至於另一客午餐就揀咗鐵板美國安格斯牛扒 ($238),牛扒足足有成 10oz,上檯時已預先切好,每件厚約 2cm,成品放在燒烤盤上,底層再以熱石保溫,誠意十足。撥開面頭的蔥花和炸蒜,牛扒肉心沒呈粉紅色,但吃來肉腍嫩滑,入口鬆軟香甜,而且肉味亦非常濃郁,夾埋炸蒜片同蔥粒一齊食,更添惹味。對吃牛扒有要求的食肉獸而言,絕對食得過。

近著西灣河碼頭,除了一街之隔、很有feel的酒吧和西餐,還有碼頭旁邊的日本菜都幾吸引。落地玻璃旁,望著大海,浪一個接一個打上來,浪花四濺,日光日白卻有情調。百餘元的午餐,包沙律、前菜、飯和甜品。前菜是關東煮,最喜歡清甜的蘿蔔。長腳蟹肉鍋燒烏冬 · 火炙左口魚群邊丼烏冬用熱鍋上,白煙直冒,為吃到熱辣辣的烏冬而興奮的同時,不敢怠慢,生怕烏冬會浸太久會變腍。蟹肉很多,但不算鮮甜。烏冬滑溜又煙韌,很喜歡它的咬口。邊吃,邊談起小時候常吃的白色圓形烏冬,很討厭它煮太久後外層有點溶掉的質地和古怪的味道。左口魚丼細細碗,定食的份量剛好。左口魚入口即溶,化成油,滲到飯中。啖啖都是火炙香和左口魚的油香。明明放入口是白飯,沒有油光的白飯,吃起來卻像每粒飯都包著一層油般香。鰻魚釜飯三食就是加了鰻魚汁的鰻魚飯、自行斟茶的茶漬飯和紫菜、芝麻拌飯。鰻魚都可以,欠了炭燒的香。甜品是一粒內有少量忌廉的泡芙,對於不吃甜品不滿足的我而言,這個滿足不了我的甜癮。吃完熱呼呼的食物,加杯冰凍的啤酒,正。下次可以試串燒,其他客人點了串燒,一人一個爐,都幾特別。

有朋友搬左去太古城,咁見佢我食飯派帖,我就諗不如搵間近佢既餐廳食飯啦。佢仲話怕好遠唔就我,其實有地鐵就去邊都好方便。咁我就揀左係soho east近海邊既呢間「埠」食飯。上網睇到見佢D串燒好似唔錯,而且成個門面格局都幾高級下。一行到Soho East,見到舖頭後面上方有個大大個既牌寫住西灣河碼頭,而家就明白點解佢叫做「埠」啦,因為係一個碼頭,有意思!另一樣吸引我既就係佢門口有個牌寫住「海藻鹽使用店」,令到我對佢既串燒多一份期待。一入店內發現空間不算很大,只有大約20個座位,但都佈置得舒適同不會太迫。由於有預約,我地被安排在窗邊位置,可以望到維港,而且不時有船在旁邊碼頭上落往返鯉魚門,景觀一流喎!在窗外仲有幾個露台位,如果要呼吸的朋友就可以揀坐出面了。晚上冇咩套餐,咁我地就散叫串燒啦,而且都有好多選擇︰朋友都係鍾意食雞肉,所以分別叫左雞軟骨、雞翼同紫蘇梅子雞腿肉。另外都點左牛舌、兩串蔬菜類、沙津、飯糰同芝士年糕等。落左單黎左飲品後就先上左個脆脆野菜沙津,份量唔算很大但都適合兩個人淺嘗,而且蔬菜好新鮮、個醋汁都調校得幾好,酸酸地幾開胃。之後店員就用燒烤台拎左幾串串燒來,原來個台下面有D熱石

落左單黎左飲品後就先上左個脆脆野菜沙津,份量唔算很大但都適合兩個人淺嘗,而且蔬菜好新鮮、個醋汁都調校得幾好,酸酸地幾開胃。
之後店員就用燒烤台拎左幾串串燒來,原來個台下面有D熱石,可以令串燒保持熱度,而且咁樣影相一流,有心思。先黎左個牛舌、雞軟骨同雞翼,牛舌好香同埋肉質夠嫩,只係用鹽同黑椒調左少少味就生燒了,風味十足。雞軟骨同雞翼都係只用鹽去調味而且乾燒,可能有人會覺得冇汁有D乾,但我覺得咁先夠風味! 同埋而家明白用呢個海藻鹽同平時普通鹽的分別,因為真係冇咁一味死咸,而且覺得D肉唔會畀鹽醃到好實咁! 值得一讚係個紫蘇梅子雞腿肉,肉上面放滿新鮮紫蘇葉絲,肉面就搽左一層薄薄的梅子醬,令到肉既味有幾個層次,而且肉夠厚而彈,又有鮮味,果然值得做推介食品。
主食類我地叫得唔多,揀左個芝士年糕同松葉蟹肉飯糰。兩款都有塊紫菜附上,芝士年糕的芝士咸咸地,糯米夠軟同香,好食! 不過份量有D細,哈哈,如果每一塊大少少會更正! 飯糰就係一個圓餅形狀,飯糰表面都有烤過,所以好香口 (不過同時都有D熱氣~),蟹肉就主要放係其中一邊,份量又係唔多不過好香同埋同飯好夾。
由於同朋友太好傾,所以慢慢食都食左兩個鐘,最尾大家share左個蕨餅就完結左呢餐。今晚食既份量唔算好多,但都好滿足,因為食物質素同處理既手法都高明,加埋成個setting都好舒服,值得再返黎食。
