲扇貝都係大大隻!再加上粉絲完全感覺到蒜蓉嘅香味滲晒入去!

飲品今次因為識串燒嘅關係所以就會飲啲潤喉啲嘅嘢,冰糖雪耳雪梨水!真係好足料冰糖雪耳雪梨樣樣齊飲落去超舒服!

串燒就選擇左呢幾種:
燒肥腸豬大腸
豬大腸原本就已經好好食再加上燒烤令到層次更加香!

燒牛肩胛同燒牛舌:
啱啱食得返牛既我,表示牛肩胛超高分!肉質柔嫩,再加上燒得啱啱好!燒牛舌大大塊爆肉!

另外再加左啲串燒:
蒜蓉牛油焗娃娃菜
充滿晒蒜蓉牛油既娃娃菜!真係好滋味!
燒日本一口甜薯、當甜品食係一流㗎!

尖沙咀寶勒巷喜膳燒開到零晨兩點,宵夜都可以食串燒飲啤酒放肆一番。喜膳燒的串燒別具特色,有不少自家創作。燒珍寶大扇貝扇貝蒜蓉芝士雙拼,燒得剛好又有蒜蓉及芝士汁,有燒過的香氣又帶有肉汁。海鹽燒秋葵燒海鹽燒秋葵燒完仲有水份喺入面,唔會太乾又爽口。燒蜜糖雞中翼燒雞翼是串燒必然之選,雞翼外皮香脆,內裡肉質嫩滑。燒芝士響鈴響鈴原來除了放湯外還可以燒烤,響鈴釀入芝士再燒,響鈴輕薄酥脆,芝士鹹香與帶輕輕豆味的響鈴味道是意想不到的夾。沙嗲燒厚魚肚魚肚又是意想不到的可以燒烤,魚肚軟腍又吸滿沙嗲醬味。日本霜降和牛霜降和牛牛味濃又軟腍,燒得剛剛好有肉汁。照燒汁燒京蔥汁燒京蔥帶微微焦香,爽脆不辣。燒煙肉韭菜卷煙肉捲上韭菜段,煙肉薄脆韭菜爽口,兩者雖香濃但味道很夾。明太子釀雞翼雞中翼已去骨再釀入明太子,脹卜卜外型十分吸引,食落味道亦十分豐富。十三香燒豬仔脾豬仔脾外層搽上香料,入口肉嫩濃香,用鍚紙包著外露骨頭,可以拎著豬仔脾方便食用。豬仔脾容易咬開,肉質有彈性,軟腍程度剛好。燒肉桂焦糖金菠蘿燒烤必叫之選一定是燒菠蘿,菠蘿本身就鮮甜多汁,燒過後外皮略乾,內裡更為爆汁。
