朋友介紹咗這間餐廳, 一入去就係有和室嘅風味, 落地玻璃, 望住維港, 一邊食飯, 十分之寫意 ! 今日首先就食咗幾款串燒。首先食啲香口嘢, 就係豚肉露筍卷, 豚肉燒到外面香脆, 裏面爽脆, 相得益彰!另外就係雞軟骨, 爽脆之餘, 再落咗少少胡椒一齊食, 將味道加以提升。紫蘇梅子雞腿肉, 雞肉非常之滑, 梅子醬汁非常之香, 酸酸may ma, 非常之開胃!紫蘇雞皮蝦, 原來雞皮配蝦, 呢個concept非常之特別, 雞皮燒到香脆, 再配埋蝦非常之新鮮, 咬落去質感非常之好, 另外大家意猶未盡, 再叫多個松葉蟹肉烏冬 , 賣相不錯, 松葉蟹肉非常的鮮甜, 烏冬嘅係兩個人嘅份量, 湯底非常的鮮香, 配埋q彈嘅烏冬, 真係大滿足。

上星期過左海,就去左西灣河,食朋友推介嘅串燒店。餐廳座落係海傍,可惜得一張大枱,個日比人預約左,無得望住無敵海景食串燒啦。餐廳好細心,叫串燒之後會先放一個爐係枱,入面放左燒熱左嘅石頭,等串燒黎到,可以放係上面保溫,唔會失卻左味道同口感。我同朋友都想試多d唔同嘅款式,所以每樣都淨係叫左一串。當中試左最岀色嘅係蔥花牛肉同埋雞翼。蔥花牛肉有用秘製醬汁醃過,所以好惹味,加上師傅燒得恰到好處,入面重保留左好多肉汁,咬落相當juicy。至於雞翼呢類平平無奇嘅食材,就最考驗師傅嘅手勢啦,落左鹽係面,燒到外皮脆一脆,係唯一一樣串燒我地叫左兩串!另外,重叫左好多特色串燒,豬肉京蔥燒呀,月見雞肉串個d,味道都相當好。味道環境都唔錯,不過價錢略為高左d。總體黎講,係一間高水準嘅餐廳,月頭不妨帶另一半獎勵一下自己。

星期六2人行去咗鯉景灣行下睇下有咩餐廳食lunch。發現 碼頭隔離有間餐廳, 食日本菜 就走咗入去試下。餐廳感覺非常高檔, lunch大概150蚊到200蚊 。 餐廳職員安排我們 坐近窗口 ,我們一邊享受日式料理 一邊觀看海景 非常休閒喎。我們叫了兩個午餐 一個係安格斯牛扒 另外一個係串燒 料理。 午餐嘅前菜 有日式蒸蛋同 蕃茄。 日式蒸蛋非常滑, 番茄十分新鮮。到左main course, 安格斯牛扒非常嫩滑份量十分足料 再配埋蒜片 香蔥 食落個口感非常非常一流。另外一個串燒料理 串燒包括 牛肉 ,墨丸 ,蕃茄仔 ,薯仔 ,雞翼 等等 分量十分足夠 ,配埋白飯, 加麵豉湯 ,感覺一流。甜品仲有 泡芙 ,味道也不錯。餐廳服務質素不錯 店員會 ,主動介紹午餐 ,非常有禮貌, 值得一讚。二人行 午餐每人 250蚊左右。雖然價錢不算太平, 但食物質素高 能夠一邊食一邊望一個非常漂亮的海景 可算是物有所值。

同朋友食生日飯。今日風和日麗對住個海食飯心情都會好啲。叫左個串燒溫泉蛋飯同鰻魚三食,串燒唔夠惹味,燒肉有點乾不過燒秋葵又唔錯喎!流心蛋好eye catching,撈飯食幾好,沙律唔錯好fresh鰻魚ok啦如果多啲鰻魚汁就更好,而且份量都唔少。不過我就唔太喜歡佢既茶漬飯,因為用既係我地飲既日本茶而唔係高湯。好懷念係日本食既茶漬飯最後送上甜品食物尚可,風景唔錯

之前有朋友介紹過這店的串燒。這晚大約8時半跟一好友來試試,店內客人不多,我們被安排坐在窗邊位置,景觀真不錯,但枱比較小,我要求轉到其他大一点的枱,有一女服務員就走出來說,"如果有需要,我們會多加一張枱給妳。即是說她認為沒必要,這是什麼服務態度。如果我沒有需要就不會要求妳轉枱啦!況且周圍都是吉枱。她還表現出很不滿的態度,轉頭便走開在旁邊玩手機,真不知她是有意或無意,因為環境很静,她跟同事說的粗言穢語和對我們說三道四的話有部分都傳到我們耳中,真火滾。食物雖然不錯,真不明白為什麼會僱用這種差劣的伙記。趕客。睇怕做唔到明年。

知道這一間餐廳好耐,所以去試一試。環境非常好,服務也很好。點菜時想點多春魚,想問一份多少條,點知一份係一條,一份係$24,我真係第一次去吃一份一條多春魚嘅日本燒。小朋友想吃,就算,點兩份,希望有驚喜。再問牛舌,一份有三件,正常,但強調係一大兩細,唔通要就牛舌形狀?重點左雞泡魚乾,大菇,油甘魚鮫,飯團,粟米,芝士年糕等等。點完後等咗都一段時間食物先來,但竟然係芝士年糕先來,咩玩法??到多春魚來,竟然真係一條普通不過價值$24嘅多春魚....實在搵苯...其他吃物都好燶,只有燶味同好鹹...牛舌真係一大兩細。重有叫咗茉莉花茶,竟然用tiwnings 茶包又收$2x。餐廳其實好細心,用熱石爐去保溫,服務也好細心。但$24一條多春魚同燶味串燒實在好影響。本人只希望提供意見有待進步,難得有好嘅設施環境服務,希望會做到吃物可以配合,收費可以合理。

The place is nice and simple with a view on the sea.Everything we ordered was quite good but since only one person is grilling the skewers, it might take a bit long to get served.Food is not cheap though, prices are by unit and the bill goes up quick if you are really hungry! Ox tongue was definitely my favorite, nicely seasoned, nothing to add! Great place to chill and chat with a friend having skewers and beer !

I came here with my best friend last Monday and we have always wanted to try this place as it appears to be quite a cool location (hiding next to the pier in Sai Wan Ho). It looked quite amazing (from my perspective - see photo) and the other main we ordered was served in a bowl.

My friend and I just took our time to enjoy the food and the view there, it is quiet and it is a quite a nice place if you want to have a catch up with a friend. I think this place would also be good for business lunch or small meeting too. I shall be come back again to try other food ok the menu.
