油揚福袋一般以年糕作饀料,這件選用蔬菜絲粉絲吃得更輕盈,同時亦方便吸收湯的味道。豆腐豆香味濃,滑溜卻不會一夾即碎,朋友都大讚。鍋中也有女士必愛的瘦身蒟蒻及芋絲,蒟蒻結厚實彈牙。

食過呢間超水準的串燒店,喜料食物質素比日本心齋橋某名店還要高,留係香港一樣有精品串燒食。店舖也有少量戶外座位及和式貴賓房讓人客慢慢歎,配合夕陽甚為幸福呢!

今天到此埠遊,門面很有日本的特色。嘩,原來餐廳內可以看見對面海的呢,不是會有一些渡輪經過,很有渡假的感覺。看看餐牌,這個是午市的套餐,價錢十分相宜,今次點了一個豚串丼這個套餐是跟沙律主菜及甜品的, 十分豐富。這個沙律絕對有誠意,有橙色的番茄啊,這個顏色的番茄不是常見而且價錢也比普遍的貴一點,而且配合了沙律菜更是鮮甜多汁。主菜到了,熱騰騰的還在出煙呢!可見是新鮮製作,我唔客氣啦!急不及待已經吃這個豚肉了,初時很怕豬肉少得來會很硬,但這個絕對不會,香口爽脆,三兩下已把它吃下了。因為實在太美味了,吃了豚肉串後,才發現有一碗半熟蛋用來拌飯的,我急不及待已把它放在飯中……半熟的蛋放在軟綿綿的日本米上,視覺上已經很滿足了,味道當然好好味很快地我便把這個飯吃得乾乾淨淨了,再來的是甜品呢,這個泡芙剛好可以滿足我想吃飯後甜品的慾望,真是很完美呢!

蟹蓋燒飯團是全日最令人期待的菜式,相信外間也難找到相同的菜式,蟹羔的份量完全足夠塗滿兩個飯團,上菜之時蟹羔之外亦附上小小的蛋黃,拌勻後即可塗上飯團,蟹味濃沃的醬配上飯團是新穎的吃法,燒焦的飯團外層加上軟綿綿的蟹羔,一硬一軟,一濃一淡的配搭,是對味蕾的衝擊,使人驚喜的是飯團中包著蟹肉絲作涵料,令這道菜更添高貴。

總結,此店以吃新穎日菜為主,菜式極為精緻,但份量比預算中略少,若以輕食為目的,邊倚着碼頭風光來欣賞廚師的創意,相信是人生中一大享受!!

其實每一串都好高水準,燒得剛剛好,脆口,肉嫩,惹味。當中最鐘意係流心鵪鶉蛋同帶子雞翼,前者細細粒串住咁燒但依然保持到入面有好多蛋汁,最正係一放入口咬穿佢時,入面啲蛋汁爆出嚟果下快感好正,而後者雞翼同釀響入面熟咗嘅帶子都幾似,然後個感覺好似食緊充滿海鮮味嘅雞翼咁✨

沒想到西灣河有這種日式串燒店,仲要有海景添。入到去木色居酒屋裝潢,有吧桌和普通座位,可以睇住廚師煮食物,今次叫了二個餐加甜品,不久食物就來到。串燒定食,這裡串燒都十分窩心,有熱石爐燒紅石頭來保持熱度。這裡仲用了海藻鹽,味道的確不同,種類都吾少,有肉,雞翼,蕃茄仔,菇,材料都十分新鮮,燒得岩岩好,皮脆而且仲保持到肉汁。日本經典的鰻魚釜飯三食,烤好的鰻魚配上醬汁香氣十足,只配白飯都十分好吃,但其實仲有小碟上的配菜一齊食就更加有層次而且這裡仲有湯可以一齊食,十分特別的三食。最後當然食甜品,口感十足而且吾太甜又吾痴牙,這裡待應都好好,詳細講而且倒茶都好密,滿意!睇住海景傾下計食得勁滿足離開。

串燒定食,這裡串燒都十分窩心,有熱石爐燒紅石頭來保持熱度。這裡仲用了海藻鹽,味道的確不同,種類都吾少,有肉,雞翼,蕃茄仔,菇,材料都十分新鮮,燒得岩岩好,皮脆而且仲保持到肉汁。

日本經典的鰻魚釜飯三食,烤好的鰻魚配上醬汁香氣十足,只配白飯都十分好吃,但其實仲有小碟上的配菜一齊食就更加有層次而且這裡仲有湯可以一齊食,十分特別的三食。

最後當然食甜品,口感十足而且吾太甜又吾痴牙,這裡待應都好好,詳細講而且倒茶都好密,滿意!睇住海景傾下計食得勁滿足離開。
