串燒。。好多時都去食,但食到高質嘅話。。又真係好難唔介紹俾大家(笑)之前我係見到IG有人話呢間「埠」好高汁,所以心思思要黎試下。估唔到原來就係正正喺西灣河碼頭側,餐廳唔算大,但幾有日本feel,仲有一間party房可以包廂喔!眼見房間大小,我估應該可以坐到8人。喺門口見到海藻鹽使用,心諗。。可能好正喎(爆)事關對於重口味嘅我黎講,串燒上如果冇足夠嘅鹽吊味真係失水準㗎,好。。即管睇下有幾好味。講真,我冇諗過自己反應咁浮誇,第一串食嘅係青椒仔,冇咩特別啫,第二串係豚肉露筍卷(留兜2串),媽呀。。好正囉,點解燒到咁好味㗎。呢個時候我開始期待啦~再黎就有雞皮、雞腎、紫蘇雞肉棒、牛舌、絹豆腐、豚大腸、五花肉、白鱔、大蔥雞肉&蕃薯。其實全部都好好食,不過最得我歡心就係絹豆腐,真心冇諗過好食到咁樣,外脆內軟豆香不特只,上(番兜2串)面果啲醬油真係。。頂唔順,好香呀(記得聞下先食)。其次係五花肉,上面除左海藻鹽,應該有蒜油吊吊味,一層肉一層脂肪,肥瘦適中。仲有豚大腸。。又係果隻醬油吖,香到呢,腸腸厚肉㗎,燒到剛好唔會係咬擦膠/橡筋。。好幸福呀(笑)最後就梗係有我愛嘅芝士年糕啦!死啦~我係咪店中嘅醬油中

最後就梗係有我愛嘅芝士年糕啦!死啦~我係咪店中嘅醬油中毒太深,面頭又係有果隻醬油吖。。聞下先,好香吖,第一啖已經好味,食到中間。。OMG。。啲芝士仲乜咁犯規,好味到顛,正吖喂。

我唔係吹水,如果睇完有興趣一定要試,講堅,真心會番兜,會上癮添,信不信由你(爆)

很特別的沙律, 令喜歡吃菜的我想嘗試一下, 紅菜頭和大根刨到幼絲, 沒有很明顯的調味, 食其新鮮原味, 而紅菜頭有點草青味, 未必人人接受, 但喜歡蔬菜的我覺得可以, 而且它很有營養, 值得一吃。

埠西灣河感覺好遠,沒想到如觀塘很近,今天晚上和朋友去觀塘搭渡輪,轉眼已到了西灣河碼頭。一出碼頭,便到達今晚食飯的地方——日式串燒店——埠。打開門,映入眼簾的景象彷彿日劇中的居酒屋,室內佈置簡約,餐廳有吧檯座位與一般座位。配上其他日系裝飾及木器枱椅,加上微微昏暗的燈光,營造出一種傳統古舊的日式風尚,看得出店主的用心設計。餐廳還有數將看着海景的餐桌,一邊享用美味的串燒,一邊看着海景,實在賞心樂事。食客還可以到室外的位置,望着無敵海景,與另一半喝杯啤酒,非常悠閒。此外,半開放式的廚房可以清楚看到廚師的製作過程。餐牌的設計很別緻,有很多串燒的選擇,分門別類:肉類、海鮮、蔬菜等。

由以前小田食到現在埠,我最鍾意都係佢嘅環境,望住過海食飯真係一流,價錢正常,食物味道不錯,慶祝乜乜周年,拍拖浪漫嘅首選,特別推介燒流心庵春蛋,濃濃嘅蛋黃香,甜甜嘅流心,加上燒過嘅外皮,正呀,A4和牛佢地有厚同薄俾你選擇,本人覺得食薄就可以了,價錢相差幾一百蚊嫁,A4和牛薄都好有口感,已經相當好食,頭盤嘅螢光魷魚都好特別,出面食過冇咁大隻,不妨一試,不過唔食得鹹嘅記得叫佢少鹽,我哋食第一轉嘅時候,真係比較鹹,還有望海嘅枱只係得三張, 記得預約

平時好少黎呢頭,今日朋友帶我黎依間餐廳食宵夜~我地叫咗幾串小食,幾乎所有牛肉都十分好食!我地分別叫咗牛舌,美國牛肉,安格斯牛柳同A4和牛。其中既A4和牛真係入口即溶,牛香味非常重!而其餘三種牛肉雖然無咁高級,但同樣好有水準,完全唔韌,全部牛肉串都系必試!至於燒大蝦就不過不失,我覺得牛肉好食d~另外我地都叫咗鍋燒烏冬,上枱時熱辣辣有火熱住,麵條好滑又有麵粉香味,都幾好味架。至於有綠色菜響上面鋪住既系紫蘇雞腿肉,調味酸酸甜甜,雞肉多汁,值得一試。最後,用來點肉既鹽同樣一d都唔hea,侍應話系特制既海藻鹽,可以帶出肉既鮮味!下次黎開呢頭。都會繼續支持有誠意既小店!
