"同撈同煲"以其懷舊港風的裝潢和地道的港式火鍋,店內牆上繪有60年代的香港壁畫,霓虹燈招牌閃爍著復古的光彩,綠灰相間的瓷磚和綠色油漆牆面,仿佛置身於老香港的街頭,感受著那份獨特的文化韻味。揀咗鹹蛋芥菜湯做湯底,清澈的湯底中,芥菜吸收了鹹蛋的精華,帶來一種獨特的鮮美。安格斯牛肉,精選的肉質,脂肪均勻,入口即溶。牛丸,選用上等牛肉,煮熟後的牛丸,外皮緊致彈牙,內裏鮮嫩多汁半份梅菜豬肉丸,肥瘦相間的五花肉剁碎,搭配醃制得恰好處的梅菜,經過巧妙的手工揉捏,形成一個個圓潤飽滿的丸子。梅菜特有的酸香與豬肉的鮮美相互滲透,達到極致平衡。魚皮餃用新鮮魚肉製成的薄如蟬翼的魚皮包裹著豐富的餡料。打完邊爐之後仲有甜品:好味嘅啫喱杯,配上懷舊嘅遮仔裝飾,好有兒時回憶。另外,懷舊糖不甩,魚嘅形狀淥熟完之後職員切一塊塊,外層裹滿了炒香的花生碎,入口即化,甜而不膩。它不僅僅是一種美食,更是一段段溫馨回憶的載體。 continue reading

銅鑼灣一間懷舊打邊爐,食物都不錯,湯底好正。胡椒豬肚少爺雞湯 HK$258湯底超濃,豬肚都非常多,胡椒味好正,湯都飲左幾碗呀。鵪鶉蛋燒賣 HK$48冇睇錯呢個係煮燒賣,幾得意,不過落左湯粒蛋係會散架。ShakeShake炸魚皮 HK$78超大塊自家製,ShakeShake粉係WASAB味,好脆好爽。即炸響鈴 HK$58又係超大卷的,當然係偏油少少。極級封門柳 HK$268封門柳好好食,份量都算可以,牛味好香。田園拼盤 HK$78魚皮餃 HK$38鴨血 HK$58鴨血又係好大塊,同埋唔係假果D味,幾Q彈。醬爆瀨尿牛丸 HK$48呢個都好食,係會醬爆的,同埋佢冇雪味架。脆鯇魚片 HK$78唔算太脆,同埋有少少骨,可以不點。老友鬼鬼 HK$68小食都有一堆,就試左一個,都不錯,炸得幾脆幾香。 continue reading
